Located just beside La Enramada Beach in the area of La Caleta in the popular holiday region of Costa Adeje, this appealing apart hotel is a favourite both among families with small children and athletes. Families love the facilities for children such as the heated children's pool, athletes prefer the Sports and Leisure Centre “Tenerife Top Training” next to the hotel. The next golf course is within 10 minutes by car.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We just got back from holiday in Tenerife we stayed at this hotel and we had amazing time ,rooms clean spacious, pool area is always clean , lovely entertainment by Amanda, she is such a sweetheart got adults and kids involved into activities. Hotel located in La coleta area which is so close to Costa Adeje and tbh everything , there is 467 bus that takes you los cristianos or Costa adeje easy communication, the beach near it with a black sand my child loved to explore. We booked as breakfast and dinner , breakfast there was always something to choose from , as for dinner some days we struggled find things we like but I guess it’s same at most hotels we ever been. Overall I would recommend the hotel for family holiday, away from busy roads and peaceful environments.
Stayed 8 nights all-inclusive (2 adults, 2 children aged 10 & 13). Overall, a decent 3-star hotel and good value for money.
Positives: Rooms are a good size with kitchenette and large balcony. Pool area is well maintained and the mini fridge was restocked daily with drinks. Food was better than expected for a 3-star—great salads, good breakfast choice, and nice stone-baked pizzas. Sunday BBQ was a highlight. Staff like Sebastian (sports pool), Jose (pool bar), and Amanda (entertainment) were excellent.
Negatives: The hotel is clearly understaffed—long queues at the bar, tables not cleared quickly, and items like cutlery running out. Entertainment was limited and inconsistent. Rarely offered drinks at meals. Issues on arrival with air con and bedding. Pool bar ran out of beer during the day.
Area is quiet with restaurants nearby. Beach close by is stony, but a sandy beach and Costa Adeje are a short distance away. Siam Park is a must.
Overall, a standard 3-star—some good points but let down by staffing. Would consider returning at the right price.
We have just returned from a family holiday here. This is a good hotel in a peaceful location, lovely walk down the sea front. The area is very quiet which suited us perfectly. Taxis into adeje were cheap for those who prefer busier resorts. Rooms were clean and the few issues we had were rectified straight away. Never an issue getting sunbeds at any point during the day. Food was nice, although difficult to order a drink sometimes in the evening due to the staff being so busy. The views from the seating area outside the restaurant were lovely. Entertainment was good, Amanda from the animation team is fantastic and does an amazing job with the children! My son did a variety of activities with her which he really enjoyed, such as t shirt painting. Amanda also let him join in the water basket game despite him being very young, which was really kind. She made a huge effort to greet us and our baby every day and is fantastic at her job. Sandro on the reception also was really helpful and explained everything well on check in. We would definitely return here in the future. It was well worth the price we paid.
Nice hotel and staff very friendly and helpful, the only downside is that the rooms need some serious updating (Room 358) as the Aircon unit in our room did not work (Even after they looked at it). Food is ok and always found something to eat, If you decide to put your towels down early and then leave them unattended they will be removed. (Personally this should be done at all hotels to stop reserving sunbeds). Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday.
I wouldn’t feed the buffet to a dog horrible food
