Renovated in 2001 this apartment complex is centrally situated in the tourist resort of Costa Adeje. The Gran Sur shopping centre with a big supermarket, cinemas, restaurant and shops is 500 metres from the complex. Guests can find a spa at only 300 metres which offers wide variety of treatments. Guests can find exotic gardens within the apartment complex . The establishment offers a snack bar, a pool bar and an à la carte restaurant. A playground and a games room can also be find in the complex. The functional rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. In the outdoor complex guests will find a sunbathing area, a main pool, a children's pool and a heated pool (open only on winter). Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a workout in the gym or a game of badminton. Breakfast is available to guests each morning. In the evenings, guests may select dishes from a set menu.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location is good, Rooms are average for a studio, although clean at 1st at look I did find rubbish under the beds so I cleaned the apartment myself. Pool area is pleasant and clean but the music is awful the same beat from music that no one has ever heard of, and don't complain about anything because no one will assist you. You have to leave a £100 deposit on check in, if you want a safe, fantastic or anything else you pay more deposits, we were worried we might have to pay a deposit for sleeping or drinking! It's a real shame that little things aren't so good, because this hotel would be a little gem! Because the location is good, prices for drinks and food are reasonable.
Ive Just return from this hotel my overhaul stay was ok but this hotel needs to get a hand on the people that smoke cannabis their because its supposed to be a family hotel with young children hotel and im sure they would all appreciate not smelling the smell that we all smelt every day I stayed a this hotel 11 years ago and noting has changed this hotel needs a very good uplift the rooms need a good overhaul yes your only sleep their but people do expect a standard for example they only change the bedding once a week the cleanliness is shocking in the rooms
Stayed here last week. It was ok, bed and a shower basically for us. We did get a bit fed up with the music at the pool so ventured out and found a nice little bar called the Union when we went to the Hiper Dino supermarket. Ended up spending most afternoons over there. Overall the hotel is ok but do t arrive with great expectations.
In general, the hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. The team in the hotel are friendly and we had no issues with them. My small issues with the hotel are that there’s no air con in the rooms or at least room 75 which was ours. So in the hotter months, it’s sweltering at night. They do hire fans but we were quoted a 20€ deposit and 40€ hire fee for 1 fan per stay. The walls are very thin, and because of the way the rooms are stacked all noises are amplified within the rooms, night time can be somewhat problematic depending on the time your neighbours gets back from their chosen drinking establishments.
The pools are really good, I have no complaints about them.
The pool bar serves from 10:00-12:00am and is stocked with a good amount of drinks, also does food but we didn’t try it.
If you just need somewhere clean to rest your head while enjoying Tenerife then this is ideal. If for some reason you expect 5 star service, then I’d look elsewhere.
Avoid Neptuno Apartments at all costs.
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy when we arrived. It was covered in hair and dirt. It was immediately obvious that it had not been cleaned properly. It was completely unacceptable and not fit for guests.
There was also no air conditioning (we knew this) We asked the receptionist if we could have a fan, and his response was simply that he would “make a note.” There was no apology, no empathy, and no genuine attempt to resolve the situation.
We were then told the room would be cleaned again, but nobody ever came. We waited and no one turned up. At that point, it was clear that our concerns were not being taken seriously.
After just one hour, we had no choice but to leave and pay for alternative accommodation elsewhere at our own expense. It cost us even more money but staying there simply wasn’t an option.
The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and failure to deal with a basic complaint made this an incredibly disappointing experience. We would absolutely never stay here again and would not recommend Neptuno Apartments to anyone looking for clean, comfortable, or professionally managed accommodation.
