Located at 15 km from Teide National Park and only 20 min from Tenerife South Airport. A nightmare for a family with a toddler—insulting staff and bugs in multiple rooms (WE HAVE PROOF)
Our stay was completely ruined by a severe bed bug infestation that caused immense distress to our family. I have live video and photographic proof of the infestation, so the hotel cannot deny this. The management and staff were utterly useless. The hotel manager refused to face us directly, hiding in the back and forcing the reception staff to walk back and forth to relay messages. As "compensation" for our trauma, they insulted us by offering a spa treatment and a free meal—which is a joke and a total slap in the face when you are traveling with a 2-year-old child. When we complained, they tried to dismiss the issue by claiming the rooms had been renovated and that this isn't a problem anymore. This is completely false. It is a massive, ongoing problem, and recent reviews prove we are not the only ones. On our first night, we were awoken at 3:30 AM by our 2-year-old crying in distress. When we turned on the lights, we were horrified to find live bed bugs in the bed with our child. At that hour of the morning, we had to pack up our upset toddler and move rooms. To make matters worse, the unsupportive staff would not allow us to take our belongings with us. The next day, we had to go back down and pack our luggage so it could be placed in a freezer for 5 hours. The staff explicitly promised they would notify us when our things were back, but no one ever bothered to let us know, leaving us stranded without our clothes or toddler essentials. The nightmare didn't end there. The next morning, I pulled the sheets off the bed in our second room to inspect it, only to find dead bed bugs all over the mattress. We were forced to pack up and move rooms for a second time. No matter what management tells you about "renovations," the bugs are still there, the customer service is terrible, and their attempts at "compensation" are an insult. As parents, this was an exhausting, unhygienic, and deeply traumatic experience. If you are traveling with young children, please stay elsewhere.
Can't wait to book again
We went as a family for 7 days and loved every second of it.
Lovely spacious clean rooms with plenty of space for clothes and suitcases
Breakfast was wonderful each morning and so much on offer to keep everyone happy.
Dinner was a highlight each night, with amazing service from everyone. The food was so tasty and again so many fresh choices. The kids loved all the deserts and we loved the free sangria and beer on offer at dinner time. Top compliments to all the kitchen staff on the amazing food and all the staff looking after us in the restaurant.
We loved the pools and always got 4 beds together just before breakfast but people must get up early to get all.the pool side chairs but that's normal now. We loved the water slides, the big pool and the slightly salty pool at the top and loved the adults only section with the jacuzzi.
We didn't really stay around in the evenings as we went for a big walk after dinner and usually had a wee drink outside in the chilled areas rather than the bar but the kids and families in the bar area sounded like they where having a great time.
Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful.
It's in a great location close to everything.
We can't wait to book again

Great family hotel
Great location. Rooms cleaned daily, require more storage space. Friendly atmosphere. Always plenty for kids to do through the day.

It was great good service the fun crew keep you busy all day with a great night time show and loads of brilliant pool activities

This is my 3rd time here and every time I am greeted with the best service! In the restaurant you are normally greeted by Leo and his warm smile, makes the dining experience even better. Back in April. See you then!
