Disappointing Food
This is our 2nd visit in 3 years and we feel the standards are somewhat dropping, despite the staff working hard.
As with other reviews, the food quality is quite repetitive and uninspiring at times on a 14 day visit to the hotel and annoyingly on some occasions lukewarm warm or cold. Also the signage on the food is poor.

Some standards have dropped
We recently had a 9 day stay in the princess inspire . On arrival we were welcomed by victor who is a credit to the hotel ! We asked to change room the following morning after arriving and victor made sure we got a room which we liked . Christian then helped us to move our luggage and he also is a credit to princess hotels . Bar staff especially Utu and Valerie and hector were extremely friendly and they even remembered us from previous visits . Regarding the animation team , Natasha is just the best at her job . On a slightly negative point , we found that the food in the restaurant was very repetitive and could have been hotter . Breakfast was good . Regarding evening entertainment, we had noticed that the standard had dropped sadly . On a negative point , witnessing several guests drinking and vaping in the swimming pool was not a nice experience . The pool staff failed to address this on occasions . Would return and recommend this hotel although these issues addressed !
A wonderful experience.
The hotel is truly WORTH VISITING, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing summer vacation combined with enjoying the refreshing Mediterranean climate.
Important notes reflecting our gratitude and appreciation to everyone who works at the hotel and strives to satisfy guests. We thank the reception and room service staff for providing a clean and comfortable environment. We also thank the team working in the bar and restaurant for their service and smiles (Ali, Sofia, Christian,Jeffrey...) where we enjoyed memorable meals and drinks : breakfast ,lunch,dinner were good, tasty, plenty of choice and you can also order from their menu.
Regarding entertainment and activities: a special shout out to Nino! We truly enjoyed his company, his positive energy, and his fabolous treatment of everyone around him. We truly wish you all the best in your career.
Regarding the evening entertainment : were enjoyable, even though they were all musical, but they were entertaining.
The hotel's location is strategic, surrounded by shops, restaurants, local bars, and the beach if you are looking for additional experiences and different itineraries with the family.

Princess inspire
Great hotel stayed here 4 times now can't fault the hotel complex , only complaint we have which is the same each year we have been, no matter what time you go for food the food is either warm or cold not all but the bulk of it is, we left yesterday and had lunch we went in as soon as it opened and same old look warm food, not what you expect from a 4star hotel
Lovely stay, but wouldn’t return
Some positive about the hotel, very impressive surroundings the entrance especially. The air conditioning in the room was very good and kept very clean. The food was nice and we like that you could order from a menu at lunch time. The drinks were good and most of the bar staff very friendly. The pool areas were good and we never had an issue getting a bed as you can book beds a day in advance on the app. I would advise booking the beds early doors for the next day as they become unavailable quite quickly! Entertainment every night was good and the aerobics guy was very good.
Some negatives during our 1 week stay. We arrived late after a slight delay at the airport, we were greeted with a power cut and was checked in by torch light. We were given a packed lunch which was very much appreciated but eating it in the dark was not so great. No slippers in the room, which I think should come as standard in a 4* hotel. Some members of staff seemed a bit grumpy to say the least . During our stay the power went out at least 5 times, it went out on the day we checked out, so we unpacked and packed our case in darkness!!. The lady on reception didn’t seem bothered when we mentioned it on check out.
Over all it was a lovely stay and we enjoyed every minute, despite the power cuts. We wouldn’t return purely because we’ve stayed in better hotels in the past.
