Located at 15 km from Teide National Park and only 20 min from Tenerife South Airport. The main restaurant will delight visitors with a rich breakfast and lunch in buffet form and a delicious menu for dinner. Nice hotel but we won’t return to Tenerife
Third visit to this hotel, still nice but not as nice as it used to be. We booked the UP room and experience which was a peaceful break from the rush for sun loungers in the main pool.
UP experience is fantastic with a couple of comments. Constant dull beat of the music was painful to listen to all day and the food served was very strange, would have been nice to have normal food at lunchtime.
Room had a constant smell from the bathroom toilet, food in the main restaurant was not as good as it used to be and took ages to refill after the initial rush at dinner time but plenty of selection when refilled.
Staff all very polite, special thanks to the lovely Diana in the UP bar who was always polite and smiling.
Tenerife, quite some change from previous years. Witnessed a mugging. Immigration is off the scale here with beggars, rough sleepers and a million looky-looky men everywhere, you can’t get a drink in a bar outside of the hotel without being hassled at least 30 times for some sun glasses or stupid hats. For these reasons we won’t return to the Island.

Fantastic trip from start to finish, food, hotel, amenities on site, hotel entertainment. Special shout out for the animation team who are all amazing and go above and beyond to include everyone and entertain everyone
