Very good all inclusive
An excellent relaxing stay which was exactly what we wanted from a weeks all inclusive.
Excellent gluten free offers on the buffet as well and accommodating chefs, who provided gluten free pasta and pizza, alongside bread and cakes, with everything clearly labelled.
The entertainment team was really good and Johnny made a great effort to get to know everyone including us, and got everyone involved in all activities and was always full of energy. He read the room well and was spot on.
The included À La Carte meal was a bonus in their Italian restaurant.
The food was good but sometimes the options were basic and could’ve been better. Lunch was fairly similar each day, and breakfast was identical each day to.
All the rooms were cleaned to an excellent standard and the amenities came with it to. Overall a very good stay and would recommend.

One of the best especially for the price
Location is great, close to a lot of places that are needed. Atmosphere was fun but also relaxing, good mix of adult only areas and mixed. Rooms are well decorated and comfy, supplied with great AC and fridges. Not dirty at all and no cockroaches either. Very well valued. Food is spot on with alot of selection and tasty.
Service was perfect. Very accommodating and shout out to Jonny from the Animation Team for being a cheery face and making an effort on knowing each guest along with remembering names.
The rooftop bar is beautiful as well

Amazing stay, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! We were half board all the food in the restaurant was great and cooked whilst you’re there. Staff were a stand out at the hotel very friends and always activities going on. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone 😊
Fab hotel - Get booking!
Overall this hotel was fantastic! On arrival was met by a lovely, friendly team and the aesthetics of the lobby were lovely. We arrived late and were given a packed lunch, which I thought was great. The hotel was tidy and mainly full of English people and it was a very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are extremely spacious with a lounge area and bedroom. What I particularly liked was that you could go down at around 9am and still be plenty of sunbeds. Yes there were the odd few that were reserving sunbeds early but it was never an issue for us to find decent sunbeds at 9am around the adults only pool. We were half board and I thought the selection of foods were great, with a variety of different foods for the evening meal. There was some renovation work being completed during our stay where you could hear the drilling whilst sunbathing but I never found it an issue. I did probably feel as though the pool areas could do with hosing down under sunbeds etc. but the walk ways between sunbeds were cleaned (just me being picky). On the day of us leaving due to a late flight we were allocated a room for 25minutes to shower etc. before heading home free of charge. We went for a walk most mornings and there was enough bars, shops etc. in close distance. The hotel is situated towards the top end of Costa Adeje , so if you were planning on venturing into Las Americas you will have a long walk, would be advisable for a taxi as it is an hour walk. Overall I thought it was a great hotel and considering booking for next year.

Fantastic holiday!
Stayed in August for 10 nights as 2 families and we all had a brilliant time! Location was perfect, close enough to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, beach, the local market and a couple shopping centres. Little local train which runs to Las Americas stops round the corner and was worth a trip with the children. Hotel was clean & modern, food was fantastic, staff were friendly, entertainment was very good and a good variety. Loved the adults only roof top bar & area to sunbathe in during the day! Rooms were spacious and very nice, we loved the suite layout having a baby it meant we could put him down but still have the lounge/balcony to chill. We made use of the environment rewards they offer if you skip some room cleans and had a lovely meal at the Positano Italian restaurant. Very reasonable prices at the bar if you're not all inclusive.
Only a couple cons -
- Make sure they fully explain the environment reward scheme they offer as its very misleading on the information.
- There was no evening kids mini disco
- Our lounge floor had a big bit of gaffer tape holding one of the tiles down and some of the ones in the bathroom had screws in to hold them down so a few could have done with being replaced as it looked abit naff and the bathroom ones you had to be careful not to catch your feet on as they were coming up.
- No TV in the lounge only the bedroom (this is very minor just something noted if you had someone using the sofa bed so you have seperate spaces)
Overall we would recommend and would return ourselves.
