Built as a typical Spanish village with an area of 32.000mt², it is the perfect place to enjoy the holidays with family or friends. It has a wide and delicious variety of food and drinks at our buffets, a lot of different daily activities and fantastic night shows for entertainment. All designed to make the most of the experience of our “All Inclusive”. The Park Club hotel is located in the so called “Golden Mile” of Playa de Las Americas, just a few steps from a wide pedestrian promenade with large shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment and varied nightlife. Also, a few meters away is the nearest beach where you can relax and enjoy the warm days on the island.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

The Amazing park club Europe
Cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful hotel from start to finish we were treated like family by all the staff here .The food is absolutely beautiful we had lots of choices of cuisine and never failed to enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner the pool side bar was stocked full the snack bar was always being refreshed and rooms where beautiful clean and very comfortable. The evening entertainment was absolutely amazing with the Animation team of Alex ,lorenzo ,Francesca Fabiene Alejandro Alberto Patrick Manon Ciara all pulling out all the stops to make sure you are happy and if you can see there production of The greatest showman it’s absolutely amazing .Then the bar staff are so friendly and happy to look after you always smiling laughing have a joke making you feel comfortable big shoutout to Johnathan.The minute we walked in to be greeted by francesco and the sister at reception nothing was to much trouble we where blown away by them remembering us from October visit and we will return next year cannot thank them all enough for our wonderful holiday .

I am staying at the Park Club Europe until 29th June but last night I hosted 4 guest family members for the evening show and dinner and one of the Staff was exceptional to our family and especially my 2.5 yr old dance loving niece. One of the staff, Fabi, engaged her in dancing after the show and my neice absolutely loved it. She was so excited and huge Thank you to Fabi for looking out for her safeguarding on stage and making the evening so special. I was not sure whether to return but this kind of unprompted customer engagement by Fabi means you'll not only see me return next year but my whole family from UK and some friends too! Thank you Park Club Europe and Please pass on our gratitude to Fabi who is a wonderful ambassador for Park Club Europe.

Lovely hotel, very funny talkative and kind staff. Lovely Lia from the animation team was very helpful friendly and funny despite it only being her first day. Evening entertainment is not only fantastic but also absolutely hilarious. They have activities all through out the day from 10 until 10 so if you want to save money and stay in it’s super enjoyable. The food is lovely so many different options. The rooms are the perfect size so much space especially if you’re staying 2 per room as I did. Noise level was very quiet after about 11PM latest so great for a good night sleep. Also not to far from both strips and the beach, shopping center and basically everything, so great location. The atmosphere was 10/10 staff always so chatty funny and just really great with everyone off all ages. Overall really nice team other than the one bite. Also need a 24 hour snack bar

The travel was disaterous getting there at 2.30am. The night manager couldn't do enough to help us. Next day we saw the hotel WOW all I can say. The staff very friendly even the cleaners had a joke with us. Cross fingers we are back next year we were sorry to leave.. Thank you every one at the hotel for a great holiday.
