DO NOT BOOK! This hotel is nothing as advertised rooms are the worst i have ever stayed in very clear the owners of the complex just happy to get money and not care about the guests, Cleaning of rooms in 2 weeks was only 4 times had to request fresh towels constantly no toilet paper either, original room had mould everywere on the ceilings and once we told them we would check out unless better room provided we got moved, front doors and patio doors are horrendous its like sleeping outside you hear every bit of noise. Bathroom hairdryer hanging off the wall with electrical cables with connectors on them a serious electrocution risk. Pool area is ridiculous for sunbeds the workers are nice and do provide good entertainment i feel sorry for them working for the ONA group they deserve better. The location is pointless for familys as you will not be out at night with your kids on veronica strip which at night is a haven for drug dealers youll be offered anything and everything just walking the street. Safe yourself the heartache and just book something better in adeje or las americas how this hotel is allowed to operate at this standard is shocking should be closed by spanish authority's
Do not wear white in pool
Location was perfect for us as a couple with a 16 year old son. Room was 323. Our first night did not sleep as beds were like sleeping on a door including the sofa bed. I spoke to reception in morning and mattress toppers were provided. The tv did not work also and had to be changed. Kitchen itself was clean and appliances were good but no instructions on how to use the coffee machine. Plugs in kitchen hanging off wall. Ceiling fan dirty and air con poor and noisy with fluff blowing out from vents. Ants were also in kitchen and a few cockroaches at night. Also outside table had been painted and when we leant on it paint would stick to us. Shower overflowed second ftom last day and flooded bathroom after first person had showered. Safe also locked with our passports in on our last day. This was sorted quickly. As for the pool, there is something seriously wrong with it. Do not wear anything white in there as it will turn green. My newly highlighted hair also turned green. Staff are aware of this but problem not fixed.also loads of loose tiles in pool and sharp edges. The green does not come out of clothes either. It even turns your toes green. Staff very helpful and polite but will not recommend or return

The location, pool and restaurant are good.
Our room was disappointing and we complained about the smell and cleanliness. which was resolved.
Unfortunately, we left a mobile phone behind. The initial correspondence we had was good - we arranged for the phone to be kept until a courier would collect it to get it back to the UK. When they arrived, they were told it had been 'removed and destroyed'. We weren't told this. We complained to the hotel - but have been ignored. Bad experience 👎

Rude staff member, no sunbeds.
Location was perfect as close to bars and restaurants and the beach, which is the reason why we booked. People leave towels at the pool early in the morning and go out all day so for 5 of our 6 days we had to sit on chairs by the pool as there was empty beds with towels and the staff don’t remove them. Asked the manager at the front desk if there was anything they could do and he was rude and told me”the past is the past, what would you like me to Do” when I had asked him if it’s always like this with beds on our 3rd day of being sat on chairs. The room was very dated and had marks on the walls and ceiling and bed is not comfortable. The pool entertainment is really good, and the little snack bar is also good for getting drinks and a quick snack. No irons in rooms and if you want to use an iron you have to go with your stuff to level 6 to do your ironing. Is close to Veronica’s strip and can be noisy early hours but we did understand it was close to the strip so we would hear some noise.
Unsafe, unclean and unprofessional
Me and a group of 7 other friends came here for a 6 night stay, I’d never normally write a review but I honestly felt it necessary. To begin I would like to establish that the location is pretty good for a cheap teen holiday, being right on the strip, close to fast food places and next to supermarkets. The lady in the convenience store within the hotel was so lovely and kind but the general hygiene and behaviour from other staff was inexcusable. A friend of mine broke her finger nail off with her acrylic, the life guard had no first aid knowledge and suggested going to A+E which was entirely unnecessary and just an excuse as he couldn’t get the nail fully off ( which I as an 18 year old did myself instead) he also flirted with my friend while trying to get the nail off which was entirely inappropriate. Security guards were rude and had a weird behavior too, following us around and staring creepily at us throughout our stay. Many of the other people staying at the hotel were incredibly rough and constantly asking where we lived and being slightly perverted while we were simply trying to sunbathe. We even witnessed a young girl being thrown around by two men while they asked for her room key, no security guards stepped in leading to us helping her. We had to walk 2 young girls to the strip as they were being followed by men lurking on the corner. The strip was filled with disturbing men begging for sex and attempting to touch us. The worst part about our stay however was the actual apartments, we were told the cleaners would come once a week which was already concerning to us, however they never actually came to one of the rooms, and the one they did go to they only took the bin bag out in. The apartments had mould in the vents, making us all sick from the air con, we are all still very ill even after coming home. The sheets were disgusting, the bathroom was repulsive. The kitchen had no equipment for cooking despite it being self catered, leading to us needing to purchase our own pan…. Our balcony doors did not lock in one of our rooms, making us feel incredibly unsafe. It could just be slided open from either side as there were handles. This wouldn’t be so much of a problem on a high floor unless someone climbed over which luckily they didn’t but it would be possible. Being a group of young girls we felt incredibly unsafe throughout our stay and would not reccomend for vulnerable people, children or women. Stay at your own risk
