H10 Las Palmeras

We are a family of four and stayed at the H10 Las Palmeras in Tenerife for 7 days from the 18th of August 2026, staying in a Privilege room on the 8th floor.

From the moment we arrived, we were extremely impressed with the hotel, but what really stood out for us was how well our son, who has coeliac disease, was looked after throughout our stay.

At every visit to the main buffet restaurant, a member of the team would walk around the buffet with our son, pointing out which foods were gluten free and suitable for him. He was then able to say what he would like, and the kitchen would prepare the food separately and bring it out to him. This gave us enormous peace of mind and meant that our son could enjoy his meals without feeling restricted or left out.

A special thank you to Gabriel and the other gentleman who looked after us so well throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but I hope he recognises himself from this review! Their care and attention was fantastic and very much appreciated by all of us.

We also regularly had breakfast in the à la carte breakfast restaurant, which was excellent. Alexander was fantastic and would often remember our previous orders, which made us feel really well looked after. The same table was allocated to us each morning, which was another lovely touch.

We also frequently visited the Italian restaurant, where Desiree once again looked after us brilliantly. She was always friendly, attentive and particularly conscious of our son's gluten-free requirements. Her care made a real difference and helped make our meals relaxed and enjoyable for the whole family.

One recommendation for future guests would be to book the Japanese restaurant as soon as you arrive. Unfortunately, we left it too late and were unable to get a booking during our stay, so this is definitely something we'd recommend doing straightaway.

The room was cleaned every day and the beach towels were replaced daily. Bottled water was also replenished each day, and we particularly liked the little box containing two Lindor chocolates that was left in the room daily — a small touch, but a lovely one.

Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday. The hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the level of care shown towards our son's coeliac requirements was exceptional. It made what can sometimes be a stressful part of travelling so much easier for us.

A huge thank you to everyone at H10 Las Palmeras who helped make our stay such a memorable one. We would happily return and would have no hesitation recommending the hotel to other families, particularly those travelling with someone who requires a strict gluten-free diet.

Stayed here for 8 nights 29th Aug to 6th Sept, choose due to location and fit budget of our group. Advertised as a 4* hotel, and id say barely a 3*.

Hotel is lovely and clean, friendly staff, good location. Entertainment acts in the evening were good.

Sadly thats where the good ends.

Food is massivley below average, boardering on poor.

Al a carte restaurants are a joke. Rushed in and out, food over cooked and very little menu choice. The buffet is repetative and over cooked. A lot of frozen food warmed but we went all inclusive mainly for drinks in a group. However wouldnt advise eating in.

We ate out 5 nights from 8.

Pool bar is very good with plenty of choice and quick service

If you're a smoker like some of our guests you have to go to back of beyond to have a smoke.

Rooms - clean, tidy but exceedly small. No double bed just singles pushed together.

Pool is lovely and spacious.plus no sun bed wars. Plenty of choice.

Amemties- no kettle, tea or coffee in room, no bottled water. You have the rent a keetle from receptions. Never heard of this before.

Safe in room- there is one however it will cost you £30 and you get £ 10 back at end of stay.

Overall i wouldnt personally return, please dont think this is a 4* hotel at all. Bare that in mind while booking.
