Stayed with my wife for 1 week, paid to upgrade because the amount of cats outside the room they tried to put us in was disgusting, even then were ripped off being charged 210 euros when the room was not much different, the cleaning of the room was absolutely terrible, the breakfast i would not feed to the cats, apart from one member of staff which was the guy who checked us in were so ignorant, I had to wait over 1 hour to get a code to get in the gym, which I had to go to a different reception to get this, again receptionist was very rude, sun beds and pool area never cleaned, bins never emptied, room cleaning absolute joke, I could keep going on and on. One thing for sure is I would not come back here if I was offered it for free.
How they can have people on the strip trying to sell this place is crazy.
I come to Costa Adeje and love the place, if this was my 1st time it would be enough to put me off ever coming back.

I booked this through Jessica who showed us how good the apartments were for us to be told she was on holiday only to find out through others Jessica didn't work there anymore we contacted Jessica to find out who is we would need to talk to since she wasn't there she replied & said Steph was the person to see since she wasn't there & couldn't be nice enough about it. Also she never mentioned she didn't work there any more and I can understand why. I contacted Steph to say we were unhappy with the room I sent her pictures its was dirty, chips of the door, door handle came of & bits of wood hanging of the cupboard & that was a gold room, completely different to the one we were shown during our walk around the complex. The reply I got was " WHO'S THIS" not a sorry the room isn't right I'll sort it or I'm sorry I don't have this number can I ask who this is as my other half would do as she has worked customer service for over 20 years it was just who's this she phoned me & wouldn't let me get a word in just kept talking over me or nothing told me to go to reception & sort it myself why should the clients need to sort out there own room like come on get a grip that's your job so due to frustration I hung up. OUTRAGEOUS the way she treated me never contacted us until near the end of the holiday for a meeting to discuss our options she never gave a toss about us also she was meant to meet us on day of arrival never got it a cheap bottle of wine tasted like cat piss & got a half bottle of water. All I'm saying is I will not be back there got another 2 weeks for nothing what was part of the deal & that treatment we got was disrespectful so see your 2 weeks free thanks but no thanks not worth the over £3000 paid. Also have to say the main staff cleaners, reception & general staff were brilliant couldn't fault them I am sure they don't get paid enough for what they do. We met another couple in one of the restaurants at the beech front over heard us mention where we were staying & they were having the same problems as us now we do know it was a 3 star & regularly stay at 3 stars & this was the worst one yet. As for the manager I think his name was phil he's was so drunk in the sky bar that's bad for business so congratulations you have lost four months worth of our business & we will take it elsewhere.

Great place
Have stayed here 3 times always B&B. It’s a great hotel especially for the location to everything. Rooms are clean and fresh, changed every other day. Breakfast is always great with a good choice and nice view if sitting around terrace overlooking pools. No sunbed wars each time we’ve stayed have been able to get sunbeds and parasols wherever we have wanted to sit. I refuse to get up to queue for a sunbed . Pool areas have always been quiet too. Location wise as it’s literally on the promenade it’s straight out of hotel to either beach, restraints and bars to which there is so much choice there is no need for all inclusive. Easy and cheap to get a taxi to other locations too if you don’t feel like walking . It is set on a hill so there are some steep paths and a lot of stairs. Always happy to stay here as a base.
Vile barman
Staying here now, lovely place, lovely food, all the staff are lovely except the barman Albert, he’s an obnoxious arrogant t&@t with little man syndrome, he’s horrible to his own workers & clearly doesn’t like women especially English women, vile man!!!!!
Not worth the price you pay
Stayed here for 7 nights and would be very unlikely to return. Food is inedible and undercooked with not a lot of selection especially for people with dietary requirements. We ate out every day due to this. If you are under the age of 50 would not recommend this hotel, no entertainment through the day/night and the atmosphere at the pool is very low. We were told not to have lilos in the pool that this removes the chlorine unless your a child which was confusing to us. We were not a loud group but felt very uncomfortable at the pool as if we were being constantly looked at. Room was never cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels, cockroaches also were of a slight issue but I understand this can occur due to being on the ground floor. The sky bar was the best part of the hotel but this was not included within the all inclusive, staff there were amazing and food and drinks were a lot better than the standard hotel. Location was very good which was probably one of the only benefits of this hotel and Miguel who was extremely helpful and accommodating, rating this review 2/5 is for those reasons only. For paying over £1000 each we were expecting a lot better than we received and would highly advise to look for better hotels for the same price as this is something we wish we did.
