Very good experience, pool volleyball was excellent. Yuri got smoked at volleyball
Great stay
Second time of staying in the hotel, this time just for 4 nights. We paid for a golf view room which are so much nicer decorated than the standards rooms. Breakfast is okay, but to be fair we not really breakfast people and prefer to go out for a coffee somewhere. Hotel is spotless and the pool area is well kept. Mixture of all ages but wasn’t as lively as a previous visit in July 2024. Takes a good 20 mins to walk to the golden mile and it is in the middle of no where so bare that in mind if you just wasn’t to nip out, no shops on door step . It is on a hill too so when it’s hot it’s a bit of a hike especially if you have walked from torviscas area, the road is just all up hill. However taxis from golden mile approx 6 euros so issue. Taxi rank right by hotel as well which is really handy. If you are into golf the americas golf course just round corner which is a stunning course and you can hire clubs from a shop in the hotel. Only negative is the hotel room doors don’t have a soft closer so every time someone closes their doors in the night it’s so loud. A big plus for me is the sunbed situation . We only go around the pool from about 3 onwards and there was always beds available. Music does play round the pool which can be a little loud, but apart from that had a great stay and will return

amazing
Will be back again and again! Stayed bed and breakfast so we could always go out and explore in the evening and that was perfect for us. Upgrading to the room with roof terrace made the holiday, our room was massive with 3 balconies! With amazing views from each balcony, we loved sitting up there looking out. Never found a hotel with a room like this for such a good price! definitely recommend!

Yuri was amazing
Yuri was absolutely amazing with our son. Playing with him in the pool and creating games for them to play together suitable for a 7 year old. He is a credit to the hotel we would 100% recommend. Thank you

not a very good holidav experience im having! we arrived Thursday and now told we are NOT to take our bags in the restaurant, to leave them outside. I am not leaving my baa outside. this is the first morning it has happened! so now I have not had any breakfast today, which i have paid for!! and the time we leave here Thursdav is before breakfast so that is another day without breakfast which we have paid for. we have had 5 breakfast out of 7!!! also when we booked we booked a room with a garden or pool view and got a building site, so even though this does not encourage me to sit on the balcony, relaxing on my holiday, I chose to let this go. the hotel staff are very very rude (apart from the gentleman on reception) they are not considerate or compassionate in any way, just down right RUDE! i will not be going in there for breakfast tomorrow either as I dont want to feel like a criminal and feel violatec so thats 4 breakfast we have had when we paid for 7!! i have already spoken to the restaurant manager and that was a waste of my time! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, ONE STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR THIS PLACE!
