Nice apartments.
Good stay only minor issues. All in all great stay. Be aware cleaner comes once a week to change towels and clean. You have to wash them yourself if you want. You have a washing machine in apartment.

Great location if you have a car 20 mins from pretty much anywhere you would want to go rooms have everything you need ac and washing machine when self catering great for families.
Loved it
Honestly such a lovely resort had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. Loved the little on site pantry! The environment and the staff was honestly more than I could hope for. If you want a typical sunny holiday but with a more laid back vibe this is the way to go
Great Value with a Few Customer Service Hiccups
We stayed in Room 40D, a one-bedroom apartment, and generally felt we got great value for what we paid.
The Apartment & Facilities The Room: Despite seeing some negative reviews about the view and a leaking bath, we were very happy. There was a clear DIY repair job on the bath, but it didn't ruin our stay. The room and living area had tons of storage, and the washing machine (complete with two complimentary pods) was a great touch. The Balcony: Huge! It came fully equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. Sleeping Arrangements: We have two young kids who took the bedroom while we used the pull-out couch. The couch wasn't comfortable initially, but reception provided mattress toppers when we asked, which vastly improved our sleep. Pool & Activities: The pool area was lovely, and we really enjoyed happy hour. The kids had a blast at the kids' camp, and the entire property was kept very clean. There is also an on-site shop open until 2:30 PM.
Areas for Improvement (Customer Service) Pre-Arrival & Upgrades: Weeks before arriving, I noticed 2-bedroom apartments were available online and emailed to upgrade. Because we booked through OnTheBeach, we were told to ask at check-in. When I did, I was completely dismissed with a blunt, "You didn't book through us," with no effort to help, even though we were fully willing to pay for the upgrade. Poor Directions: On our first day, I asked reception how to get a bus to Lidl. The receptionist was nice but insisted I walk to Mercadona instead, claiming it was a 20-minute walk (Google Maps said 45). I took the bus from the convenient stop 2 minutes away, only to arrive and find Mercadona closed on Sundays. I had to take a taxi to Lidl anyway. It was very annoying and poor advice for a new guest. Noise: It is generally a very quiet area, though we did hear some of the accommodation staff shouting to each other at times.
Location & Logistics Planes: There are a lot of planes passing overhead. We knew this before booking so it didn't bother us, but it's something to be aware of. The Square: It’s a 24-minute walk to the main square where the restaurants, bars, and shops are located. Taxis: Expect to pay about €25–€30 each way. Reception was helpful with booking our return taxi, even for a 3:30 AM departure.
Would stay again for the value and space, but the front-of-house service could use some training on communication.

A noisey holiday
My wife and i visited in june There was upgrading work going on for nearly 2 weeks starting at o7.00 some mornings workman always shouting not talking as did the cleaners start early trolleys been pushed around early and loud talking .we go on our holidays to get away from noise and dont expect to be woken up at 07.00 also the we above where the brewery cleaning services and other deliveries were made we gave this place a 2nd chance but wont be giving it a 3rd as 26 nights of early wake ups isnt on C.G.
