WORST HOTEL EVER!!
One of the worst hotels
I have ever stayed in. The communication is terrible and you do not get the full all inclusive that you pay for!! Avoid at all costs. Staff is very unfriendly and unkind. No effort to make your holiday good at all.
Unable to use sunbeds
I'm here at the moment and sat on my balcony for the past 2 hours, I can see at least 4 sunbeds with towels on them and no one has been near them all that time. This needs to be controlled better by staff. It's unfair on other hotel guests.
Good
Great location right on the beach, plenty of places to eat and lots of shops around. Lively atmosphere, mostly young adults. Special mention to daniel who strived each day and night to liven up our nights, through karaoke, mini games and pool games in the daytime. He was very welcoming and made sure we had the best experience possible as a group of 14. Rooms are basic but good, always clean.
Daniel the entertainment was FANTASTIC
The hotel was really good, but Daniel was what really made the holiday, from the moment we got to the hotel he went out of his way to ensure we had the best holiday! From chatting to us at dinner to involving us in games and competitions. He really made us feel welcome and we would love to come back. He let us sing karaoke we had so much fun every night because of him.
The only thing I would say is the security guard was rude and had attitude when coming back in at night and made us feel unwelcome at that time. But apart from that it was a great holiday and the bar staff were all brilliant and the food was lovely.
Fantastic Time
Stayed with partner and friends with all inclusive. The staff were fantastic, polite and very helpful, especially the entertainment (Daniel).
The food and drink were more than adequate, fulfilling needs and desires across the holiday with a large variety of quality and quantity.
Only reason I cannot rate this 5 stars is due to one poor interaction with a security guard at the resort, but irrespective of that…Brilliant
