Outstanding Hotel
Amazing hotel with an outstanding quality of food and room. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was extra clean full of comforts and large. We had a lovely time, the entertainment team was bubbly and fun day and night and we loved the show at night. Our favourite artist was the woman playing the violin 🎻. Would definitely comeback had an amazing holiday ❤️

Had the most amazing stay at the Princess inspire, everything from the staff, the room and views, the pool and all of the facilities were just phenomenal! Cannot wait to return!
Could do better
Hotel appeared lovely at first but after 3 days Food very repetitive in restaurant and tasteless at times, even the one restaurant was not any better. All staff were very friendly and hard working except the female reception staff who are very rude and unhelpful We asked for a late checkout and rather than tell us that the room was taken, said you had to wait till last morning and ask!!! This would have been very easy for them to do but by making you wait then saying no This ruins your last day We booked late and this still was not a cheap holiday so find unacceptable. I would not stay at this hotel again where as there sister hotel is lovely and we have stayed there twice before.

No Aircon
No Aircon working in the hotel. No fans provided. On the day of booking in nothing was said to us. Like a sauna in the room at night
Poor up to now
We stayed Here from 9th October 2026 Ha a health issue on the plane which meant I had to be a little time in the room On the first day Friday 9th October we informed reception the TV was not working they said someone would look at it.Nobody Did Informed them Saturday 10th October Stiil not working Spent 6 hours in hospital. Returned to the hotel Still not working Informed reception They said someone will look at it. Following day still not working Sunday 11th They said someone will come out. But nobody did. Monday 12th still not working we’re told someone will come at 3.00 pm Just visited reception were told it’s an external contractor problem and it’s a bank holiday. No communication since Friday 9th Come on Princess Inspire Not Good 🤔👎
