We loved the Grand Mutha Plaza hotel
We went for 10 days as a,family, with us in one room and two teenagers and our 20 year old in the room next door. A large grand entrance , with a fountain and marble floors, then rooms which lead off to the left and right, with huge plants 🪴 and sunny airy landings leading to each floor. The hotel is so clean, staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant, particularly the food selection snd quality was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner, and we looked forward to it each day. Poolside area was spacious, ample sun loungers and parasols. Pool activities on each day if uou wanted to take part, or you can go in the other pool which was cooler and quieter. An infant pool there aswell. A poolside bar where you can buy coffee, drinks, ice creams etc....if you're not on all inclusive, like us . Gym included in the price, Spa treatments available as extra . Entertainment each night in the main bar area ,but not too much, nice to sit and play a game of cards etc with kids in the evening. We hired a car from the airport which is 15 minutes drive away,but there are bus stops right out the front , with regular nice modern buses running to Los Christianos, las Gillates etc We will definitely be going back, had a lovely holiday. We loved it there 🌊⛱️🌞

Not great
Located about 20 minutes away from the strip, beaches and attractions. Can be quite expensive if taking taxis. The hotel is okay. Standard inclusive only covers a few drinks. Once you leave the food court you aren’t allowed back until the next meal. This is inconvenient considering the money people spend to stay here. Our beds were without duvets too. The entertainment isn’t great either. Atmosphere is okay. The Starbucks in the hotel opens and shuts whenever they feel like it, not following the allocated schedule shown on the door. It’s clean. Service is okay. The people who stay aren’t very friendly and the lifeguard is a hypocrite. We were told to stop playing with a ball in the pool as it accidentally hit someone, we apologised but they were very a aggressive and rude. The lifeguard became hostile. Then 2 people came in with a ball and he said nothing to them. The lifeguard told us it’s a no ball pool for everyone. Which is not true at all. Me and my guests are disappointed in our stay here. We will not be back nor will we recommend for anyone.

Falls well short of a All-Inclusive.
The Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Food is really good. Had a good time but would not come back to this hotel for one main reason. It was suppossed to be All-Inclusive but the bar is limited to one member of staff serving, both day and night leading to long 20 minute queues. This falls well short of any other All-Inclusive Hotel we have stopped in.

Very nice experience, the DJ in the swimming pool , literally change our holidays , love him! The stuff are very nice from the restaurant to the bar ! The animation guys are lovely , my daughter love them!
