Great Hotel
Excellent hotel and will definitely be back, from the minute we arrived the attention to detail was great, room was amazing with great views, staff we very welcoming. Hadn't been to Tenerife for over 10 years but we really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back again soon.

Exceptional hotel
We recently stayed at the hideaway corales suites , wow ! What an amazing hotel with impeccable service.
Prior to our arrival I requested late check out & a quiet suite , upon our arrival it had already been noted .
The reception area is amazing with it being set in the caves & a light show display on the cave walls .
The staff were professional & gave us an amazing experience. The suite we had (1210) was a private pool 2 bedroom with lounge , kitchen & utilities areas.
The hotel is immaculate, the cleaning staff are on top form here , so clean & everything replaced without having to ask.
An added bonus upon arrival was being selected as a VIP guest with champagne & sweets placed in the room , along with complimentary cocktails & ice cream from the gelato.
We did not use the food service as we were room only & that suited us. The pool bar is quiet & this hotel isn’t your average hotel. During our stay there was no evening entertainment & daytime activities were low key .
It is a shame that the hotel doesn’t have a central bar to relax before eating in or out
It’s close to shops & located near restaurants on both directions so again low key but enjoyable, we used the bus service directly outside the hotel to venture further into the main towns , very reasonably priced.
All in all a fabulous hotel, with low key atmosphere.

What an incredible hotel!
Our second year at this hotel and it was just as if not more fantastic than last year, the staff are the nicest, most helpful and friendly I have ever met. Such comfort and care at all times
Fabulous hotel amazing staff and service
Exceptional staff from start to finish.The staff are the best that I have ever came across.They make the hotel what it is.So kind friendly and helpful.Nothing is a problem.Rooms beautiful and comfortable.Breakfast best I have ever seen in many hotel stays throughout my life.The views from the courtyard to the sea are stunning..The pool area is beautiful and the service from the staff there is second to none.Rooms cleaned twice a day.The rooms are breathtaking with views of the sea.Amaxing hotel.cant wait to go back
Another amazing stay....
Fifth time at Corales Suites, it's still great! Peaceful location, great views, amazing food at breakfast and at Trattoria, and a beautiful large suite. The staff are also so lovely and polite. A shame the spa was closed this time, we don't have treatments but normally enjoy the water circuit and sauna etc, knocked a point off the value for this as we booked far in advance with Jet2 and were only notified 2 weeks before we went that the Corales Beach side (where the spa and gym are located) would be closed for bar renovations during our stay. Would've been better to have more notice of this but it didn't spoil the holiday. The gym was relocated to a meeting room in Suites, we used it every day but it was a bit hot and basic, the usual gym is much better. Overall an amazing holiday and we would definitely go back again.
