Amazing hotel
Wow where do we start. We've just arrived home from 10 days at this wonderful hotel. All inclusive Was amazing food ,drinks, icecreams, crisps and nuts. All the food you could possible have. Themed nights each night for dinner. But even if you didnt like the theme there was lots of other options. Breakfast was just brilliant. Everything that you could think of for breakfast English breakfast ,fresh cooked omelette, pastries ,cereal ,fruit ,bagel ,bread, roll. So much to choose. Lunch we just used the snack bar which had burgers, fish ,chicken, wraps, rolls, salad, meat, cheese, chips, fruit, pastries and pizza. Honestly if you couldn't find something to eat then you must ve extremely fussy. The pools were amazing with lifeguards and plenty of sunbed. Sad people would reserve them at silly oclock in the morning and as night but honestly there was no need. We always found a sunbed. Entertainment throughout the day and night where the entertainment team worked extremely hard. Bars were stocked well with delicious cocktails,beers and spirits. The also made the most delicious Barraquita . The bar staff were so happy and helpful. The room were kept spotless with fresh towels every day and filter water from machines on each Floor. Every member of staff was so helpful. Our room was on the 7 th floor with the most beautiful view of the sea and sunset We also looked onto a lovely shopping centre and if we looked up the hill you could see the mountains. My hubby and I will definately be returning and would try and ask for same room
A Fantastic Resort - Highly Recommended
We are a family of four, overall the stay was brilliant. Rooms were peaceful, clean, spacious, comfortable with plenty of storage. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Quality and quantity of food was excellent. The pool temperature was perfect and the water was clean. The pool and sunbathing area was well maintained and cleaned daily. The location of the hotel was great, 10 minutes to the beach & bars in town.
Two minor and one more important areas of improvement:

Rooms could do with some investment. Furniture and decor is a little dated and worn.

Both pools also need some investment and maintenance. Missing tiles and cracks in the tiling around the pool need repairing. It's small issue but lets the look of the pool area down.

The biggest issue is the sunbed situation, it is out of control. People reserving sunbeds the night before and in the early hours of the morning. The hotel must enforce a policy that removes towels if nobody is using the beds.
Last year I paid a lot more money for a 5-Star All Inclusive Resort in Rhodes which cost a lot more money. This is experience was far greater than last year. In my opinion this is a great 4-Star All Inclusive Resort.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again. All of our group wished we had booked for 10 nights, none of us wanted to leave.

Great family holiday
I have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at this hotel with my husband and teenage boys. We had the interconnecting rooms which were a brilliant idea and such a peace of mind having teenagers. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day and the beds were comfortable. The balcony area was huge! We had a pool view which was lovely. As a family of four fussy eaters, there was always something for us to eat at every mealtime. We only used the outdoor snack bar in the daytime which had a great selection of hot and cold snacks, as well as a freezer full of ice creams and ice lollies! The restaurant buffet for breakfast and dinner was outstanding in every sense of the word! The variety of food was amazing and the cleanliness of the food and seating area was five star. The entertainment team work extremely hard all day and night! There are so many daytime activities to keep everyone entertained or you can be left alone in peace if you prefer. The evening entertainment by the staff was enjoyable and kept all ages entertained. The location is great as it’s quiet enough during the night so you can sleep but close enough to bars, shops and restaurants if you venture out. If I had to find anything to complain about, I would say the pool. It was lovely, clean large enough for all guests but it is 1.5m in depth and for those of us who are short, this was tricky for the water volleyball and water polo games! Inflatables aren’t restricted so children are quite safe in the pool as well as several lifeguards being on hand. Would I visit this hotel again? Absolutely!
A holiday to remember
We’ve just returned from an absolutely fantastic holiday at Las Dalias in Tenerife with a group of 12, including four 18-year-old boys, a 15-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl — and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.
From start to finish, the food was fantastic, the atmosphere was brilliant and the entertainment was exceptional. A huge thank you has to go to the entertainment team — Alex, Adrianna, Leanne, Carlos, Alba, Saray and Szymon — who made every single day so much fun. They are all incredibly friendly, funny and energetic, and they always go above and beyond to get everyone involved and make sure there is plenty of laughter. They really are a credit to Las Dalias.
A special mention has to go to Alba, who has the most beautiful singing voice. We absolutely loved listening to her!
The drinks were also fantastic, with Roberto, Laura and Iker in the main bar always making us feel welcome and producing some amazing drinks and lots of tequila shots. Sidi in the top bar near reception deserves a special mention too — he makes the best drinks! I enjoyed some amazing sangria and piña coladas, and I even spotted a hot chocolate that looked more like a full dessert than a drink!
There was so much to do. We had loads of fun at the rodeo, enjoying cocktails, eating great food and joining in with all the games. The inflatables were brilliant too. The boys especially loved the archery, table tennis and darts — and we definitely discovered that we have a few champions amongst us!
We were also pleasantly surprised that we never had a problem getting sunbeds, which made relaxing around the pool even better.
Honestly, every member of staff we encountered was amazing. Their friendliness, enthusiasm and hard work really made our holiday special. Las Dalias has something for everyone, and it was fantastic seeing the whole family, from the youngest to the adults, having such a brilliant time together.
A massive thank you to everyone at Las Dalias for making our holiday so memorable. We laughed, relaxed, ate, drank and made some wonderful memories. We would absolutely recommend Las Dalias and would love to return! 🌴☀️🍹

The room was very clean and spacious. The food is very tasty and varied. The staff is very friendly especially Alex from entertainment team, and all the rest of the team is excellent. Definitely come back.
