Amazing holiday we had such a good time, plenty of sunbeds and huge pool area, lots for the kids to do, rooms spacious and clean and well looked after couldn’t fault it, we had a fantastic time thanks so much to all the staff!
We arrived recently at SP3 and to my disappointment we found the rooms very dated, lacked light and the AC was those ceiling fans in each room which wasnt great. The hallway to the rooms were very scary I just didnt feel safe to let my kids go up to their rooms on their own.The actual pools and facilities were lovely grt size and the kiddies area have good few slides but my 3 children (15,13,12) were bored they were too old for the slides and there was no day time activities in the pool to keep them entertained. The location was good as you are right in the center of all shops restaurants and bars. The supermarket opp the hotel was good but v expensive. Would I be returning here im.afraid not.
We all loved our stay at Park Santiago III. The apartments were spotlessly clean and the room service exceptional. The pool areas, restaurants and bars were all very good and the surrounding areas were very well maintained. We were very well looked after by Teresa Miranda, Loyalty and Guest Care Manager who was very welcoming and helpful with arranging a courtesy room on our last day. We all had such a lovely time and are already planning our next visit. We can't wait to return.
No air conditioning and staff weren't helpful. The room was was basic but the best was the cheeseboard they tried to charge us 28 euro for. Lol.
Overall fine ish
Family of 4.....Second time staying here, it's perfectly situated on the golden mile. Room was one of the older dated rooms. Wasn't a problem for us beds comfortable enough. Was supposed to have a resort view but luckily got a sea view! Salt water pool seems to get some bad reviews but I have two young ones that were never out and neither complained about it. Kids pool they enjoyed it most of their time spent in bigger pool. Girls gave this a 10/10 so if they enjoyed the holiday then so have we 😂 Reception was first class, Marie booked us shower room (30 mins)as we couldn't keep on our room as apartments were all allocated to new arrivals.
We were Lanzarote block and I was told building work happening ......never heard a thing full holiday. Maids every day I think, changed towels etc.
Over all we had a great stay
