Excellent play to stay, modern, clean, safe, lots of great restaurants in the area, staff great, would recommend and would stay here again

I can't fault this place. The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. The entertainment team are great fun and work hard to keep adults and children happy. Well appointed apartments, lovely pool, useful little shop (could maybe stay open later?) and easy access to restaurants and other shops in the area.

We absolutely loved our time here, we stayed for a week during late September. The hotel was quiet, not too busy which we loved! We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, we all loved that each apartment was like its own little house with a private patio - both upstairs and down! Our downstairs patio had lovely outside furniture so we could eat and relax out there, upstairs had 4 sun beds. Being away with 2 teenagers meant that having 2 bathrooms was an absolute godsend. The washing machine was used daily & going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes is an absolute game changer! We ate out at Zachary’s many times and never had a bad meal, the evening entertainment was fantastic. The buffet style breakfast was also brilliant, something to suit everyone. Our daughter particularly enjoyed the ice cream available at the pool bar…(just don’t go to the bar if you are wet from the pool or you may be scolded by a certain staff member.) We never had any problem getting 4 sun beds, at any time of the day. The pool was well maintained & a lifeguard was always on duty. Being under a flight path didn’t bother us at all, in fact we enjoyed watching the planes coming and going. The fact it’s only a 10 minute drive from the airport is a bonus to me, I dislike long transfers. All staff (minus the one) we encountered were lovely, the bar staff, in reception, the cleaners, maintenance…all lovely! There are quite a few little shops within a 5 minute walk so you don’t have to rely on the on-site shop which closes at 2pm. There is a bus stop just at the end of the road adjacent to the complex, we found the buses didn’t really seem reliable - sometimes they were on time, sometimes just didn’t show up at all but it was needed as the area is very quiet. We used the bus to go to the big super market which is near burger king/mcdonalds, we also used it to visit the busier areas of South Tenerife. We didn’t seem to see many local taxis so we also used Uber which was very handy & not too badly priced. With anything good you also get some bad… We had an ant problem in the kitchen but this is bound to happen in hot countries, we just bought ant traps from the shop. The washing machine had a terrible mildew smell so I also bought a liquid cleaner which really helped. The cleaning wasn’t as good as I’d of hoped, however I am very picky. I understand staff don’t get very long to turn over, however there was dried urine on our toilet seat and just little details like dirty finger marks on the wardrobe door and toilet doors. Again nothing an antibacterial wipe didn’t sort.

Overall we had a brilliant stay & I would happily stay again, I think the only thing that would’ve improved our week was the use of a car so we could’ve explored the area without relying on public transport.
