Great hotel stay.
Had a great time at this hotel. Buffet 10 out of 10 and better than local restuarants. Entertainment everyday. Really gud value for money. Rooms cleaned everyday. And a supermarket across the road. Better to use local taxis than uber as half the price. And can walk to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel
Just back for a 6 night stay at this hotel. It was my first time and would definitely return. The food is amazing. The staff are so lovely too, and a big shout out to Eric!! He is the cutest loveliest man and an asset to Ole Tropical. Rooms are nice and spacious too. I’m already looking at returning next year!

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. Would return as in great location. Breakfast by far best meal. Rude and aggressive in manner lifeguard, shame really as the other lifeguard was polite.

We’ll be back!
Another fantastic stay! Check in was delayed as the room was not ready, but reception kept us informed. And remained very professional when other guests were not so calm!
Our room was immaculate and remained at this standard throughout the 2 weeks.
We felt the food had improved since the last visit. Fresh salads, which are delicious and the variety of hot dishes very good. The restaurant is also very clean.
Every area of the hotel is kept to a high standard. Everyday the groundsmen were trimming bushes and tending to the greenery.
The staff are what make this hotel, from the bar staff - Bobby and Pavel who greet you like old friends remembering your drink from the last visit, a lovely touch. To the animation team who make you laugh everyday. They try to get everyone involved, but never pushy if you’re relaxing. They come round and chat everyday, they really do make the holiday! Diego, Tomas and Erik thank you once again! (Erik we hope you become a permanent member of the team 🤞)

Food excellent. Rooms basic. Sportsofe staff excellent. Reception depending on who it is. Not helpful. Just awfull.
