This amazingly decorated hotel is situated in Los Cristianos, Spain. The airport is conveniently located just about 10 minutes away by car. Guests will be delighted to know that the beach is just 5-minute car ride away from the complex. In the surroundings, there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Travellers will not have time to enjoy all the hotel has to offer. They can rest under the shadow of an umbrella by the side of the pool or go to the spa where they can relax and them themselves be spoilt. The gastronomy the complex offers will certainly please all types of tastes. The gym is perfect for the ones who like to keep the good shape. The rooms are what visitors need after a full day of fun and entertainment, they are equipped with all the essential amenities to have a comfortable stay.

Great Holiday
After a rocky start — and I mean rocky! — when we first arrived, our room had a very unpleasant smell and honestly wasn’t up to the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel.
However, I went down to reception and spoke to the staff, and I genuinely couldn’t fault how they handled it. They were so helpful, understanding and wanted to get the problem sorted just as much as I did.
A special mention has to go to Maria in the restaurant. She was absolutely fabulous — so friendly and helpful, and just one of those people who could brighten anyone’s day! ❤️
The food was ok entertainment at night just wasn’t for us & that’s ok. The snack bars and pools were amazing, and the lifeguards were brilliant. Our rubber ring was too big for the main pool, so one of the lifeguards even went out of their way to get us a smaller one.
The location was also fantastic — within walking distance of everything we needed, and if we wanted a taxi, reception were always happy to arrange one for us.
Despite the rocky start, We ended up having a lovely holiday. ❤️

Avoid 341
Hotel is on A busy roundabout and on a hill. Staff are welcoming. Hotel is very dark inside. Family orientated with a couple of adult only areas. Food choices, good, but not hot. Avoid room 341. It's on road side, with staff and delivery entrance underneath. So lots of door slamming early morning when staff arrive, noisey deliveries, and bin men. Staff break area too, so smell of smoke. Work being done to the side, so more noise, and not told about this. Spoke to front desk who said they had been trying to sort this for years.

Fantastic holiday
Stayed in room 335 weve had a lovely 10 days place is spotless staff cant do enough for you entertainment very good one of the best allinclusive hotels we have stayed in there is a fantic waiter in resturant called david he is so funny well done to all the we will be back next year

We had a fantastic stay here and would 100% return!
The location is great, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. There’s also a free shuttle bus to the beach, and Siam Park is only a few minutes away by taxi.
The atmosphere around the hotel was brilliant. The entertainment team were all really friendly, fun and enthusiastic, and there was nearly always something going on during the day or evening if you wanted to get involved.
We stayed in a Premium Family Room and were really impressed with it. It was very spacious, clean and modern, and felt more like a little apartment than a hotel room. The children had their own separate bedroom, which they absolutely loved!
We thought the hotel was excellent value for money, especially with the amount of entertainment, the food and the five pools. It was definitely one of the best all-inclusive holidays we’ve had in a while.
The hotel in general was very clean. Our room was cleaned every two days and we were given fresh towels every day. The pool areas and communal areas were also kept clean. The only issue we noticed was on our final day when we saw some cockroaches in one of the communal toilets, but we reported this and it was dealt with straight away.
The service overall was very good. The bar and waiting staff were friendly, and a couple of the lifeguards around the pools were absolutely brilliant with the kids. The only time we felt the service could have been better was when a phone belonging to someone in our party went missing. We had live tracking showing that it was in the bar area, but unfortunately we didn’t feel there was much urgency in helping us look for it, and the bar wasn’t unlocked for us to check before we had to leave for the airport. The hotel contacted us afterwards to say the phone had been found and, from that point onwards, they were very helpful in arranging for it to be sent back to us in the UK, which we really appreciated.
There was loads for the kids to do, including three pools they could use, the kids’ club and plenty of daytime and evening entertainment. The Wi-Fi could definitely have been better as it only really worked for us on our final day, but this didn’t affect our holiday at all.
We were also really impressed with the all-inclusive drinks selection compared with other hotels we’ve stayed at. The food was fantastic, with a really good variety every day and we always found something we liked. There was also live cooking at mealtimes, with food freshly prepared in front of you, which was a really nice touch. The snack bars were great too, especially being able to make your own toasties, which the kids loved!
One small suggestion would be to include more child-friendly prizes during the entertainment. Our child won one of the activities one evening and the prize was a bottle of fizz! It was a nice prize for us adults, but it would have been lovely for him to receive something he could enjoy himself.
Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and felt the hotel offered fantastic value for money. Great atmosphere, lovely food, plenty to do and ideal for families. We would 100% stay here again!
