The accommodation was brilliant,food was very good and the entertainment was outstanding especially jonny!
ok...not sure if i would return
lovely hotel with great rooms however our flooring was covered in screws as a short term fix to faulty flooring but these were raised and dangerous,poor quality drinks at pool bar but good in the restaurant,excellent food served.boring pools.no balls or inflatables allowed,no atmosphere

High expectations!
I had very high expectations after reading rewiews but sadly didn't really appeal.
After a chaotic start ( flight cancelled) not the fault of hotel . However was surprised at attitude of reception after arriving over a day later.they had no clue we were delayed I asked if we could possibly have lunch .we were half board. Disappointly this was refused bare in mind we had already missed 2 meals at hotel , we were shattered at this point and just wanted something quick. The tui rep intervened and we had lunch,
So we finally got to start our holiday.
Food was very good. No complaints at all.
Our room was disappointing. Awful view of busy road. Shower falling apart. Rooms around us getting refurbished. Quite noisy plus they work Saturday and sunday ! But at this point just wanted to relax. So got on with it !The location of hotel is perfect, entertainment good, entertainment team very engaging.well done to them 👏 I wouldn't stay at Hominva suites again . Maybe with a better room i would feel different. Rather try elsewhere.

fantastic
just back from 10 days all inclusive absolutely fantastic. bubbles on arrival never had that before. bubbles in room for anniversary. we had 2 small issues and my god they were sorted in mins. we never felt the need to leave the hotel as day and night entertainment was brilliant. we did go outfor dinner and drinks but was husband birthday and we had cake in room .you have 4 pools to chose we stayed at adult pool even in the rain jonny still keeping everyone happy and entertained it rain sat yet we all stayed around pool i mean you get wet in pool so may as well do pool aerobics 🤣 Johnny is an absolute credit to the hotel and the amination team he works for.he was the only one who actually stop to chat .he goes from pool to pool day and evening he just a amazing man. it also in door step of costa adeje local to everything. bar staff are lovely. cleaners always polite. Just book it .we are booking to go back.

Amazing family holiday
4th time in Hovima suites within a year and yet again cant fault the place. On arrival check in was effortless and we were offered a glass of bubbles. We were given a garden room looking on to the family pool. Im my opinion couldn't have had a better room. Beautifully presented room and was immaculate. Towels and bedding were changed daily apart from Sunday. We requested clean towels on the Sunday and within 10 mins we had them in our room. Food and drink yet again amazing and plentiful. Something for everyone. Entertainment staff were amazing and got to know us all and looked after us during the day and in the evenings. Big shout to Jonny what a great guy who helped make everyone's holiday a time to remember. To be fair cant fault any of the staff in the hotel. Nothing was a bother and everyone had a smile on their face. Such a warm friendly wonderful hotel. Rest assured guys we will be back as soon as we possibly can. Huge thanks to everyone for making our week with you a week to remember see you soon
