Great stay in Fantasia
Lovely hotel. Great staff. Room was brilliant. Food was good, only once or twice struggled to get a plate full. But good quality and nice mix. Shows were great and drinks very nice. Enjoyed it as family of 4 plus grandparents.
Terrible experience wouldn’t go again
First day we had there we went to the pool which was so slippery that my mother slipped and bashed her head as she was lying on the floor none of their life gaurds did anything even we called for them the guests were more concerned about her than the staff and only when my mother went to the hospital did they put wet floor signs everywhere, the rooms had cockroaches from the first time I walked in to the room rooms where nice but when they clean the floors they wouldn’t leave wet floor signs so when I walked in I would slip, the food wasn’t bad or good they don’t do allergy signs very well I couldn’t tell if I could have anything since some bits didn't have a sign and the cooks didn’t know what the ingredients were, the staff were some time nice but some were terrible the receptionist when we checked in took an hour just to book us in and that was without waiting in a long queue and he yelled at a guest for asking for towels saying he hadn’t had much sleep, the entertainment was ok but not brilliant, even when we had all inclusive, they kept charging us for stuff. I got a charge for a bar and I don’t even drink all and all I had fun with my family, but wouldn’t go back to that hotel
