FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY. bathroom was disgusting with dirty scum residue in the bathtub with ants all over. Brown liquid stains dribbled down the walls. Marks, stains and hairs on the bed sheets. Mould on the shower head. Rude staff. No air con and rooms get over 35 degrees at night. Terrible smell came from the taps when hot water was running. Wouldn’t stay here again if it was given to me for free. I have never been so excited to get home from a holiday. There is one new block in the hotel which is what is shown in their photos not the older rooms which is majority of the hotel. Do not waste your money staying in this dive!!
Amazing holiday
It is an amazing hotel Rooms are top quality with nice bathrooms kitchens, TV in all rooms.
Easy to get up to your room using the elevator and a modern keycard to get in.
Pool is so nice and clean and you have to be quick to get a nice sunbed
Nearby shops and entertainment ( There is a choice to go all inclusive) And bars and restaurants and of course a top notch beach
Lovely hotel. Lovley Weather. Lovley Holiday Noise level is not to bad either not to sure out of school time tho

Came and stayed here a year ago and it was fantastic stayed in the larger section of the hotel and the rooms were great huge balconies air con clean and tidy and great view of the pool. Just came home and what a difference we were put in the smaller section of the hotel the room was small which is ok we had to wait for the room to be cleaned when we arrived yet when we were allowed in the floor was rotten no mop had touched that floor, the lights had exposed wires hanging out of the walls Plug sockets in bathroom coming off the wall, the security catch on the patio door was non existent I had to stuff card inbetween the catch to keep it secure and we paid extra for a pool view and all we got a mini forest. The staff on reception was so rude to someone infront of me who were also complaining about the cleanliness that I went and spoke to the Jet2 Rep she apologised but categorically told me I would not get any compensation for the supposed pool view because the room was pool side and not road side, I wasn't the first person to complain about this matter and I wouldn't be the last. Nobody was really concerned and nothing got done. Such a shame as the hotel is in such a great location and with a little work it would be great again.
Wonderful stay
Just come back from tenerife we stayed in the hg Tenerife sur what a amazing place the staff are so polite and friendly the complex is kept clean appartments cleaned daily beds changed every 2/3 days can not wait for my next stay in the HG Tenerife sur.

Brilliant place to stay
Absoulty love this hotel come every sept for a month staff are fantastic ,pools are lovely rooms are spacious and modern and the hotel itself is central to everything you need shop ,bars restaurants, beach, market every tues and sun would definatly reccomend great value for money
