⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic family holiday – we’ll definitely be back!
We have just returned from an amazing week at Ohasis Boutique Suites and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.
From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartments were modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing family break.
A special thank you to the hotel for making our son’s birthday so memorable. We had mentioned it before our arrival, and they surprised him with a birthday card and some delicious pastries waiting in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made his day extra special.
The location was perfect for us. Although the hotel is in a peaceful setting, it’s only around a five-minute walk to plenty of restaurants and bars. We especially enjoyed The Attic in the Pasarela Centre, which had a fantastic atmosphere, and there is a children’s play area directly opposite, making it a great place to relax while the kids played.
The pool area was lovely, it did get quite busy at time but we still managed to get beds each morning. The whole hotel had a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already been looking at booking another holiday here. That’s probably the biggest compliment we can give. We’d happily recommend Ohasis Boutique Suites to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly hotel in Los Cristianos.

LOVELY, BUT WOULDN’T TAKE KIDS ABOVE 7
Stayed at ohasis from 10-17july . The apartments are really lovely and well equipped but one thing I would say is maybe need to upgrade the mattresses on sofa bed , they are VERY thin and can feel the metal on youre back every time you move. whilst we where there they did have some issues with water and pressure and day we signed out there was none for hours . The shower water was pouring out onto floor also as too flat. Also something we weren’t told on booking is that you need to pay a €100 deposit (have never paid this on any holiday before ) so be sure to take extra money .you get refunded the day you leave (minus anything taken from fridge or breakages) IM STILL WAITING ON MY DEPOSIT !!!!!!!!!!! The hotel is up a steep hill but I would stay here again minus the kids , I’d say these apartments are more for adults ONLY /couples /babies /toddlers as nice and quiet,no music or entertainment for kids . Kids aren’t allowed to be kids at the pool NO BALLS,NO FLOATS, NO HAVING FUN 🤩 we did enjoy our time in Tenerife but next time I’d maybe choose a more family hotel if taking kids .
Not the best
Booked here for 15 ladies celebrating our friends 60th. We had a late check in which was fine. All our rooms were in floors 4/5 but with no lift was a bit of a nightmare as lots of stairs with heavy cases and no help . Rooms are nice but not that clean to be fair and we did not get room cleaned in the 5 days we stayed once just fresh towels when we asked. On our first day we opted for a pool day . Sadly the life guard was very rude which spoilt it a little to be honest lots of rules. Bar food and drinks were nice though . The worst part of our stay was our toilet blocked on our last night and we were left 13 hours with no toilet which was awful. When asked why it took so long we were told no maintenance between 6pm and 8am . Sadly would not return to this hotel

Good stay
Just returned from a 7 night stay. We were in black 3. No lifts which we knew so lots of stairs to the apartments. They range from block 1 through to block 6 which is the furthest away. Rooms were modern spacious and clean and did the job for us. Nice pool area although does get busy so have to go down early to get a sunbed. Location is up a steep hill just to bear in mind. Would return again
Stayed in better hostels
The rooms are dirty cleaners don’t do there job had problems with pests on the rooms upon telling a manager they told us to deal with it ourselves if you are looking for a nice hotel in Tenerife this isn’t it
