Location is ideal for bars, restaurants, shopping mall and a 10 min walk to port of colon harbour and fanabe beach. You are right on the main road, so easy access for bus and taxis but can be busy. Hotel, try and request floors 4 and above and 2 and 3 are underneath the pool with some rooms having a view of a wall and it is apparently dark. Rooms are basic and you have to pay for A/C, a tv remote control and a kettle. There was a kitchen in our 1 bedroom apartment. It was big enough. We had to move the sofa bed near kitchen as its tight getting to the balcony between sofa bed and tv/tv unit. I didn't mind the food to be honest, but not a huge selection. The snack bar is only opened 10 till 1 and 4.30 till 6. I think the snack bar needs to be open all afternoon as some like myself dont like having lunch inside. Especially after swimming etc. Just wanna chill by the pool. You have to pay for a parasol at €2 a day from reception which is stupid. The sun is at the pool area all day. Staff seem laid back, no issues. They do entertainment every night. Drinks are very selective for all inclusive and icecreams. I found the Drinks are very watered down. I brought my own flasks and they had no issues filling them up for whatever I wanted. Would I go again, probably. It was cheap enough. You'll need to reserve beds as people are leaving towels over night with no one removing them. Annoyed me some families were reserving 5 or 6 beds and then going to the beach or sian park. Why?? Listen, we went as it was cheap, my son and partner didn't mind it. My son didn't like the food but we didn't mind it. We did plan on eating out alot anyway. Dont be fooled too much for the hotel considering its a 3 star I found this better than the Jacaranda in Costa adeje which was a 4 star!
We arrived early at the hotel to be greeted by a lovely polite receptionist our room wasn’t ready until 3pm she gave us our all inclusive wristbands to use straight away. once we got in our room which was on the 7th floor very clean plenty of room. Found two faults which got sorted in no time. Food plenty of choice for each meal. Pool bar and snacks good choice Pools are lovely. Hotel staff are so friendly. Great location. I would recommend this hotel especially if you are with a family it’s great But I loved it
fantastic experience, staff all wonderful and very helpful. Entertainment was ok different singer each night and kids entertainment. Hotel spotless and maids are in daily except sunday! Food was as you would expect for a 3 star however it was edible and could find something everyday to eat without issue. Drinks were fine also no complaints apart from strong measures! overall a brilliant holiday was had and we will defo be back!
Just back from here, and it was a great two weeks. The measures the bar staff pour are “hospital” material, mind you. A few days lost as a result! Food was ok, what you’d expect from a 3*. They absolutely love fish & pork though, it’s on EVERY day. Staff were lovely, attentive too. Only drawback with the pool bar is that they provide you paper cups. Not very appealing, drinking out of them, so but your own plastic ones from one of the shops across the road.
Great location short walk to the beach and some nice bars Lacking atmosphere, staff friendly could be bit livelier Dino is great with morning activities has made the holiday Room ok spacious and clean but needs little work as sockets loose and lights affected when you plug in travel plug Value for money have had better but it is what ya make it Food not the best and not great selection No issue with noise basic night entertainment that finishes by 11pm then just background music till 12 in main bar Have to pay for drinks in bar from 11pm Overall could be better
