The hotel offers a fantastic pool area with two large outdoor pools and a children's pool as well as a large sun terrace with loungers and parasols. The wellness area will everyone’s favourite. Cooke's couple holiday
Location was ok apart from the drug dealers and crack heads outside the hotel, which leads onto the strip (Veroniaca's). Would not reccomend stopping here unless you like your drugs and a skanky nightlife! Better off staying in the hotel of an evening for the enterainment which was very good! Food was ok, but not the best. Some of the bar staff were rude (Diaddy and Lazaro). Nice staff were Jessica and Frank and the Omellete Chef! Lovely hotel, just a shame on the location.

hotel is lovely and rooms are very nice, hotel is very clean and staff are very professional and friendly other than one exception of the blonde woman on reception is rather rude. food is standard at buffet however was cold some days and restaurant is always packed. sunbeds are impossible to get unless you are up at 8am to reserve
Great hotel in a good location
Beautiful hotel only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Las Americas. The room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. Reception staff were fantastic and always available for any queries with a positive chirpy attitude. Pool bar had a great selection with food available throughout the day for a quick bite between lunch and dinner. Bar staff were excellent with their service. Only point would be the entertainment during the day was lacking and could definitely improve for guest enjoyment
Massage
Our first time at the hotel gala and spa, was safe to say it was one of the best if not the best spa experience we have had. The team were welcoming and helpful in all aspects, and supported any need required. We had a bamboo scrub and peel and hydration followed by a couples aromatherapy gold oil massage by Jose and Babi, 100% a great team after connecting the first couples massage at the hotel gala spa flawlessly. Will 100% go back again and would highly recommend!
