Johnny!!!
First girls holiday. The hotel is so clean and beautiful, Johnny was so welcoming, kind and fun. He was the most special part of the hotel.

Such an amazing hotel, food and drink was wonderful and so tasty! all workers were lovely. However, Jonny the entertainer made mine and my friends experience 100 times better. He was so friendly and made us all feel very safe and welcome. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without him.

Hotel was beautiful. Very clean and in a great location. The food was varied and fresh. Entertainment team done a great job of involving the guests. Jonny, especially was very welcoming and entertaining throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Lovely hotel!
My friend and I went for a little girly getaway and this hotel was lovely! Staff are so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. We enjoyed going to Johnny’s Aqua gym, Aqua dance and stretching classes each day and you could tell how much he genuinely loved his job. The entertainment each night was great. If you go adults only you have the choice of both pools to use. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. We went all inclusive so had plenty of cocktails to try as well as other drinks for free. There is a different theme each night for dinner (Italian, Chinese, dishes from las canarias) which was a nice touch but there were always plenty of other choices available. Starbucks you have to pay for but is a nice addition to the hotel. In a decent location about a ten minute walk to the beach and to bars. Cabs are easy to get if you want to go slightly further. There is a free shuttle to Siam park. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was amazing food was good lots of selection especially for gluten free people the entertainment was very good especially Johnny he was very kind and entertaining to be around would definitely come back
