We loved the hotel and pool, David the entertainer was so lovely and funny. He made the experience so much better!
Me and my friend had the best time. Lovely hotel, staff were so nice. Particularly David, he made us laugh whenever we saw him and always put a smile on our faces. Will miss him alot!
We had a lovely stay here, I was a single mother with 3 children our first time away just us. The entertainment team were lovely always accommodating especially David. The baby club and kids club were always good my children loved Martina in the baby club even though one of my children was 8 they allowed her in the baby club to help and she loved that. We had an incident at the pool where my daughter hit and cut her chin quite badly when coming down the slide, the whole staff here were so helpful they helped us get to hospital and called ahead for us and put us on the hotel insurance to make it quicker for us. Giorgia from guest services was so kind and helpful she checked in with us the whole time and came to check us the next day. Because of how good the hotel were for us we were seen and back at the hotel within 30 minutes. The food was lovely and even the maids were friendly when you saw them. The only thing I would say is the rooms aren’t very sound proof so anyone walking past the corridors at night or early morning sounded like they were in your room. That is the only thing I can complain about. Everything you want here and more and right on the beach. Everyone was so helpful.
This must have been at least our 15th stay at La Pinta over the last 10 years, & each time is just as special! Location is perfect for us as we love to swim in the sea every morning, and with the private access to the beautiful & safe Playa La Pinta, it’s the perfect way to start your day. Walking is easy too, along the coastline either to Los Cristianos or to La Caleta. We stayed on the top floor with panoramic views of Puerto Colon marina, the island of La Gomera, and across to Del Duque and beyond. From the front of the hotel you have the dramatic backdrop of the Teide mountain. The rooms are great too. Very clean, with lovely comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The staff, from housekeeping, right through to reception are fantastic! Nothing is too much bother for them & they make everyone feel welcome. Our family with the grandchildren have recently started to stay here too, and they absolutely love it! The pool area is great for families to completely relax knowing that the kids are safe and fully entertained by the girls and boys from the kids club. Overall, we couldn’t wish for a more perfect place to stay, with or without children. Keep up the great work guys!
We went half board plus would say do this unless you are big drinkers as the food was just average. we ate out most nights and swapped dinner for lunch. To upgrade to all inclusive we were quoted 720 euros for 8 days 2 adults and 13 year old not worth it. We put 200 euro on our band and that lasted the week with us buying drinks and ice creams every day. It was cheap to eat out and lovely restaurants. Location is fantastic and can use the gate to take you the beach way until 8pm. We had a superior 1 bed sea view , I wouldn't say there was anything superior about it. The aircon was only in the living area non existent in the bedroom, we had to phone and ask for a toaster, matress topper and extra pillows. The room smelt like dampness and as the week went on we noticed mould on the walls could defo be doing with a freshen up. The staff were all lovely. The hotel is more for families with younger children. We always got a sunlounger no matter what time of day but they are all very close together so was harder to get in and out of them. You were allowed floats in the pool depending on what life guard was on. We were unable to keep our room on for the last day but they provided us a room to shower and get changed in from 4pm until 5.30pm which was nice. Overall hotel was nice and location great but would not rush back to this hotel.
