fantastic couples stay with 5-star food & service!
We visited as a couple for a 5-day stay, and almost everything gets 5 stars! The only exception is the location because it's a little far from the main touristy areas and you need a taxi (going to Siam Park for a day cost us 30€ on the way there and 25€ on the way back with different companies). On the plus side, we were only 10 minutes from the airport! We stayed in the resort for the majority of our trip because the options for entertainment and activities were great. We had access to 5 pools: one adults-only, one heated, one shallow, and two at the bottom with activities like aqua aerobics and water polo which seemed fun, though we unfortunately didn't take part. The only truly frustrating thing regarding the pools was that, despite signs saying you weren't allowed to reserve sun loungers, people still did. One morning we managed to get two next to the heated pool and Breeze pool bar, and we would see people arriving to their "reserved" loungers with their towels/books already on them hours later. The heated pool seemed like the most popular one, so if you went for a later breakfast and then a swim, all the loungers in the heated and adult-only pools were already taken. Every day from 4-5pm they had activities like a sangria demonstration, wine and chocolate tasting, and Canarian liqueur tasting, followed by bingo which was fun! The evening entertainment wasn't something we personally cared for so we didn't pay much attention, but it didn't seem bad at all. The food was amazing. There was a different theme for every evening service (the Canarian and Asian nights were the best) and the desserts were EXCEPTIONAL. Sleep quality was really good, and the only reason it gets a 4/5 for us is that the air conditioning wouldn't go below 24° in our room, which isn't quite cool enough in 30° heat during the day lol. When we asked reception, they unfortunately didn't have any fans to help us out. All the staff were polite and friendly. Big praises to the front desk staff when we checked in; Jessica, who did the sangria demonstration and was very entertaining; Loredana in the Breeze pool bar for being so accommodating to us on our last day; and the cleaning staff who were also very lovely and helpful. WOULD VISIT AGAIN.
Great hotel, and is getting better
Just returned from the hotel, been several times, but it is getting better, the addition of the breakfast menu, changes every day. And the Royal level dinner is outstanding The staff are amazing, big shout to Johnathan and carmen, sorry to the others, you were great Going back next year
Enjoyable Holiday
Overall an enjoyable and relaxing holiday, with good food and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned well, although sometimes coffee and water were not replaced on a daily basis. Staff in the restaurants, bar and reception were very friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble. Would certainly return to this hotel.

Still wonderful but not what it used to be
September 2026 — Royal Level
• It is still a wonderful hotel — beautiful grounds, lovely location, and our room was clean and comfortable with great views
• Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming — we felt looked after in many areas
• The Breeze Pool Bar was amazing — the food there was delicious, and the staff there truly could not do enough for us. They were attentive, warm, and made every visit a pleasure — a real credit to the hotel!
• The separate Royal Level pool and bar area is lovely — it's such a relaxing, chilled-out space, and the pool itself is beautiful. We really enjoyed that quieter vibe What Could Be Better
• Room request ignored: Requested a Beach Front Deluxe room back in January — 9 months in advance and was willing to pay for any upgrades — only told it wasn't available when we arrived. Very disappointing.
• Royal Level dining changed: Previously a quiet, exclusive restaurant — now it's just a separate entrance to the main buffet. It's a very big hotel with a surprisingly small buffet area, so queuing was unavoidable. We ended up having a later dinner every single night just to avoid the crowds — it was the only way we could eat comfortably.
• Limited buffet choice: For a 5-star hotel, the hot food selection was surprisingly small. On our first night, main options were mostly chicken or pork. The a la carte menu is there, but quite limited with 2 main meat meal options.
• Inconsistent service in the restaurant: Drinks were offered on arrival but never checked again. On two occasions, my boyfriend's dessert was forgotten — we waited and eventually gave up the first time. It wasn't even busy, so it felt like things just weren't being followed through.
• Pool service very limited: Advertised sun bed service — in 2 full days, someone came around exactly once. Mostly had to walk to the bar myself.
• Safety hazard: Tripped on a loose piece of wood on the pool path. A lifeguard saw it but just laid a wet floor sign on top of it — rather than fixing it properly.
We stayed here last year and loved it — that's why we came back and paid extra for Royal Level. It's still a lovely hotel and we will return — I just hope the Royal Level dining experience is restored to what it used to be. The pool area is perfect, it's just the food service side that needs work. Huge thanks to the team at the Breeze Bar — you guys were brilliant and made our days so much nicer. Thank you to all the staff who work so hard — you deserve the support to do your jobs well.
Amazing Hotel
The Royal Level was in our opinion the best experience we have received. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure our holiday was the best. This is our second holiday to this Company this year and we had a great holiday,
