Relaxing stay
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were welcoming and attentive. The service was excellent, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. Highly recommended! Great atmosphere constantly. No sunbed wars. Different activities going on through the day, but not loud and in your face. Entertainment every evening which we enjoyed. Fantastic location on beachfront. Had sea view room, so peaceful. We were never disturbed by outside noise.Stunning views from The adults only rooftop area, bar on rooftop was only open on a Friday evening I think. The tourist train had just started a new route and now stops right outside the hotel on the hour every hour €9 each for adults not sure how much for children and stopped in Fanabe which we got off and enjoyed a couple of hours there.Big thanks to staff in all departments of the hotel!

Little piece of heaven
Had lovely time at Hovima jardin Caleta. Our room was comfortable, clean ,no air con but available to hire. Lovely terrace ..I asked for sunny and easy access ..both granted. All staff friendly and helpful..especially Francisco ..would always go the extra mile..and Alijandro . The location is amazing ..5 minute walk to beautiful fishing village with lovely fish /seafood. Will definitely return.

Fab holiday break
Lovely positioned hotel overlooking the sea at end of the boardwalk. A wee bit dated but spotlessly clean with the nicest staff . We are very happy with the value you get for the cost of the holiday. Restaurant food fine and plentiful and my food allergy was taken care of without a problem. Lots of nice upmarket restaurants in La Caleta area ,nice for an evening stroll and a coffee or drink. The Staff make the hotel.!!

Great stay
Came back yesterday from a week here my first ever solo trip, i booked a superior room the views were absolutely beautiful not one balcony but 2 with stunning views that made me smile every day. Room & pool areas great, pool easy to get in,to say it was the end of September not too cold. Food perfectly edible, loved my pancake & churros covered in chocolate spread every morning.Only water with half board at tea time but i just took in my own can of pop. Shop & bar next door and la caleta town only a few mins down the road also a spar. Kitchen area in room well stocked to make your own meals if needed, toaster and hob but no microwave.The walk to the main area of Costa Adeje was a nice easy 30 min walk just follow the path round the sea front very easy to get to im useless with my sense of directions and managed fine. I had a lovely holiday & stay at this hotel.

Enjoyable but room for improvement
We arrived at 12.30 having travelled through the night to be told our room wouldn't be ready untll 2pm. We returned at 2 to be told still not ready until 3. This was a bad experience to start with. We found the Hotel reception to be painfully inefficient and difficult to get attention with staff easily distracted. Room was okay but very warm at night time. Food was good for us, loads of options and nice environment to dine in. Attention to replacement of bowls, glasses and cups running out should be a priority. No potable water stations available throughput the hotel. Pool and sunbeds very good. Quiet at night time for sleep quality. Access to walking and beach very good. Loads of buses nearby. All in all value for money but a bit effort by staff could make it easier
