The most perfect relaxing five star holiday you will ever find
This hotel has held it’s standards and quality over the many years we have been visiting This was our nine time here and once again we booked for next year before we left It’s wonderful to feel so spoiled and looked after… From the morning yoga to the afternoon ice creams everything is perfect Shout out to the staff each and every one of them…. Many who now know us personally…. If you are going to Tenerife and want to stay in the best hotel on the island this is it💙

Pure luxury - in a calm and beautiful setting
Absolute heaven. Rooms and poolside immaculate, friendly clientele and amazing staff. Tiziana, Alexandra and team took care of our every whim. Cannot fault it in any way. Perfection for a relaxing break.

Simply the best
We have lost count of the number of times we have stayed at the wonderful hotel. If you like relaxing in a fabulous environment with service above and beyond, this is the place to go. Quiet, fabulous food, adults only, no need to worry about sunbeds. Everything ticks the "got to go box" can't wait until we return
Class from start to finish
This hotel scores 10/10. It's the real deal. From check in until we left we really couldn't fault it.
My wife & I stayed in the Star Prestige part of the hotel, which was incredible. What made the stay so special were the staff. EVERY member of staff were fantastic. We were looked after by Sophia during our stay. Nothing was too much for her. We were always met with a genuine smile. She couldn't do enough for us. Martina and Paublo were also amazing. Also Pauola on reception we in the right job. Always smiling!!
Well done! If I can afford it, I'm going back next year!

Amazing place
A return visit. Delicious breakfast, great access to beach, wonderful hotel facilities. Everyone made a special effort to make sure my holiday was memorable. Thank you especially to Rosario from housekeeping who was always cheerful and helpful.
