Better than ever
This is our fourth time here and if anything it has got even better. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and enthusiastic and create a great atmosphere. That’s a big reason why we keep coming back but what is even more impressive is that the quality of the food has improved immensely, the foam sunbeds are super comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. Fab location to the beach, shops and local restaurants and we can’t wait to come back!!
Excellence service keeps getting better !
We have lost count as to how many times we have visited this hotel as it never lets you down .
It has many strengths but at is core you have the team at the hotel who do their very best to make sure you have a great Holiday.
Special mentions to Ariel who must be the friendliest life guard in the world - Juan the overnight security guard who is a very friendly chap and of course Ainara who is very visible in and around the hotel and is forever checking that everything is to your liking .
A final word on the excellence service it might not by for everyone but we believe in the 10 years or so that we have been visiting the hotel that it just gets better and better . The food offering is delightful and it is delivered by some of the friendliest people you could ever wish to meet .
Looking forward to October can’t wait !

The amazing Hovima cool hotel
We stayed in room 603 the team for the entertainment were amazing there was nothing they wouldnt do to help you it was our first time at the hotel and we will be coming back aqua aerobics was my favourite Thankyou thanks Sharon and jason

Room 317 returning guests excellent service staff can't do enough and animation team work very hard and always make you laugh look forward to returning again!
