Stayed for a week from 20th July with daughter and two grandchildren had two rooms one pool veiw one overlooking the park both good size. Kids had a great time really enjoyed park and soft play areas pools and loved mini disco and thought K pop night was brilliant and had photos with the girls on stage nice to thing do. Food breakfast good snack bar great evening meals kids struggled abit tho liked the deserts. Didn't find queues to bad and hotel was busy always found sunbeds or deckchairs around the kids pool. Staff all friendly and helpful hotel kept very clean had a great time kids would love to return thanks for an enjoyable holiday.
We stayed here in April and decided to come back in July. Rooms are a good size and cleaned daily. Food was ok but what you expect from a buffet but was never hungry as plenty choice. Restaurant much busier in July though and some folk were waiting for tables and food to be replenished at busy times. Pool areas were good but again very busy in summer, more needing to bob about than swim. Most of the staff are really good but some on the bar can’t even speak basic English and even when you try Spanish and pointing at things they still struggle. Sunbeds are the only negative. Having to get up at 7am on holiday to stand in a queue to get a sunbed is no fun. Having a young child we want front row and folk were running to get them. The most annoying part was that by 9:30 more than half the folk hadn’t come to occupy the beds and it isn’t unusual for sunbed reservers to turn up late morning or even afternoon. Don’t know the answer and it’s not just this hotel but those of us that use the beds and pool from 9am to 6pm are being let down. Overall though the hotels got everything you need.
Beautiful hotel , food was amazing and great choice , entertainment top notch and the pool and slides for kids was as good as wev seen ..were still here but wel be back again ad we all love it ❤️❤️
Great experience we visited two years ago and came back because we enjoyed it so much. The animation team are brilliant very friendly and they get all the kids and adults involved in the activities. Rachel does a great job as the manager and will, Lucía and Brian were all brilliant at their jobs they definitely put in 100 percent effort every day!
A big thank you to all the waiters, bar staff, cleaners and chefs. They work very hard to keep the hotel as great as it is.
Excellent and entertaining staff. Neil, alexia, dog man and Rachel. Really accommodating and helpful. Facilities are great for families.
