This is our second visit to this wonderful cool adults hotel, we love it so much we came back again and hopefully many to keep coming! From the moment you arrive with drinks on arrival, the staff make you so welcome! Big shout out to the animation team who bring a bit of happiness to everything do to make us smile!

Hovima Cool Adeje - Beautiful hotel – highly recommended!
From the moment we arrived at 2:30am, we were made to feel welcome with a complimentary glass of wine, and it was great that the restaurant was open.
Our room was gorgeous and kept spotless by the housekeeping team every day. We also appreciated the six complimentary drinks in the minibar, which was a lovely touch.
The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, with staff constantly clearing away cups and glasses around the pool and communal areas. The food was excellent, with a fantastic selection in both the snack bar and the main restaurant – there really was something for everyone. At dinner, there was a great choice of drinks, including sangria, red, white, rosé and sparkling wines, as well as beer on tap.
The TV offered English channels, which was a bonus.
The pool areas were excellent, with both a lively pool and a quieter, more relaxing one to choose from.
The entertainment throughout the day was superb, especially the aqua gym sessions, which were great fun as well as good exercise. The entertainment team were all friendly, energetic and engaging. The evening entertainment was the best we’ve experienced in 35 years of travelling.
Although this hotel was a little more expensive than some others we considered, it was worth every penny. The value for money was outstanding, and the quality of the facilities, food, entertainment and service more than justified the price.
Checkout was excellent, with the hotel providing clean towels and a welcoming shower facility so we could freshen up before leaving. A special mention also goes to the kind security guard who helped me with my suitcase.
We would highly recommend Hovima Costa Adeje and would definitely return. Well done to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable!

YOU CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF A GOOD THING
My wife and I have just returned from another wonderful stay at the Hovima Cool. We had registered on-line prior to arrival (so easy) and so John, on reception, gave us a really friendly welcome and had already allocated us a fab room overlooking the pool area with sea views. So nice to see lots of the friendly faces of the team from our previous visits and to be recognised and acknowledged by them - Pedro, Brian & Juan in the restaurant, Jose in the pool bar and Ariel, the lifeguard to name just a few. All areas of the complex are kept immaculately clean by continuous attention. All the team are so friendly and always with a smile. Lots of activity if you wanted but no pressure from the animation team if you didn't. Great, professional entertainment every night Thank you once again to everyone at HOVIMA - already looking at next year! David & Mary

We have just returned from our 5th visit to this wonderful hotel. The previous 4 occasions were so good we just had to come back again.
Let me start by saying this is a personal opinion and based on our own experience and I do not speak for everyone. I can see a mixed bag of reviews on here, I’m a believer that you get what you want out of your time here, either a relaxing stay where you do not venture far from the hotel or if you do, there are plenty of great things to do near by.
This hotel is fantastic and its reputation is built around the amazing staff who will do anything to make your stay memorable. The hotel is immaculately clean and remains so during your stay, the housekeeping staff make sure of this. We had room 414, excellence suite with full sea view. Our housekeeping lady was the friendliest and nicest person, greeting us every day with a smile and welcome (forgot to note her name) sorry!
I’d like to take the time to mention a few names, Ainara (Guest Relations Manager), Ariel (Lifeguard) Juan (Poolside Bar) and Nour (Bar Manager) the professionalism, kindness and warm welcome shown to us by them is incredible, not just because we’re returning guests, it’s a genuine heart felt welcome back and respect for putting our faith in them to ensure we have a memorable stay. Thanks to them, we did just that. That said, every single member of staff are the same, just too many to mention.
Our stay this year (13th July to 23rd July) was fantastic. From the food, to the rooms to the overall experience, we just cannot fault this hotel, our previous visits and reviews have remained as positive as ever, on this occasion we were joined by our 25 year old Son who was equally impressed with his first time visit. If you are considering your first time visit to this hotel, balance all the reviews before deciding, as this hotel may not be for everyone. As I said earlier it really depends what you want from your vacation. But in my opinion, this is by far one of the top hotels in Costa Adeje and you will not be disappointed. The stand out things for me every time we come back are the warm welcome from staff, the exceptional clean standards, the service, the location and the high standard of customer service.
One last thing, this was our first time in an excellence suite, this room is situated at the very front of the hotel above the entrance steps. The sea view was spectacular with incredible sunsets. Beautiful inside, spacious living room area, so big it contained a single bed, twin sink bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate double bedroom. Huge panoramic balcony. The only thing wrong with our stay this year, it wasn’t long enough.

Hovima cool is the best hotel ever.
I am in room 705 - the stay so far has been excellent, the service has been amazing around the hotel from the cleaners, daytime staff and food service staff. I would definitely recommend to stay here again and I would come back again.
