Terrazas de Abama are luxury apartments in the most exclusive Tenerife. With one, two or three bedrooms each, and private open terraces ranging from 28 to 123m2, these luxury rentals provide spectacular views of the ocean and the resort's subtropical gardens. Moreover, the complex is centrally located between the first and second holes of our lush golf course, just a short walk from the clubhouse. Our duplex penthouses are the epitome of elegance. These 3-bedroom luxury flats each have a 123m2 open terrace on their upper level, equipped with an outdoor grill and an exterior jacuzzi from which to enjoy the panoramic views. The ethnic modern interiors are designed to meld seamlessly into the natural Tenerife environment, with the open-concept living spaces flowing easily into the outdoor terraces and the landscape beyond.

Hidden gem!
We stayed for 3 days, 3 nights, me, my fiancé and our baby (10m).
The 2 bed sea view apartment was stunning. Really accommodating for young families, lots of incredible restaurants, immaculate golf course.
Just all round lovely place to stay
Absolutely stunning location the suites are amazing too All the staff are very friendly and helpful from the reception restaurants pools and the cleaners really loved our stay

I will come back again and again !
I return twice a year to La Terrazza at the Ritz-Carlton Abama in Tenerife, and every stay is a true luxurious escape. From the moment I arrive, I’m enveloped in a unique atmosphere—an exquisite blend of elegance and personal warmth. The service is always impeccable, with a rare sense of closeness—I feel like I’m at home. I must especially thank Raúl, Maria, and Diego, who have always gone above and beyond, and also Benjamin, the new addition to reception, who made my night stay exceptional. And of course, the breakfast team, always outstanding year after year—Nerea, Naty, Isidoro, Melania—who make every morning a delight. Thank you to the entire team for these incredible memories—I will be back again and again!

Fantastic Venue for a relaxing break.
I cannot fault this place. It’s clean and well presented. The suites are beautiful. The pools are lovely. Best of all - the staff are friendly and helpful and Tommy the Transport driver went out of his way to be helpful and gave great information.
Amazing hotel team
This hotel and its staff are incredible! Unfortunately, on our last day there, my daughter was unwell and needed to be taken to hospital by ambulance. The team were all exceptional in helping her and us. From the guys at the pool who rushed to help, to the manager and all the guest team. They even had dinner waiting for us, in our room, when we returned from hospital. We can't thank enough Yaiza, Maria, Miguel and everyone else. Thankfully my daughter is now fine and we will 100% be back, I can't recommend highly enough.
