Would of been quieter sleeping in a tent outside the clubs
The location was very close to the bars and nightclubs, mostly under 20’s staying, very loud at night even had 20 police cars one night as group of lads were being very disruptive, rooms very basic not overly clean, food not great, the reception staff very rude, over all not a place to be going
Apparently you can't buy a drink if you are in another hotel and the rooms are dated dark and beds all me replacing the all incl

Been here 3 times already it’s a great hotel but has downsides there little options for food they have set days of what food if you don’t fancy the food they do that night the only other food they do is pizza which is not the best or chips the bed sheets are changed every so often put the sign on the door saying clean the room they only cleaned the floors and left us with 1 towel night life is always great around the strip noticed the staff don’t do any entertainment in the day around the pool entertainment is great at night other than that it’s a nice hotel staff are always lovely

Terrible hotel.The room was very dated and dirty.Our feet were black everyday from the floor.The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky.They never cleaned the shower tray!!!We went all inclusive and both ended up with food poisoning.We ended up staying in our room for 2 days very unwell.We spoke to other people there that also had upset stomachs from the food.Also everyone seemed to have a cough and bad chest.Not sure if from air con in the room.You had to pay 1 euro for a plastic cup that was just washed under a tap when you got a drink.It ended up making my lips and mouth sore.You had to pay 3 euro for an ashtray too which was ridiculous and unheard of before where we have stayed before.Full of drunk 18 year olds rolling in loudly at 4am onwards.Overall very poor experience,ruined our holiday and would never go there again.We are still unwell now we are home.
Avoid like the plague!!!
Just returned after a 7 night stay. Please avoid unless you’re looking for an 18-30s style holiday!! Constant banging of doors and groups of young adults running riot through the place at 4am etc. We complained and were told what do you expect as we are so close to the main strip and to call reception the next time it happened only to find the phone didn’t actually work, then the air conditioning unit started leaking. This was reported and never fixed. The whole place stinks of weed day and night and not a thing is done about this and there’s people with young families.
Rooms are very basic and could be doing with a total upgrade. Husbands bed was nearly falling apart and had to be fixed which on this occasion was. Cleaning is basically non existent in the rooms, I’m not even convinced the towels are fresh when specifically asked for. Bar staff are rude, yes overworked which is probably why but it’s the height of summer and they have 1 person behind the bar serving drinks and 1 dealing with snacks!
All inclusive is a waste of money here, the only half decent meal is breakfast as everything else is like others have said half cooked or cold. Poor quality drinks on offer and their snacks are only served during 2 small time frames 10-12 or 3-4, god forbid you just want a toastie and chips at say 1pm nope you need to head down to the buffet hall for your all inclusive rubbish. Ended up eating out for dinner every night after day 2.
Do not come here if you are looking for a relaxing family holiday.
