Hotel Sir Anthony

We had such a lovely stay at Sir Anthony Hotel! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the rooms are beautiful, and the location right by the beach is perfect.

What really made the difference was the staff—everyone was so kind and welcoming. It felt like a small luxury hotel where every detail is taken care of.

And Marisa is simply the best❤️

After spending two weeks at Sir Anthony, I can confidently say this has become one of my favorite hotels, and I’ll definitely be coming back. From the moment I arrived, it felt like everyone genuinely wanted to make sure I had the best holiday possible.

I stayed in the Superior Room with the rooftop pool, and I absolutely loved it. The room was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The shower and bathtub were fantastic (I probably used the bathtub more than I should admit!), and having a private rooftop pool was an incredible luxury. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make the rooftop area feel a little more tropical with some additional plants, warmer materials, and a bit more colour. It’s already beautiful, but I think that would take it to another level.

What really makes Sir Anthony stand out is the staff. Every single person I met was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay special. A special thank you to Naomi at reception, who went above and beyond by helping me arrange for my favourite whisky to be waiting in my room when I arrived. That small gesture made a fantastic first impression.

Jessica and Franjudy were both wonderful throughout my stay, always welcoming and attentive, and Lewis at the bar deserves a special mention as well. Not only does he make excellent cocktails, but he’s also just a genuinely great person who helped make the evenings even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was excellent every morning. The team would come to your table and happily prepare almost anything you wanted, whether it was on the menu or not. It felt much more personal than the typical hotel breakfast experience.

The pool area is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. Drinks are brought directly to your sunbed, and even the lifeguard always seemed genuinely happy to help. The entire hotel has a calm, relaxed atmosphere that makes it incredibly easy to switch off and simply enjoy your holiday.

The location couldn’t be better. Everything you need is within walking distance, yet the hotel still feels peaceful and exclusive. The ocean views are absolutely stunning.

I also had dinner at Windsor several times and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for a hotel restaurant. Combined with the excellent cocktails, it made for some very enjoyable evenings.

Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, making the room feel brand new each time I returned. The towels were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and every interaction with the staff was met with a smile.

If I had to mention one small negative, it would be that the third-floor hallway became quite warm during the hottest part of the day. It’s a very minor issue and didn’t affect my stay, but improving the air conditioning there would make an already excellent hotel even better.

Overall, Sir Anthony gave me exactly what I was looking for: a place where you can completely relax and forget about everything else for a while. That’s surprisingly rare to find, and it’s the reason I’ll happily return. Thank you to everyone at Sir Anthony for making this such a memorable holiday.

We've stayed at this hotel many times, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back.
