Sunset Bay Club is situated in Costa Adeje on the edge of Play de las Américas, close to local shops, bars and restaurants and just a 5 minute walk from Fañabe Beach. It features two large outdoor pools, a children's pool, whirlpool and fitness centre.
The air-conditioned apartments include a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Each apartment has a private bathroom with bath or shower and balcony or terrace. Satellite TV and a DVD player are also provided.
Casa Tres Restaurant offers a range of local and international cuisine and guests can enjoy a drink or snack in the pool bar or café. For your convenience a grocery store is also available on-site. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Las Américas Golf Course is just a 10 minute drive. Siam Park is just 10 minutes away and Mount Teide National Park with its dramatic volcano is less than an hour away by car. Tenerife South Airport is a 30 minute drive.
PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment is required upon arrival. This deposit is obligatory and must be paid with a valid debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted. Guests who are unable to provide the deposit will not gain entry to the apartment. Additional fees apply for the use of the leisure centre and other resort facilities. *Some 2 bed apartments have a balcony or a terrace and some are set over 2 floors.

Place is amazing location the bars the entertainment pools.we were let down with the balcony no sun on it for 2 weeks no room for us to sit together on it as table is Hugh view is of half a swimming pool and apartments being refurbished with workmen each day and a cement mixer to get the sun we had to sit at the front door with our view being 2 skips I asked for another room but was told not possible f401 was our room we have been lucky to find a private rental on here with great views and a large terrace with sun loungers table and chairs and so will be returning in July it is a great complex only ruined by the balcony we paid over £2000 for weeks on a package holiday we expected a terrace I would advise at the time of booking to request a terrace not a balcony we unfortunately were not given the option.
Lovely stay
Lovely location with clean and bright room. On arrival Easyjet had not forwarded my request for an accessible room due to disability but this was not a problem for the reception staff and were brilliant at rearranging another suitable apartment. There are bars and restaurants on site which are great with daytime entertainment including live music and quizzes, my favourite was Mcguires where Kate is most welcoming and game for a laugh. Overall a thoroughly good experience. A special mention to Isma on reception who went the extra mile and my housekeeper Malana who was so kind and helpful and kept the apartment spotless. The site is quite hilly with steps but there are ramps and well adapted for mobility scooters. Can't wait to go back!

The Bay
We had a fantastic stay at this holiday complex and would happily return. The entire complex was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with everything you could need conveniently available on site.
The location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, making them ideal for families or groups.
One of the highlights was the generous size of the balconies and terraces, which provided plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, this is a great holiday complex that offers excellent facilities, a great location, and comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended.

Relaxing Break in an Ideal Location
We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spacious with a large balcony that enjoyed sunshine all day, exactly what we’d requested. The pools were lovely, always clean, with plenty of space and no issues finding sunbeds. Just a heads‑up: the pool bar is cash only.
The resort staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay perfect. This was our second visit, and we’d happily return again. The location is ideal too — an easy walk to shops, beaches, bars, and restaurants.

Bed Bug Bites
Came 19th June hadn’t been checked in for more than a few hours and wanted to leave. In bed and within a hour was completely covered in bed bug bites. Bed and frame lifting with the bugs. Complained at reception and the head receptionist blames us firstly until their engineer confirmed .They moved us rooms and that room had a couple as my wife started getting bitten all over. Complained and they said to much of a risk to move us again. The resort took all clothes away to freeze, leaving us a couple of shorts and tops only to last us four days. All items back Wednesday afternoon. The amount I had went to doctors for treatment needed injections for three days dressing also to infected ones. Also creams and dressing and antibiotics. No sun or drink alcohol for three days. Can honestly say worst holiday of my life and will never go back.
