This modern apartment hotel enjoys a prime setting in the tourist resort of Los Cristianos. The airport is conveniently close since it is just about 15 minutes’ drive away. The complex is located a few steps away from a host of shops, bars and restaurants. Guests will find themselves just 500 metres away from the beach. This wonderful complex greets guests with the promise of a relaxing home away from home. Guests can enjoy a leisurely swim in the pool, relax and unwind on the sun terrace, dine in style in the restaurant, and partake in a host of activities. The apartments are beautifully designed, and come complete with modern amenities for added comfort and convenience.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
On the contrary to other reviews we loved it here. Our room was a great size, the cleaning ladies did a fantastic job over the 2 weeks we were there. We did go down to the pool at about quarter to 10 each morning but that was fine by us. More beds are unlocked at 11 and most days there were still empty beds piled up until early afternoon. The pool bar was closed but you could get drinks and food from the front bar. People were also bringing snacks from a great shop opposite and the site shop. We honestly could not fault it and can’t wait to return. Oh and we did have a little bug problem, completely our fault for leaving the patio door open but reception had it sorted as soon as we mentioned it to them with no bother. Fab place!
Lovely hotel, rooms are nice and spacious, the bathrooms could do with modernising a bit, think they could do having walk in showers rather than a shower in the bath as for someone that is 6ft 1 my head touched the shower head, could do with more brollies round the pool, staff are super friendly and the pool is great. This is our second visit and would come back again.
Great base for a long weekend in Tenerife. We stayed Friday to Monday but joined friend (& 1 child) who’d been here Tuesday to Tuesday. We loved the pool - shallow areas & deep areas for kids. The sun loungers get unlocked at 10am & there’s a few people waiting round but it wasn’t chaos for a chair. The umbrellas, however…. They get ‘reserved’ with bags or clothes sat on the base of them early on because there isn’t enough umbrellas to go round & not much natural shade around the pool. The rooms were great - spacious & clean, kitchen amenities if needed, powerful walk in shower & comfy bed & pillows. We were ground floor so had a little terrace overlooking garden/other apartment complex. Cleaner came in everyday to make up bed, top up loo roll & empty bins. I wouldn’t want to stay in the same room again though for the noise. We were in room 145 which happened to be opposite what I think was a staff room because between 7:15-7:45am you’d hear alot of voices chatting & laughing - loud enough to wake you up. On the first morning there was a male & female having a conversation right outside the door, no attempt to whisper at 7:30am. My husband actually went outside & asked them to be quiet. It was never quite so loud the next 2 mornings but the general noise of lots of people having chats still woke us up. They all seemed to leave for 8am but then would be back at 9am right outside the room again. If we were staying a week we’d have asked to move but only had 3 mornings there. On day of arrival there was a room for suitcase until check in 3-4pm & changing rooms so you can continue with your holiday. Same on last day - showers also available. Really well stocked shop on site for snacks & drinks round the pool, or alcohol & food for your room - the most incredible fresh pastries every single morning - lovely breakfast option! Also a cafe on site for alcohol/drinks & lunches like burgers, pizza. Really handy! Then about 10 mins from a bigger supermarket, lots of bars & restaurants. 10 mins from Los Cristianos beach or a little further to Las Vistas - nice prom to walk along of an evening. We are usually all inclusive people but for a long weekend we were very happy with these apartments.
This hotel has lots of pros and cons but some cons just completely obliterate the pros. The rooms are pabelled as having a fan. What they reall mean is a ceiling fan which genuinely feels as strong as it would if a single ant was blowing on you. The internet in our room was very limited and you had to go to about 2 or 3 specific spots to get any. The walls are quite thin so you can hear lots of noise all around (if you were on the sofa bed.) Now onto that sofa bed. The sofa bed is honestly more like a pull out pillow rather than a bed. Honestly can't believe they even call it a sofa bed. Also, make sire if you want to use the tv you can stream from your phone, because you can't connect to the internet on a firestick etc. I rated the service as 3 stars because the bar staff are quite nice but we have heard people complaining about stolen jewelry and watches. On the other hand, the hotel is in a great are, near a few nice restaurants, in a walking distance to the pier and personally speaking, our room has a lovely view of the tenerife streets. The pool is very large, but my only complain about it is that it closes at 6pm.(9:30-5:30 in winter, 10-6 in summer.) The hotel bar is very nice with great staff, decent entertainment, and a nice selection of drinks, with a lovely seating area.
Just got back from HG Sur that I booked through love holidays and at first I was a bit sceptical as I have never stayed there but it exceeded my expectations!
Rooms were perfect and clean, we stayed in a studio and had our own TV, kitchen, bathroom with a balcony.
Pool area was amazing, big pool with a shallow and deep end perfect for kids. Only flaws with the pool area is that sunbeds may be an issue but you will always eventually get one! Another flaw being that there was not enough umbrellas which could be fixed.
Hotel was in walking distance to the beach, a row of bars across the road with lots of supermarkets around, taxi rank outside the door and really accessible. Hotel had a restaurant, pool bar, luggage room and its own little shop which was really handy. WiFi only worked near the reception which was quite annoying but worked perfect when you were in range.
Overall I would definitely stay here again and would really recommend.
