I challenge you to find a cleaner hotel than this
This hotel was a lovely surprise. Booked last minute and we were so pleased with it. Hotel surroundings are spectacular and so clean. Love that the site is no smoking (only designated area) all hotels should follow suit. The villas are so comfortable and clean. Everyone who works here always has a smile and a greeting. Food is a bit basic, but always fresh. Drinks are great and I will return. Enough Sunbeds for all. A gem of a find

Brilliant we will be back.
Brilliant stay. Went as a family of 5, 18 and 21 year old boys and 11 year old girl. Hotel was amazingly clean, staff very friendly and helpful, food was a good choice. Theme changed each evening so we felt there was plenty of choice for us. We ate out a couple of nights through choice rather than need. Pool was clean and quiet plenty of sun loungers. Apartment much better than expected, very comfortable and well stocked was surprised to have pool towels in the rooms and a full kitchen. Entertainment was available if you wanted but not in your face, I liked the fact the kids entertainment was in the tree house play area in the evening so you don’t feel you had to be involved if you don’t have young children, but there looked to be plenty to keep little ones entertained and the children’s entertainers were lovely. The resident cat was also a bonus lovely friendly little thing like to follow you are find and sit near you and purr my daughter loved it and wanted to being him home! Only draw backs were vaping around the pool area wasn’t allowed but not enforced so became more frequent as the week went on felt like we were sat in clouds of it some days and had to move to avoid it. music far too loud some days, certainly not opposed to the music that was welcomed but volume was too much some days Saying all that we will be back!
A fantastic, family-friendly hotel
I don’t normally write reviews, however this hotel was a must. honestly couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could have asked for.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The food was excellent with plenty of choice, and the facilities were fantastic. What really stood out was how brilliant the hotel was for families. There was plenty to keep the children entertained, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and it was clear that families were genuinely catered for throughout the resort.
A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We created wonderful memories together as a family and will definitely be returning in the future. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and family-friendly holiday. Five stars all the way!
Book you won't be disappointed
If you are looking for a lovely relaxing break... just book it! This place is beautiful, the villas are unreal. We stayed in a 2 bed villa. There is a bedroom to the left as you walk in with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a living areas, a balcony, then downstairs is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, patio doors that open onto a beautiful terrace with a double sunbed, table and chairs, and an outdoor sofa, really is just beautiful!
Maids are amazing, they come in ever day the place is spotless. Pool area is really lovely, never once did we struggle for a sun bed, we did go in June in term time so I can't speak for summer hols!
We had a 14 and 12 year old with us, id say the entertainment is definitely for the younger kids so if you have little ones you are onto a winner. Bar staff are lovely!
It is set out of the way from las americas which suited me fine, easy to get a taxi into the centre, we never walked it as we have lazy teens but a taxi ride is 5 mins into town. If you are on a package holiday and wondering how long it takes from the airport, it is about 15 mins, and green garden is the first stop, bonus! All in all we absolutely loved our week here and would definitely return again.
Great staff
I’m torn with the rating. The staff are 5 stars. Especially Oscar and his team in the restaurant. The food is great too. Plenty of gluten free options for my partner and the chef was always happy to talk through them. The ‘snack shack’ is perfect for those moments in between meals. We were there at the start of the Scottish school holidays. No problem getting a sunbed. Maybe a bit tricky after 10 am.
A wee bit out of Las Americas but taxis are only €5-6 euros and arrive in minutes if you ask the staff to call them for you.
Overall - we had a very relaxing holiday. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is the rooms could do with a bit of updating. Nothing particularly wrong with ours. Just beginning to look a little bit tired.
This was our second visit. We’ll be back.
