Revelling in its charming setting, this hotel is located in the former fishing village of Los Cristianos. The hotel is nestled amidst beautiful gardens, lying just across the promenade from the sea. Guests can enjoy stunning views over the ocean and the harbour. The resort centre, with its numerous shops, entertainment venues, bars and restaurants, lies just 500 metres away from the hotel. Guests will find themselves just 400 metres away from the bustling resort beach of Los Cristianos. This delightful hotel features elegantly-appointed guest rooms, which are well equipped with modern amenities. Guests will appreciate the wide range of facilities and services that the hotel has to offer.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
From the welcome drink on arrival to the beautiful room serviced daily and kept spotlessly clean. The staff have been friendly and welcoming. Laura from the daily activity programme works hard and makes everything inviting and fun. The auqa fit, Spanish dancing 💃 and sangria was excellent. Food has been varied and delicious, I would add that food replenishment can be slow though. However cava at breakfast is a lovely treat. Pool area is spotlessly clean, beds not open til 9.30am which stops beds being reserved. The hotel is right on the beach with beautiful sea views.
The hotel is lovely in everyway, staff, food, cleanliness. Only downside, where it is. Very built up all around it and lots of run down areas around, shops boarded up and litter lying about! Unfortunately this has only happened since Covid. Los Cristianos used to be a lovely area, not so much now!!
Absolutely perfect. Lovely location, beach, people everything is perfect. Staff go above and beyond to help. Restaurant staff very attentive. All so friendly. Hotel is so clean and well kept.
This is our third visit in 3 years to this hotel and we will definitely be back. We have recommended it to many friends. The location is ideal, overlooking the sea. The breakfast and dinner menus are varied, plenty of choice for all tastes and preferences, and there is always fresh food that is cooked to order - with a smile! The staff are all lovely - from the bar staff, to the chefs, the cleaning team and the reception staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. This year they have a water dispenser in the bar - it is free, and it is an excellent addition, thank you for adding that. There are aqua exercise activities and other poolside activities and a workshop once a week - these are run by a lovely lady, so bubbly and friendly!. There are plenty of sunbeds and the pool area is lovely and quiet. The evening entertainment is great. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area but we don't feel the need to go anywhere else. We will definitely be back.
Well...we only have 2 days left and I wish wed booked 2 weeks instead of 1.
We are in room 314 on the third floor overlooking the sea and I cant say enough how much we are enjoying this beautiful hotel , which was booked for my husbands 70th birthday.
Decor in reception is very high end yet still quirky. Rooms have tea and coffee making stations, fridge, and fluffy bathrobes and slippers, and towels are changed and the rooms cleaned every day.
Food is very high standard and never any issues getting a sunbed each day. The pool area has a jacuzzi and i loved that they had an unlimited water station to keep clients hydrated. Entertainment was mostly excellent maybe a tad loud one evening but all in all great fun!
It was worth paying extra for a sea view, listening to the waves crashing at night was lovely. Fantastic hotel!
