We would like to inform you that according to our new Green & Smart programme, starting next Summer 2023 season our Coral Suites & Spa (as per 11.04.2023) will be converted into “NON-SMOKING” hotel, which means that smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises, except for one designated outdoor smoking area adjacent to the Hotel Reception / Entrance of the complex, fitted with seating and ashtrays.

Chill out holiday
We had an absolutely fabulous time at this hotel, all dining we could find something to our tastes, Cleanliness was top notch. we actually used the roof terraces for a quieter sunbathing experience. the entertainment was overshadowed by the world cup (unfortunately) location was within ten minutes to all shopping/beach/bars if required. Overall a perfect chill out holiday for us
DO NOT STAY IF YOU ARE A SMOKER
DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE A SMOKER The hotel is a NON smoking hotel and the smoking area is based at the front of the hotel meaning it's a far walk if you want a cigarette from the pool, you can not smoke on the balcony or the pool area, not good for those who smoke ,l also stayed as an all inclusive guest however ! have never felt so much attitude off certain staff members. l asked for a nice late (from behind the bar) as the one for us all to use tasted like dishwasher water, the other waiter even agreed it is disgusting (the coffee), he then tried to charge me €3 for a coffee even though I was all inclusive I explained this to him and he rolled his eyes and made me an extremely milky coffee, I have never felt so upset to ask staff politely to make me a drink, I then went to the shop to get my own coffee sachets as they refused some days to make me a coffee. Also on the last day we had to leave our room at 12pm we checked out at 11am and they cut the bands off, the bus transfers weren't meant to be collecting us until 3pm and the staff stated we are not allowed any all inclusive food or drinks because the band had been taken off, I thought this was absolutely disgusting as we had paid for 14 days, I even explained that we came at 19:00 on the day of the holiday and they still refused to provide us with water (even though we had paid) other than that the night time staff were lovely and looked after us , also the bar stops at 11pm(quite early) the hotel is clean but not enough toilets in the main bar area. Wouldn't stay again

Nice hotel comfortable stay
Nice hotel , good location,very nice rooms kept well and spotless clean , cleaning staff looked after the rooms well,we were supposed to go to coral California but it's closed for refurbishment, not much going on in evenings quite Atmoshere , the lobby bar can do with selling Smirnoff ice , the reception sell them but not the bar but only till 10 o’clock at night , was a bit disappointed it’s only thing I drink ,so had to bring my own when my hubby got a pint from bar ,reception staff Elli very helpful and friendly, we had a great stay at Coral Suites &Spa

Nice stay
Very clean well positioned Hotel. Pool area well maintained and roof sun terrace. Staff were helpful and friendly. We went self catering the facilities in your room are well presented. I would definitely recommend this hotel .

Great hotel, good facilities, excellent room, close to the sea and strip. Food was excellent!
