Lovely hotel, we travelled with teenagers but it would be perfect for younger families as it's quite small compared to many resorts.  The staff are really friendly, helpful and attentive and we had a very chilled few days here. Food was good although I think if we stayed longer than 4 days it would get a bit repetitive but that's the nature of all inclusive buffets so not really a reflection on the hotel.  Beer, sangria and soft drinks available on tap but table service if you sat in the bar area which is spacious with a really nicely ambiance. We had a two bed villa with our own pool (which we didn't actually use - it's quite small and  only accessible from the downstairs bedroom). The villa itself was really spacious and well equipped. We had a lovely break here and would recommend for a laid back break.

She brought so much joy and positive energy to every activity
Practicing Yoga Kids  and Stretching together as a family felt magical  such a unique way to bond while staying active
The kids yoga sessions were a highlight for our children, and the family friendly atmosphere made everyone feel welcome

We had an amazing time, Lola was so helpful and really helped us, we checked in late and were still able to get quality service! One night h was struggling to find cigarettes and she helped me massively! 10/10!!! We had an amazingly relaxing time!

A beautiful hotel with absolutely wonderful staff! Particular shoutouts to Oscar, Janet, Youssef, Enrique, Sonia and Fany (the staff we had interacted with the most) who were all so so lovely and friendly. I cannot praise them enough!

The food was delicious, a fairly small selection compared to some all inclusive but enough for everyone and of very high quality. The drinks are delicious, and dangerous….far too tasty for that much alcohol 🤣

Our room was incredible, way beyond what we expected, beautifully decorated and comfortable.

We each got a spa treatment and it was absolutely incredible, my partners hair was something to behold after her cranial facial massage!

Will definitely be returning for longer in the future!

Incredible hotel and wonderful staff

This hotel is perfect for families, kids parents and grandparents. There is entertainment for all ages. The room we have is comfortable and clean. The whole resort is spotless the shop on sight is reasonably priced. The staff are extremely friendly. We were speaking to a family that have been back 15 times and we would definitely be coming back. They think of the little things, there is a water bottle for you to refill and keep and beach towels for you to use. 
There isn't one thing I can complain about.
