This beautiful, up-scale hotel is the perfect spot facing “El Camisón Beach”, where guests can enjoy a relaxing holiday experience in company of their partner, family or friends.
In the surrounding area, guests will find a wide variety of other activities and moments of wellbeing that cannot fail to impress them. As leisure options, visitors will have the Safari Shopping Centre with plenty of shops and restaurants at hand, and golf enthusiasts will be pleased to find an 18-hole course just 500 metres away from the premises.
The hotel offers an outdoor pool with a large sun terrace, surrounded by Roman columns and marble statues, among a seemingly boundless array of leisure, recreational and dining amenities and facilities.
The hotel’s guest rooms are luxuriously-appointed, offering a sanctuary of comfort and serenity for a home away from home stay. All rooms are equipped with a range of facilities to ensure a comfortable stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had the most amazing stay at the cleopatra for our summer holiday. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and always greated you with a welcoming smile. The rooms were so clean and the cleaners were lovely! We stayed in a plunge pool room and they were so spacious and just overall fabulous for the “relaxing” week we had planned. The breakfast is a huge choice to satisfy all pallets too! We will definitely be coming back for our 4th time next year!
Check in was so easy, Andrea was fabulous, very welcoming and professional. She is a credit to the team. Love Cleopatra Palace!
I love this hotel, I’ve been holidaying there for 18 years but hadn’t been for the last few and I wasn’t disappointed. Excellent location, pool area is fabulous, excellent reception staff always polite, friendly and helpful. Any requests are always considered and mostly granted. Can’t fault housekeeping. Good food and good variety, I was only B&B. The only slight criticism I have is that a couple of staff members were a little over zealous in their duties. I had my breakfast & tea taken away when I nipped back in for a bread too that I’d forgotten. On my fist day I told the pool attendant that I was going for breakfast and when I came back 20 mins later my towels were lifted even although most of the loungers were still free. I’m an early riser but don’t like to eat early. It was fine the rest of my stay though with a different attendant. Overall an exceptional stay and I just hope that after the renovations it’s still affordable.
Everything was so easy and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is very clean and near all the main shops and attractions. Will definitely come back. ☀️
We stayed here for a week on the last week of June.
When we arrived we was offered champagne on arrival and the staff were super helpful and explained everything you needed to know about the hotel, I really liked the fact that after a certain time you are able to use the Mediterranean palace hotels facility’s for free too which was a lovely added touch, although we was out every evening so didn’t get the chance. We also overheard the staff say to the couple that arrived just before us that after check out if their flight is later in the day they are able to use the hotels spa showers before they leave for their flight which again is a lovely touch.
Breakfast was amazing and everything you could ever want - everything needed for a cooked breakfast, pastries, pancakes, waffles salads, yogurt and omelettes and tasted great.
Hotel was absoloutly spotless and the rooms were spacious with a huge bed, table and chairs. We had a pool view room which was lovely and looked even better at night lit up when sat chilling on the balcony.
The rooms are slightly outdated but I believe they are looking to renovate these in the near future however we found no issues at all. The pool area was also very clean and due to the no reserving sun beds policy they have you are able to get a sun bed at any time of day. The pool itself was the perfect temperature, not cold at all.
The location is perfect right on the golden mile with bars, restaurants and shops all around so everything was easily accessible. If you walk out the entrance of the hotel you are straight onto the beach. Lots of things to do in the area, If visiting I highly recommend walking along the coast to Costa adeje as it’s a beautiful walk with beautiful views.
We loved it so much we are planning to return next year for 10 nights.
