This hotel was beautiful and absolutely spotless. The staff were all amazing, polite and helpful - all working hard. The food was tasty, especially enjoyed the poke bowls at lunch and the made to order noodle bowls for dinner. Our son did struggle a bit for food choices as he has limited tastes and there was no kids buffet options eg plain pasta but we made it work.

Would definitely go back but as a couple rather than family.

We had a club suite which was a very good size. Cleaned every day and being unlimited luxury the mini bar was topped up each day. Bed was comfy and bathroom well stocked.

The hotel never felt busy and most people weren’t down to the sun beds till past 10 so lots of choice and no early reserving like other places. The drinks were all good - it’s a shame the sunset bar closes at 9pm as it would be lovely to sit there into the evening.

This hotel is lovely. The food is good especially the breakfast, there are a couple of different restaurants which are worth trying for a change from the buffet. The bars are great, especially the sunset bar as the views are gorgeous. It is never too busy either which we thought it might be with the time of year. The staff in all the restaurants and bars are fantastic and work tirelessly. There are always plenty sun loungers, and the pool is lovely although worth noticing it is quite deep in most areas, and the shallowest section is 1.15 metres and goes to 2.50 metres. If you want a balcony or terrace make sure you have this at check in as we were given 2 interconnecting double rooms with neither.(rooms 452 + 454) For us, the option to sit outdoors while the kids are asleep is part of our holiday so thankfully they moved us next day to rooms with balconies. They faced the street and didn't get sun but better than nothing. (rooms 440 + 442) If you can book a sea view room then I would however we were last minute and booked the last 2 double rooms. I wouldn't bother with the preferred club as they only have a private buffet area and sun lounger space, everyone uses the same pool. The atmosphere is great here if you want to relax, it was never too busy or noisy and the breakfast and evening music was a nice touch. There is a couple of activities on like pool aerobics and there is table tennis, air hockey, football table and pool table for when you want a change from the poolside. The kids club was also never too busy and my daughter enjoyed it one afternoon dancing and doing crafts. The beds are comfortable and the showers are great. We were all inclusive and the mini bar was filled daily with water, soft drinks and 2 bottles of beer. We went to Siam park one day, we just walked as it took about 15 minutes. You can also walk along the waterfront to Costa Adeje's shops and restaurants, and beaches. We couldn't keep our room until our 6pm check out but were given a courtesy room to use to shower in before leaving to head back to the airport. We had a lovey stay and would recommend this hotel.
