The delightful apartment complex enjoys a prime setting in Playa de Las Americas, on the exciting island of Tenerife. Loft rooms are situated on the second floor of the building without any other access to it than by staircase. They are skylight rooms with a distribution similar to studios. No balcony nor terrace are available for this type of rooms.

Ok guys let's get rid of the negatives first. 1 location too far to walk to get to the sea front.would not recommend for persons with mobility issues. Work going on round the pool area although safety of guests is the hotels priority HERE THE ONLY NEGATIVES. Relaxed atmosphere no loud music . Family orientated . We are in apartment 139 beautiful garden area with two sun loungers. The 1 bedroom apartment is well laid out with fully equipped kitchen . Lovely and clean housekeepers are in every day . Lovely fresh bedding and towels. Friendly staff Don't take any notice of bad reports If you want to stay in the Ritz and pay half a million do so.

Good budget but not for mobility issues
So firstly we stayed in a privately owned apartment so we can't comment on the cleaning if on a package holiday so will talk about the resort instead. Firstly when we arrived it was late and we felt it looked like a prison. We had a pram and there is only one lift in the building so we took it however we then had to walk the whole way around to the get to the room. I don't think it would be a suitable hotel for anyone with mobility issues. The morning we were actually quite surprised that the pool are was nicer than expected. The pool is lovely and not to deep. Small kids pool. We found plenty of loungers. Reception are happy to call for a taxi. The beach is a good 15-20 minutes walk as is all nightlife. This is the only downside. Cocktails from the pool bar are lovely. And the staff are all very friendly. The annoying thing is that they do not accept cash which is annoying as we would have spent alot more if they did. The entertainment is okay. Would like to see more of a variety and things like bingo and also to have a bit more music around the pool. Overall a great budget hotel if you want a week of doing nothing. There is a huge mercadona across the road which was super handy however lots of stuff I expected to see were never stocked ( water melon, strawberries, branded crisps, very small alcohol selection ) I would stay again if it was a huge difference in price to something more central
Another great stay
This was our 2nd time staying here and again had a great time. Will be returning. Location is good for us as we prefer to stay active whilst away anyway. 10 mins walk into Las Americas. 10mins walk to the seafront via El Camison and 10 mins walk to Los Cristianos. Enjoyed going for walks 2 twice a day. There is a very large Mercadona across the road. Everything you would need in the rooms. Cleaned on a regular basis and always clean. Didn’t find any issues during our stay this time and previous time last year. We didn’t sit by the pool as we opted for a pool room this time but it had been renovated since last summer. Looks clean and smart. We had breakfast, it was good value for money and a very good selection but personally would prefer not to opt for breakfast again. All the staff work hard to maintain the grounds and rooms. All facilities you need are on site however personally I would love it if there was a gym to use. Just something simply like a treadmill. I would rate this 9/10 only 3 criticisms, as we had a pool room, facing the road opposite Mercadona, there was no shade outside on the terrace at all. We asked about having a parasol but reception explained due to the wind wasn’t possible in case it smashed the glass doors, which we understand. It would have been perfect if there was some shade, perhaps an awning/canopy fixed to wall to pull out on a small part of the terrace? We were on the ground floor the people above woke us every morning at 5.30am scraping furniture and banging above us, which isn’t the hotels fault at all. There was A/C but only in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedroom which made sleeping difficult as the A/C wasn’t blowing into the bedroom and ceiling fans wasn’t enough to cool the bedroom. Overall we would definitely return again and look forward to our next visit

Went with open mind after reading some reviews. We had garden room 139 top left corner of pool. Decor was a mix of original and new. Only has ceiling fans. The bedroom one is OK but the living area has 2 speeds slow and stop. Overall the rooms were cleaned daily Monday to Friday, weekends just empty bins. Adult section with comfy beds. They replaced the beds round the pool while we were there but didn't get any more brollies. It's 5.5 euros to Los christianos about 6.5 to Las amaricas. There is a shopping centre across the road with supermarket, a couple of bars, one does full or half roast chickens takeaways which are nice 10 euros. Can't comment on hotel food as we made our own breakfasts and went out for other meals. Overall clean a d tidy nice pool area lovely room. PS. If you sit on the patio at night you will get bitten. Can get sprays, citrenella candles 🕯 from supermarket. Bit isolated but ok as a base.
