Just back from holidays. Stayed in double bedroom apartments ( family of 4 with 2 young adult) Was bit skeptical after reading reviews but... happy didn't get scared away. Place in fabulous location. Plenty things to do and not overcrowded. Hotel itself is fine. Rooms big enough, cooking facilities in the apartment. We didn't cook as stayed in AI. Saw lots off complains about food... Have to disagree as it plenty options to choose from - 1 or 2 types of fish, chicken pork or beef , plenty salad and fresh fruit... Yes it was shool tours staying but they didn't bother us at all..maybe because we had 2 similar age lads with us 😀? Staff is helpful- had issues with the door and it was fixed before we came back from reception! Pools are lovely and plenty loungers around Steps...yes they there but perfectly manageable ( my son was wearing boot but got around just fine) Anyways...wanted to say to those people who complains about everything- you know you are booking budget accommodation so don't expect 5*hotel service and steaks for dinner 🤣 Definitely will b back but to premium rooms ( with air-conditioning) as fans didn't do much with that heat but that's not hotels fault 😉 Thank you

When we arrived at the hotel there were dead and alive cockroaches in our room. I went down to reception and asked to move room to which I was told all the rooms are the same and there was no guarantee. However, the hotel did provide us with a cleaner room. We then went for breakfast of which the food was stone cold, it was the same at dinner as well. In the morning I then woke up feeling very unwell and had symptoms of food poisoning from the food at the restaurant. During our stay at this hotel the maid did not come in once so I had to ask reception for clean sheets, they didn’t even fit them for us like they do in other hotels I’ve stayed at. I was happy to fit the sheets don’t get me wrong but just seemed like the staff didn’t care and didn’t want to be bothered. There were no toilets but the pool and the ones outside reception weren’t clean so we couldn’t go swimming on our last day as we had no where to change. The only good part about staying at this hotel was the location as it’s close to the beach and had some very nice restaurants down there where we ended up eating although I had paid for half board there was no way I was eating at the hotel again.

Fully understand the hotel being three stars, however a lot of attention required in terms of it's general appearance and maintenance, cleanliness, staff attitude! So glad we seen the tip of asking for fan on check-in, was the best €40 deposit all week for the two fans as the rooms are horrifically stuffy. The upkeep of the room, the whole apartment needs a refresh, in particular the toilet bowl, shower area and drains! The sofa bed in our apartment needs replacing as broken and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The receptionist were rude on asking simple questions, so had the fear of complaining to them. Housekeeping serviced on our second day with hardly any towels left for a family of 4, we asked at reception for towels or if the room would be refreshed later on in the week, to return to towels being left and a pathetic attempt of housekeeping service. We stayed full board, so ate in the restaurant most mealtimes throughout our seven day stay. We found the food bland but choices to satisfy two young kids. The restaurant staff need major training in manors as found them very rude with no acknowledgement or smiles, staff congregating next to their clear trolley chatting and laughing loudly is very odd putting whilst eating. Entertainment was poor, the hotel bar has a shocking selection of drinks so didn't tend to spend much time there. Pool closest to our room was ok, although some new sun umbrellas and loungers would be good as most broken. The self service washing was nice, €5 for a 30 minute wash left everything feeling refreshed. The hotel is close to the beach, some nice bars, would recommend Chicago's, Buddies and the Hoops bar. Alongside it's a short walking distance to Sol Arona where most of the tour buses pick up from which helped us find a perk of our accommodation. Would I stay here again, absolutely not, definitely not worth the money we paid through a OTA.
