would have voted 0 stars but that isn’t an option. unclean, only one plug socket in the room, room very small, cannot sleep because of the noise

My room had excessive noise and took 2 days to be moved which I asked for block B round the back away from strip this was agreed but still never got that room. The room was terrible it had paper stuffed down side of balcony door, sockets hanging off the walls, missing knobs on light switches. The shower head wouldn’t stay upright when the water was turned on and the toilet couldn’t even flush a few pieces of paper. This is my first tripadvisor review which says a lot. Would not stop here again nor would I advise anyone too.

This place has got it all wrong. It is not for families This place should advertise for those that wish to spend all night partying on Veronicas strip. Came as two people in 30s. The hotel itself is clean and well presentable. The 2 pools are small with enough sunbeds for about 20% of the guests. The staff dont do anything to manage those leaving towels out all day. There is lots of outside seating which could be utilised better in the day time with more sunbeds. We did the all inclusive, the food was actually quite good with variety. Help yourself to beer and wine through dinner and in the snack bar throughout the day. The staff we polite enough. The issue really lies within the rooms. There is one plug socket on the room which is not enough. We stayed in block B. This is the opposite side of Veronicas, however we were kept up all night by the kareoke bar outside of this part of the hotel. The goes on until 4am and then you have the loudness of people leaving the strip after. If you are party people and sleeping at night is not for you then I would recommend. If you have kids or want a quiet night's sleep I would not recommend. This hotel should rebrand as a party hotel. Ive not slept in 4 days and cant wait to go home.
