We had a great time, the hotel was very clean and the food was good.. if you didn’t queue up early you wouldn’t get a sunbed though, and the entertainment could of been a bit better

Very good hotel to be honest for a family Entertainment was good enough
I would say just above mid range which is good for the volume,capacity and size of the hotel
Food every good fresh food selection of lean meat and fresh salad only negative for the chefs is that it’s too rich non need for the amount of oil used way over board… but overall good food plenty of choice
Staff that stood out and are outstanding are victor for the kids his presence and control over the room and pool and overall authority over the guests is has been very good considering his age and time in the industry
And David Gomez at the bar for his effort with family and children creating a fun atmosphere for all
Overall very good hotel and would return

Fabulous holiday experience.
Fabulous hotel- my room was very clean and spacious and I loved the balcony overlooking the pool. All of the staff were lovely, very polite and friendly. The facilities were great, the pools and grounds were really nice. The food was plentiful with loads of choices (I particularly enjoyed the breakfasts). I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had the most wonderful holiday.
Fantastic Holliday
What a great place this is staff are amazing and remember us as we had been 8 weeks earlier we was all inclusive and to also have premium spirits is an added bonus the whole place was spotless and the food had a great range of choice some was not my to my liking but I am fussy Free shuttle bus down to Americas multiple time of the day and return Weekends was manic with locals with day passes and made it difficult to get a sun bed but we still managed to get two
The entertainment manager was a great chap and did a brilliant job
The bar staff you could not ask for anything better they was quick funny attentive and even took a bit of time to get to know us
