Birthday
First time coming to tenerife and I think we've chose the right hotel and location. Food was really good. Room was spacious. Entertainment was good. Pool was a reasonable temperature and never had an issue finding a sunbed. Staff were very friendly. We had a couples massage in the hotel spa which we highly recommend

Hotel was in stunning location, rooms well looked after, Reception and staff excellent, pool barwas a delight, overall a grat stay.

Room 415 Seaview room with good wardrobe space and toiletries all provided. Housekeeping very good in particular Pamela who ensured we got fresh towels. Hotel is right on promenade excellent location. Last day got an amazing facial by Jacky in Despacio Spa which is part of hotel and very good value. We went half board breakfast very good and evening buffet enjoyable but it depends on individual taste as can be repetitive but still worth the extra cost. Staff very efficient and professional. Definitely would return to hotel. Thank you
Chilled and relaxing time
Excellent service from beginning to end from all staff, after an issue with our room it was immediately rectified by reception staff especially Liana and Jesus who couldn't be more helpful. Variety of food was excellent although we are not big fish lovers. Room service available if required but not used, beds very comfortable and remade by staff every day. Pool area had plenty of sunbeds but you didn't have to queue up at silly o'clock for a bed. Free water station was a great bonus for everyone with access at rear of hotel brilliant. We would certainly stay at H10 big sur again.
