Brilliant stay for all ages
Brilliant place been four times now and twice solo. I go self catering so I can choose when I eat etc. it's in a good location with nearby bars and restaurants. People do wait for the sunbeds to be unlocked in the morning, even standing about when the cleaners are still cleaning the area which I thought was very rude. There are plenty of sunbeds, maybe not exactly where you want them but there's enough. Main pool area gets sun all day, I chose to sit round the smaller and quieter pool at the back. House keeping everyday and all staff were lovely and helpful. I also emailed them when I booked to request a pool view room which I got.
Nice hotel , terrible bar staff.
The hotel itself is lovely, the reception staff have been great and very helpful with any questions etc. the rooms are clean, however the all inclusive section is a bit outdated but we never spent that long in the room to complain. The pool can be a major sunbed wars but we never struggled to get a sunbed at the top sunbed areas. Food is very meh, i’m a very fussy eater and there wasn’t much of an option for kids either. my biggest complaint would be the bar staff, one in particular, she is extremely rude and unfriendly. the first night here she slammed our drinks down and caused it to spill all over the woman standing beside me, to which i asked for another drink, every time she has served me since it’s been like the end of the world for her. i’ve read through the reviews and can’t seem to find anyone else complaining so i genuinely have started to think she just had a problem with me for asking for another drink.😭 All over nice hotel for the price, however the member of bar staff needs to smile more and not hold grudges 😛
Good Location and Price
A great location for the golden mile and the strip. Can be loud at night, however, we were out until approximately midnight most nights, so didn’t affect our sleep too much. Could imagine if you have young children or like to go to bed early, it could be a problem. Hotel is basic (3 star) but towels are changed daily and rooms tidied. Staff are always cleaning communal areas etc. We encountered a few problems with our room on arrival which could not be fixed as it was late when we got there, but maintenance attended first thing next morning to fix the issues, so can’t complain. Stayed self catering so can’t comment on food from all inclusive, we did eat at the corner bar though and food was tasty and plentiful for the money. Supermarkets around the corner and nice bars and restaurants serving breakfast too.
There are plenty of sun-beds in the morning until approximately 9:30 but not as many parasols if you need one with younger children, however, there are plenty of shaded areas too.
There is a shower room you can use when you check out, however, you must take your own towels and shower gel etc as it’s not provided.
Overall, for the price of the hotel and location it’s a great place to stay.

Clean and pleasant stay
We had a lovely time here. The staff were all friendly and the place was clean and cleaned everyday. Food was ok and plenty to eat everyday. The restaurant in the corner is amazing you have to pay but the prices are great and the lady who works there is so lovely! Location is perfect I’m close walking distant to everything! Highly recommend Siam park! No entertainment but felt like we did not need it! Always a sunbed available. Lovely hidden roof terrace on 6th floor with amazing views.loved it here
Clean but very noisy
Great location. Very noisy hotel. Music is extremely loud when we were having a drink beside pool. Didn't (in 11 nights) get a chance to sunbathe there as all of the beds and umbrellas were taken before 8.30 in morning. Some beds were left with towels until 3pm with noone on. Would be better if all rooms were assigned beds or the life guard took towels off after being on a hour without people.
We went to beach about half hour away.
First week no noise but second week a lot of shouting in corridors at 3ish. Didn last long just people coming back I suppose.
Rooms are lovely and clean and staff are friendly.
Shower rooms have glass doors and are boiling for when you are leaving. So didnt feel fresh before coach pick up.
Overall nice hotel but not for us until you can get the sunbed situation under control.
