The property is near to the shopping area, and from the nightlife of the Los Cristianos area. It offers great facilities with swimming pools, fitness centre and other entertaining options. There is also a pool-bar where guests can enjoy all types of drinks and a buffet- restaurant with a great variety of products and meals that will delight visitors palate during their stay. Children will have fun in the play area and a mini-club with a special activities program for them. The well-equipped rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright, guests will feel right at home.

We have just returned from a week here . It was the hottest week we’ve ever had in Tenerife and I didn’t realise not all rooms had aircon. Ours didn’t and there were no rooms available to upgrade. Reception isn’t great , very rundown and in need of updating but the reception staff are really friendly . It’s a big complex but we weren’t too far from reception or pools. The pools have astroturf around them and I didn’t like it . The green fibres came off on my feet and was full of hairs and crumbs etc. The apartment was ok with a modern bathroom and the beds were actually dry comfortable. Kitchen had very few utensils and only one plug yet the bathroom had 3 ? We had a lovely cleaner once and got clean bedding and towels . The day we arrived though there was soap scum and hairs on the bathroom sink . We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food . Location is excellent and it was a nice quiet complex . There was entertainment every evening but we didn’t go . The place just needs an upgrade . Saying that , because of the location and friendly staff we would go back but only in a room with aircon as the heat last week was unbearable. And get rid of the Astroturf .

Just returned,few positives and few negatives, Had an easy check in receptionist was friendly and helpful,,the complex is massive,feels like a maze but easy once found your bearings. Had Room 153,right outside the pool,it was clean and tidy on arrival but had no air con,it was like a furnace on first night,so I would highly recommend you hire a fan. Pool weren’t very big but done the job to jump in and have a cool down,always had sun beds available which was good,only issue is that the pool area doesn’t open until 10:30. Bar opens from 11 until 11 and typical offerings for an all inclusive. Snacks weren’t readily available you had to order and have them cooked fresh. If you like using the gym when away it has no bike or treadmill in there like pictures show,and very basic. The food we found was a bit boring,pork was the meat on offer every night so we eat out a few nights,not a great deal of variation on offer. If we found a good deal I would return to stay here,but definitely not all inclusive,would rate as a 2 star personally and does need updating

DO NOT CHECK IN TO THE CHECKIN BUNGALOWS!!!!!.
When me and my mum arrived we were greeted by juan who helps us check in, all was well even got told we had an upgraded room with AC but had to leave a £20 or €20 deposit for the remote.
FYI THE ROOMS DONT HAVE AC UNLESS YOU GET “UPGRADED”.
Juan had to make us a map essentially to get to our room which was a 4 min walk up and down stairs and slopes. We had 2 big suitcases as well as our hand luggage and no one offered to assist with these to our room. Our room was (68 stairs away from reception)
Thankfully we only went self catering as the food smelt horrible and upon reading reviews on this place the food is terrible anyways.
The only good thing I would say is the location as it is quite close to the beach but if you want to go to any nightlife make sure you take an inhaler or some sort of breathing device as it’s surrounded by hills.
The pool was decent enough although both lifeguards that was supposed to be keeping an eye for any incidents were no where to be seen.
I suppose the price does match the experience but it still doesn’t take away from a lack of care from staff.
Thankfully our room was nice and cleanly although the shower pressure was poor and the toilet roll you have to pull out like a public toilet which wasn’t very pleasant.
In regards to noise it is always pretty quiet and the atmosphere is decent enough.
After our 7 day stay we can safely say based on the above we won’t be rushing back.
This place is not suitable for wheelchair users or prams of any sort due to the amount of stairs.

Just returned after a week spent here it had some good points and some not so good , The location is great very close to everything and to the beach , The food was good not a great choice but what there was good Breakfast lady not very friendly when I asked for a omelette . The rooms were good but way to hot, my bad for not realising there wasn't aircon in every room , you can hire a fan which helps a bit , 3 days into our stay an different receptionist told me they you can hire a air con unit at 20 euro a day and 20 euro deposit it was well worth the money , Room cleaning very bad we had clean sheets and towels twice which we were happy with but apart from the bin being emptied no bathroom cleaning was done , entertainment not bad what we saw , reception area very run down and poor doesn't give a good first impression swimming pools small but there is one right at the top of some stairs which was bigger they were good to cool off in as it was very humid and hot . All in all for the money it wasn't bad but wouldn't recommend and would not return

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
This is absolutely not a safe place to stay. While we were having dinner at the buffet, our bungalow was broken into and all of our belongings were stolen within just a few minutes.
The window was simply forced open with a screwdriver. When we reported what had happened, the hotel was absolutely unwilling to help us and they even refused to call the police. We had to deal with everything ourselves.
Four months later, we still have not received any compensation or proper resolution from the hotel.
It honestly makes you wonder whether the hotel is doing anything to prevent these thefts, because security seems to be completely inadequate. Anyone can simply walk onto the property without any proper checks, and the entrance is always open.
We strongly advise everyone NOT to stay here.
