Out of this world!!
Recently returned from a break with a friend and I have to say I was blown away! The villa itself was immaculate, luxurious and spacious & I love the fact that you have your own plunge pool to cool off. We ordered room service on quite a few occasions and this was to a very high standard. Breakfast was excellent also, which was located in an exquisite room, with a lovely ambience. In terms of location, yes it is away from the main town of La Caleta, however we ordered a taxi on several occasions and it came within minutes and was only 8 euros each way. A massive thank you goes to all the staff. Everyone was extremely attentive and friendly, in particular Carlos who was super helpful with stand out levels of customer service. Would highly recommend to family and friends and would definitely return.

Simply perfect
Exceptional - high quality luxury at every level. One of the best kept secrets in Adeje, the Royal Garden has the wow factor from the moment you walk in through the discreet gated entrance.
Greeted with a glass of Cava on arrival, our car was parked for us and the bags brought to our Villa. And what a Villa! Spread over two levels it had an incredible outlook both from the downstairs level, with a warm pool to welcome us and take in the incredible view from the volcanic backdrop down to the coastline, and on the terrace adjoining the main bedroom that also had an outdoor bath - what luxury!
Breakfast was hosted in the Jardin Restaurant each morning and the team couldn’t do enough for us - catering for our every request.
The Spa is sublime, squash court and gym readily available and poolside bar a delight. There is no reason to leave the complex, sit back and relax. And if it’s privacy and peace and quiet that you crave then this is for you.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to.
Such a truly exceptional hotel. From the moment you arrive the team here just want to do everything they can for you, and it is all done with a warm smile. Run by manager Fiona who is just a charming delight and always around to make sure all is ok. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. Food in the restaurant is perfect. The royal garden villas are worth travelling to Tenerife for on their own.

Moved to third room and now floor flooded
When I arrived yesterday I specifically asked for a room woth a view of the valley below and I was told all the rooms have a view of the valley but then when we got into the room we discovered the air conditioning didnt work and so then after a lot of faffing about they finally moved us to another room ... but in that new one the air conditioning didnt work either ... so on to a third room and this time yes the air conditioning does work but ... there is no view ... just a view of a noisy road just outside the room. I was told if they moved me to another room again then I would have to pay an additional supplement ... but I said this was unacceptable ... and now this morning there is a water leak and part of the floor in the room is flooded ... they still cant move me to another room as I write this ... there is something weird about their approach which is like ... what are u complaining about? It's a room isn't it? They also take ages and ages to do anything.
Truly amazing!
As I entered through the wooden doors, I was blown away by the beauty of this wonderful hotel. The bridge over the stunning swimming pool to the reception was so charming & the welcome from Carlos made me feel I was finally on holiday. He was so friendly & helpful, in fact all the staff are lovely there including Billianna (I hope I have spelt your name correctly!), Thomas & the staff in the restaurant, where breakfast & special dinner is served.
Our villa was beautiful, with a comfortable lounge, a gorgeous bathroom & bedroom, well-equipped kitchen & a great outside area with plunge pool. I loved the greenery & planting everywhere, it was so pretty & created such a peaceful environment.
Highlights of my stay were Monday barbecue night, featuring Duo Quimera, an amazing duo providing excellent live music! It was also a wonderful surprise to see a harpist & violinist play at breakfast, what a treat! And I loved the spa, especially the golf ball massage. I was fortunate enough to extend my stay as my husband joined me later in the week.
I really recommend this superb hotel, thank you everyone at Royal Garden Villas! Xx
