We would like to inform you that according to our new Green & Smart programme, starting next Summer 2023 season our Coral Suites & Spa (as per 11.04.2023) will be converted into “NON-SMOKING” hotel, which means that smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises, except for one designated outdoor smoking area adjacent to the Hotel Reception / Entrance of the complex, fitted with seating and ashtrays.

Lovely, clean and awesome
So lovely hotel, clean and big room, breakfast was delicious and the staff always smiling and kind. Very clean accommodation. Would recommend🙂

Fantastic hotel in very good location excellent staff spotless in all areas.breakfast has a fantastic choice and im a fussy eater but can't fault it here only b and b so can't comment on lunch or dinner sorry.rooms very big all in all it's a fantastic hotel .my third visit here

The hotel is good and bad.
We were booked to stay at Coral California but were moved here which was fine. When we arrived I was absolutely delighted because the hotel was so nice. However, on the first night we had 5 cockroaches in our room. I went to reception and the security guard came and put some spray down but it didn't help. I got up to go to the toilet during the night and they were running around the floor. I went to reception the next morning and asked for a different room on a higher floor and was told no because the hotel was full. The woman I spoke to actually laughted at me for being scared of cockroaches because they dont do anything to you but they are dirty horrible things and I did not want to share my room with them. We bought our own cockroach spray from the supermarket and it did help reduce the numbers but did not get rid of them completely. After contacting our travel agent and completing a hotel survey we got offered a new room after 3 nights. Our new room was really nice and there were no cockroaches in sight. Finally I was able to get a good night sleep. Apart from the cockroach issue the hotel was really nice. It is very clean and towels are changed regularly. The pool area is really nice with plenty sunloungers but if its busy you have the option of the roof terrace. We did go up to the roof terrace a couple of times but got annoyed when someone turned up with a speaker and played their own music. The hotel is in a great location only a few mins walk to bars/restaurants and the staff are mostly all very nice. I can't comment on the food because we were self catering. The gym is great with lots of equipment. Pool towels are provided for you. I think we were unlucky with our first room because it was on a low floor with a tree hanging over the balcony. Other than that the hotel is very nice.
Nice break for a week
The hotel is lovely. Very clean. Room we had was excellent although view was not good ( looking out towards mountains) We had breakfast included and we liked the choice. People did bag their beds around the pool which was annoying. Pool itself was a decent size and not too deep. We stayed mainly on top level which was much quieter and calmer. Value for money was ok. About 8 minute downhill walk to the Golden Mile which has a lot of shops and restaurants. Buses nearby take you to Los Cristianos for about €3 each way for w people. Overall we had a lovely stay.
