Scammers!! Avoid at all costs
Be careful outside this hotel, offer scratch cards and of course you win. Try to offer you 4 weeks holiday for the price of 2 weeks, tried to get £3400 straight up. Very overly friendly until you say you’re not interested. Yes the sky bar is nice but the rooms are very basic. And yes Alex as you said its definitely not a 5 star 😂

Bog standard stay
I was very sceptical about staying here after reading the reviews and I was right to be. When we arrived to check in there was about 20 teenagers running about the foyer, swearing and generally causing a right nuisance. Other residents were complaining as we checked in. However, after getting to our room, which was directly below the SkyBar the noise continued for another couple of hours, screaming girls and them running around the corridors. I seriously contemplated going to another hotel. However after my first impression being terrible, that was it for the rest of our stay. Our hotel room was clean and large & balcony overlooking the sea. Beds comfy. Food was a standard buffet which you can get everywhere however we dined out. Staff were lovely. Pool a bit crowded with beds on top of one another. I would stay again however I would chose another room away from reception and the sky bar.

We gave it a chance, DON’T read before considering booking
We saw the mixed reviews and decided to give Los Olivos Beach Resort the benefit of the doubt. We deeply regret that decision.
The room was dusty and poorly maintained, the Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work, our sheets were not changed once during the entire week, and we repeatedly had to ask for clean towels. The heat made sleeping extremely difficult, yet despite repeatedly asking for a fan or another solution, we were simply told there was nothing they could do.
What was particularly concerning was the lack of privacy and security. There was no proper deadlock and no effective “Do Not Disturb” facility, so cleaners would simply let themselves into the room. On checkout day, a man let himself into our apartment without knocking at around 10:45am, despite our checkout being 12pm, and then returned again around 11:30am to rush us out.
We also felt there was a noticeable difference in how some staff treated us compared with Spanish-speaking guests. They appeared much warmer and more helpful towards Spanish guests, while we frequently felt dismissed and unwelcome as English guests.
This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday, but instead we spent far too much time dealing with problems and trying to get basic assistance.
We are leaving this review because we genuinely do not want other people to spend their hard-earned money and end up having the experience we had. The mixed reviews were a warning — we should have listened.
We would absolutely not recommend this resort and will never return.
Amazing hotel great location
Just got back from a week stay in this hotel and was put off by the terrible Reviews. Please don’t be put off. George welcomed us after a 4 hour delay with a great big smile and directed us perfectly to our room. I did upgrade to a Gold room and it’s worth it for its rooftop with sunbeds . Rooms was clean and roomy shower was perfect with towels changed almost every day . Yes they don’t change the sheets in a week but who does that at home ? But they did make the bed and clean the room when they changed the towels. Pool areas plenty and the rooftop SkyBar is definitely worth a visit and the money all staff were friendly. I will definitely be booking again. The location is perfect right on Fanane beach

Lovely hotel
Hotel was lovely, rooms were really clean and pool was good. Plenty sunbeds so not stuck for getting one, Skybar is lovely too with nice views but gets busy so have to book. Only issue was the aircon being noisy but not unbearable as we managed to sleep every night. I’d recommend this hotel.
