WASTE OF MONEY, AWFUL SERVICES
ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A HOTEL!
Honestly this hotel is far from 4 stars i would say a 3 maximum and thats being nice, not only do you have awful food with random choices nothing substantial we lived off shop bought pizza as theres no way they made it from scratch! and bland pasta the whole holiday the food here honestly is awful i am so glad we only paid for half board as the price for all inclusive is extortionate for the service you are getting, the pictures are clearly took at good angles as the pool in real life is tiny with the smallest lunch area you can think of. And even-though you think having your room cleaned efficiently would be bare minimum, after a full day at the beach 9-7pm giving the cleaner the full day we come back to our bedding not even made, empty bottles still on the sides our dirty towels that ‘i left in a pile for the cleaners convenience’ on the floor still. Honestly i am astonish as to how this hotel has got such good reviews as it is honestly a joke, and even when the cleaner did come they left sand all on the floor, didn't wipe the sink clean from toothpaste and the shower glass was still in need of a wipe. Please don't book here it will ruin your holiday like it did mine, beyond angry with the service! Not to mention the wifi is awful can not get a connection anywhere in this place!
Absolute gem of a hotel in every way
There is a reason everyone keeps coming back to this amazing hotel, as soon as you walk in you can feel the calm, relaxing atmosphere, fantastic friendly staff from Patricia and her lovely reception team to Fabio, Sandra and the wonderful bar staff. Everywhere is spotless and the staff take such pride in making sure nothing is too much trouble. The food is varied and always something to choose. Location is fantastic literally a stones throw from bars and restaurants whichever way you go. Pool area is lovely and relaxing. We wouldn't stay anywhere else and feel lucky to have found our happy place in this perfect hotel

Another brilliant holiday in your hotel apart from one thing the dreaded white wall appartments wouldn’t be so bad if a little bit of effort was made to make them look a bit better outside with the plants a few lights maybe?? The atmosphere and staff do make this hotel special we will definitely be back but not with the white wall apartment
Our happy place
We had our 8th holiday at Hovima Panorama in May spent 2 wonderful weeks there & have just booked to go back in May 2027. From the minute you walk into the reception you are welcomed with a smile. All the staff at Hovima Panorama are so helpful & friendly nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean the food is really good. The location of the hotel is great we cannot fault anything about this hotel but what makes it for us is the staff. Thank you to Patricia & everyone on reception & everyone at the pool bar especially Jose & Karima. You are all wonderful & we can't wait to come back & see you all again next May. Julie & Trevor
Great Stay - Fantastic Location
Loved it here. 12 nights started 27th June. 3 adults Location - Excellent. Quiet but within 200 yards of supermarket or bars and the sea.
Rooms - Simple but very clean and bathroom a good size
Food - All good. Breakfast - Enough choice, if I'm being super critical it could be a little hotter but it's no deal breaker. Lunch - Very good. The salads where very nice, all the menu v v good Evening meal - Good. Again could be hotter but plenty of choice via the buffet. The themed nights were very good, BBQ grill v good.
Pool - good size plenty of space at this time of year Sunbeds - ok for us, could be interesting if there's lots of families during school hols.
Staff - Outstanding. All the reception staff were really good. Bar staff outstanding. Lolo, Favio, Karima so friendly and always on hand for anything you need. A credit to the hotel.
Overall - cracking hotel, staff wonderful. Would recommend.
