our holiday
arrived on the 4 october our 3rd visit quick check in room 440 overlooking the shops nice room,large bed lovely walk in shower fridge no kettle though,plenty of wadrobe space, resteraunt plenty of choices lovely pizzas e prawns lobster show cooking afternoon and night lots of fish salads ect, sweets are good also plenty of choice chocolate fountain mr whippy icecream machine, bar downstairs opens at 10 oclock in morning but ee machine on from 7am, lovely staff in all areas 3 lifts ,lovely clean toilets through out the hotel , eentertainment staff excellent from poolkeep fit shows on a night and through out the day, there was the bar upstairs on the 3rd floor singers on most nights there is outdoor entertainment at the pool side. it has its own shop in hotel nice little gifts tobbaco crisps ect, sunbeds you have to be down very early if you want more than 2 sunbeds we were down at 6 in a morning to get ours in a favourite spot ,people were taking the mick and putting towels on beds and not coming back till 4 at night there were 6 people for 3 days did this towels on all day not used and stopping people who were there from getting a bed hotel did nothing about it not good they need to sort this out. the pools are lovely easy to get in and out of them. the only downfall not hotels problem you get dropped off at bottom of road and have to pull your cases up a short hill its heavy going but all in all had a fantastic time booked up for october next year

Fantastic hotel
Just back from a weeks stay at this hotel and would highly recommend. Hotels is spotless, comfy beds and we paid for a pool view and the balcony was lovely. Location is great. Food was amazing, best food we have ever had staying all inclusive as there was plenty choice and something to suit everyone. Hotel staff are very friendly, don’t pass you without saying hallo and nothings ever too much trouble when you ask them something. The entertainments team were first class and kept everybody entertained during the day and at night too. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel is in a great location. Animation team great. One woman in reception was really unhelpful anytime we spoke to her. Anyone having a late flight I dont recommend, the curtesy room isnt bookable and has no air-conditioning, 7 women in at the one time before taxi to airport couldn't get properly freshened up and no privacy from the other women as only cubicle is the showers which were all being used. Rooms are spacious and clean but furniture is rotting needs upgraded to be 4 star bedrooms. Snack bar friendly staff and good choice but more dirty plates than clean. Pools good but all 1.50 meters apart from baby pool so not great for kids who are between 6 and 10. Back to bouganville for us.
