Just a note before you book. All of the glowing reviews are correct regarding location, grounds, staff and food BUT just be aware that despite what it says on the Trip Advisor page this fabulous hotel IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE! You will be offered the option to book B&B or half board.

A class above the rest
An elegant, peaceful and charming hotel with beautiful rooms and exemplary, courteous and attentive staff. Attracting a polished and slightly older clientele who appreciate this adults only 'old school' charm and elegance. For many, including ourselves, this is a repeat stay. Does not have the feel of a package holiday destination. Thankfully all visitors are respectful of the dress code for gentlemen, both in the bar and at dinner, which results in a real contrast in overall feel to the surrounding hotels. Long may this hopefully continue. An oasis of calm in a busy area.

Fantastic Hotel
Last day of another fantastic holiday staying at this beautiful hotel. Everything is catered for and nothing is too much trouble for the great staff to do for you. Have recommended the hotel to friends who have all been and re-booked to visit again. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.

Again and again and again ... !
Some places impress you once; very few make you want to return again and again. JOIA Iberostar El Mirador is one of those rare hotels. This was our sixth stay, chosen to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. What keeps bringing us back is not just the beautiful location, but the people, whose warmth and professionalism make every visit feel effortless. A special thank you to Tiziana for the wonderful room that was allocated to us by Paola — it was beautifully located and made our anniversary celebration even more memorable. The service throughout the hotel is always attentive without ever being intrusive, and every interaction is delivered with genuine kindness. Breakfast is a highlight every morning, with an exceptional selection of fresh, high-quality dishes enjoyed in a stunning setting. The gardens and grounds are impeccably maintained, creating an atmosphere of tranquillity and understated elegance. There is a quiet confidence about this hotel — it doesn't need to be extravagant because everything is simply done exceptionally well. After six visits, it is remarkable to see the same passion for excellence and attention to detail. Thank you to the entire team, practically unchanged, for making another stay so special; we are already looking forward to our seventh visit to 'our casa' !

Amazing
The best hotel we have ever stayed in. We have visited Costa Adeje every year for the last 6 years and stayed in different hotels each time. Mirador was by far the best. We will 100% be returning more than once. We stayed in Star Prestige room which was impeccable. The room was out of this world and the dressing room was incredible. The staff are amazing and the service is brilliant. No worries about sunbeds whatsoever in the Star Prestige area. Air conditioned huts with every drink you can imagine and fresh snacks all day long. Cannot wait to return.
