What an incredible holiday at Bahia Principe Explore Tenerife. This trip meant more to our family than just a holiday, as it was the last place my dad visited before he sadly passed away from cancer. Coming back with all nine of us was an emotional experience, giving us the chance to share old memories, make new ones, and celebrate his life together.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, the rooms were spotless and felt like true luxury, and the whole hotel exceeded our expectations.
One member of staff deserves a very special mention – Tyrese. He is an absolute gentleman whose kindness, professionalism and genuine care made our holiday even more special. He is a real credit to the hotel.
A visit to Siam Park was the perfect addition to an unforgettable week, and we can honestly say we’ll definitely be returning.

An absolutely perfect stay
We have just spent a week at Bahia Fantasia Tenerife and we absolutely loved it. It was incredible. The entertainment team was outstanding. Everything was always really clean and the food was delicious. I took 4 fitness classes with Lucas and he is a wonderful teacher. They were really good workouts! The activitites on offer were so fun and my 7-year old son loved them. We miss it so much and will probably return again next year.

We are currently on holiday at the Bahia Principe Fantasia and just WOW! It is wonderful on every level. The food, suite, pools, staff and entertainment are the best we have ever encountered. No, it was not cheap, but then you get what you pay for in this life! We are already looking at booking again for next year as, in all honesty, no other hotel in Tenerife comes close to this one. First class service service at a top class hotel.

We had a brilliant family holiday at the hotel ..The staff and facilities are excellent ..the rooms are spacious and clean ..the free mini bar was great The buffet food is plentiful and varied but it was a shame we could only take advantage of one of the à la carte restaurants as the other two were fully booked …Our package should have included two ..The shows were really good but the volume and lighting was a bit problematic as the lights shine right into the audience…Entertainment for the children was of a really high standard Overall the holiday was fantastic …the only issue is children being allowed to choose their own food at the buffet unaccompanied…I feel they should be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult to prevent accidents

Absolutely worth 5 stars!
We had a 5 star amazing holiday here as a family of 5 with 2 kids aged 9 and 11. So much to see and do. Nothing is any trouble for the staff. The entertainment team were fabulous. Quality food with a massive selection. My tip would be to book the shows soon as you arrive (you can book 2 shows during your stay and 3 of the a la carte style restaurants too but they book up quite quickly). The shows are absolutely fabulous really great quality last around 45 mins each. The a la carte restaurants are all very different with fabulous food all onsite. The hotel complex itself is huge...never felt over crowded or busy. The pools and splash park bit are amazing. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols. If you get an appraisal to venture outside the resort I recommend Siam park and Loros parque twin tickets which is 2 different days at great value. Pick up n drop off right on front the hotel. You can book them in the hotel itself so very easy. Overall you won't be disappointed. Well worth the 5 stars! Thank u to all the team there from the cleaners who were very attentive to the bar staff to reception and entertainment teams. Also a really good games room for the bigger kids to chill and play.
