Here now upon check in literally asked for a room not close to the dubliner etc and thats exactly where they put us right above the bar no sleep...came away for a relaxing break after a hard year! No plugs beside the beds in the rooms very little plugs actually Nice bug under the pillow as soon as we got to the room also

Hotel was spotless as usual and our room was immaculate every day. The food was amazing and the entertainment staff Laura and Iris were superb! Can’t wait to revisit soon 😊

AWESOME!
Been here many times before. This latest trip has been just as superb as the others. Room 729 is excellent with a million dollar view. Drinks and food as fabulous as always. Laura Iris and all of the entertainment team were also fabulous keeping us happy and entertained all day. Location 5/5 weather 5/5 food 5/5 hotel 5/5. Back as soooon as possible por favor Keefee

Hotel LAS PALMERAS (TENERIFE ) is in optimum place (near city centre) in large beautiful bay on the ocean-shore (until beach only 50 m.). Hotel architecture and construction are perfect: building structure is lay out bow and building form from ocean side reminding organ, more than half rooms are front oceanview with balcony (and beautiful sunsets). In hotel‘s yard is beautiful garden: very different trees, are flowering shrubberry, 3 different swimming pools, few different levels grounds (and cactus ground) and it‘s creating quiet space and harmonic energy, in which are pleasure stay. All staff of the hotel LAS PALMERAS are friendly, helpful and flexible are deciding tourist‘s wishes, normal of course, and problems, especiallly - high professional level Mr. Ezequel and Mr.Domingo. For breakfast and dinner are very wide choise: from fruits untill hot courses, and very good food surprises every day. Restaurant‘s, bar‘s and kitchen‘s staff kindly are responding to tourist‘s wisches. Are recommending stay at a hotel, especially ocean and beach lovers. Dr. Norbertas

I’ll start with don’t book it go else where Arrived yesterday had to wait for room to be ready it was a paid extra privilege room worst room I have seen in a four star hotel hope to up load pictures Got a move to a lower floor what doesn’t seam to be much better but is slightly better still boiling kettle on floor for cups of tea Day two room been made up teas coffees and water not replaced Shower leaks , grubby -sockets in wall looks dangerous cans get anything plug in to it as it fall back into wall Let’s see what day three brings H10 las palmeras Be warned go else where
