The sun, sand and sea are reason enough to vacation here. They're ideal, but the Canary Islands offer so much more. They're in the Atlantic Ocean, southwest of Spain and northwest of Africa. The Islands are imbued with the history of Spanish kings and queens, artists, wars and great explorers. Discover quaint, little villages along the coast. Sample local Spanish foods, meet the natives and shop for unique items to bring back home. Enjoy the awesome scenery of Mount Teide, the third largest volcano in the world. It's active, but hasn't erupted since 1909. Take a trip to nearby Aqualand Park, a water park which many claim has the best dolphin shows in Europe. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

It's the details
a "typical" Spanish resort, clean, tidy, white buildings, good air con but it's the only resort I've been to where I've had to pay for "off site" parking ( I believe the resort is a mix of rental properties and private properties so car parking for residents only ). As with most resorts it's the details and the pool bar menu and the badly warped table tennis table just not the level I was expecting for an RCI Gold Crown resort

Great accommodation
Great accommodation, clean, regular cleaning and linen changes. Wonderful pool area. Small restaurant on site and a poolside bar that do nice meals, also a small shop for essentials. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside, the resort is a bit away from other bars and restaurants, so a car would be helpful. Although there isnt really much in Golf Del Sur to do, apart from playing golf. The resort is on the flight path for the airport, but the noise isnt really heard whilst in doors. Some of the accommodation is privately owned and some owners have dogs, one annoying dog barked from time to time

Friendly staff, comfy rooms, and close to everything
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars all around! Comfy beds for a good sleep, clean pool, and friendly staff. The location is great for accessing shops and the beach, restaurants and the price was excellent. Highly recommended!"
Christmas week, Quiet location
We arrived around 7pm in the evening with what felt like a long check in with no refreshments offered which was a little disappointing but did not put us off. The apartment was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and generous living space. The outside area was fabulous with 6. Seater table and 2 sun loungers. The location of the apartments is a 20 minute walk down hill into golf del sur which was fine for us but this is up hill coming back. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again as it is too quiet for us and nothing going on at all. There aren’t any activities for children at all so I wouldn’t recommend it for kids who are used to activities that you would normally find in hotels. The food was very reasonably priced near the pool, and we had a lovely meal in cafe med. There is an on site shop, hairdressers, beauty treatments, art lessons. All in all we had a great holiday but far too quiet for us here.
A positive surprise
Positive surprises: a warm pool (29 degrees celsius) and a spacious, very clean apartment with two bathrooms! A nice walk-in shower with a separate bath tub.
