Stunning!
Me and my fiancé stayed here for my birthday and it was nothing short of amazing!
Staff very friendly, lovely location along the 'Golden Mile' right next door to the Hard Rock Café and within walking distance to lots of other bars and restaurants.
Our room was lovely and spacious, very clean and a large balcony complete with our own sun loungers and plunge pool 🏖 also worth mentioning that the interior of the hotel, particularly the lobby, is absolutely gorgeous.

Wonderful
Really nice location,nice room and pool ,really close to the beach . Really nice staff there especially Andreea from the reception, she is very easy to communicate with and very helpful and understanding. I will go there again for sure.
Excellent value and nice and quiet if you pick the right room
Another excellent 14 night stay in one of the sea facing rooms. Careful which room you book as some are very close to the Hard Rock Cafe and must be very noisy, un-like our room which was lovely and quiet. Get there before it closes for refurbishment which they say could be 2027. While there they seemed to be having an issue with the wifi as it was only 2-3Mbps in our room which is ok for Google and emails but not much else. 40-50Mbps on the same wifi channel in the adjacent Mediterianian and Sir Anothony Hotels, which are all part of the same hotel group.

So relaxing
What a wonderful hotel, beautiful lobby & pool area & room spacious with a mini fridge. On our 1st night we where placed in a room near to the Hard Rock Cafe, which I found to be very noisy with music going onto late and staff then working very early, I mentioned this to reception and within 15 minutes we were moved to a much quieter room. Breakfast is very good with a vast selection for everyone, the pianist playing every morning is a lovely touch. On 2 occasions we used the spa which is beautiful and very reasonable, I would highly recommend. If you want to de-stress and relax then this is the hotel too book, already looking too book for next year.
Excellent as always
I have Stayed at the Cleopatra 3 times now, latest stay was in July. It never lets you down, staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. I do understand that rooms need an upgrade however I would hate to see the Hotel lose its charm and character. While the Mediterranean Palace is beautiful I found it very clinical and impersonal. I would definitely return to the Cleopatra Palace without hesitation
