Can't recommend these apartments enough .Great place to stay rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels daily.would definitely stay again we were in a 2 bedroom duplex so the views were amazing.Everything you could wish for a holiday.  Also no rushing for sunbeds you could get one anytime of day.

Fantastic holiday

Been here a few times, last visit totally ruined my holiday.  Nobody to welcome us as it was a night flight, no instructions on how to obtain keys, no apology for lack of communication, rooms totally changed from when we first went 3 years ago.  cookers taken out, prices vary depending on who and how you book, this complex changed hands a while ago and unfortunately what was a really nice, friendly family run business has deteriorated drastically, such a shame, also the prices have virtually doubled in the last 14 months.  What was a really pleasant holiday, value for money and friendly atmosphere has turned into a nightmare from hell.  Never would I return, which is such a shame because location is good, but as for value for money its expensive, you could get a hotel with self catering for less.

Not what you think it is

Residence con appartamenti ad uno o due piani; il nostro era a due piani con due camere da letto, un bagno, più piccolo bagno  di emergenza al piano terra nel salotto. Una bella terrazza che affaccia sul porticciolo turistico, dotata di sdraio e ombrellone. Buona la posizione, praticamente sul lungomare, vicino a belle spiagge ( Playa de Torviscas per esempio ), bar, ristoranti, negozi. Non c'è una reception vera e propria, né una chiave; viene comunicato un codice di accesso elettronico per entrare sia nel Residence che nell'appartamento. Il Residence comprende un parcheggio con tariffe scontate per gli ospiti. Pulizie giornaliere, cambio asciugamani vari a giorni alterni. C'è a disposizione anche una piscina. Il giudizio è positivo sia per la struttura, sia per la posizione.

VERY MISLEADING…We booked here as a family of 3 for 5 nights, we read reviews beforehand which were mixed so went openminded, upon arrival our room wasn’t ready and we finally checked in around 15:30pm the studio was located on the ground floor and although it states rooms overlook the ocean I can confirm the ground floor rooms don’t,my daughter went to check the pool area which was run down the pool itself had what looked like green mould around it jacuzzi had masking tape around it and the area itself resembled more of a junkyard that pool area which the pictures show on the website,on to the room (studio) all doors are keyless and very temperamental to the point we could not lock the door behind us on our first night and there was no point of contact I.e reception and the number provided was out of hours this left us in a vulnerable position for our valuables,the room was dirty dated and looked like it hadn’t been touched since the apartments were built the shower was disgusting it was safe to say after night 1 we left the complex I spoke to a maid the following morning to say we are leaving who passed me her phone to a Spanish speaking lady who wasn’t interested and stated we booked a non refundable room and she agreed that they are trying to improve the complex, the only credit I can give to the accommodation is the location situated in puerto colon otherwise if you want to be clean in a basic accommodation and plan to use the pool area this definatley is NOT the place to stay AVOID.

I Really dont know who is leaving good revews for this place .  we left after one night ,  NO HOT WATER FFS.
 absolute DUMP ,  and they says we had one of the better rooms ,   im trying to post photos of this . best to describe this as  A HOSTEL , DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE SURROUNDINGS AT MARINA  WHEN BOOKING THIS . 

THE    SURROUNDINGS ARE NICE  BUT THIS  APARTMENT IS A DUMP. POOL HAS BLACK MOULD RING ALL AROUND IT , 🤮  COMUNICATION IS NON EXSISTANT ,  YOU DEAL WITH A CAR PARK ATTENDANT  ,    AS ITS ON AN UNDERGROUND CAR PARK .HELL HOLE .      I DONT BELEIVE ANYONE ENJOYS THIS  .  REVIEWS MUST BE QUESTIONED SURLEY
