Hotel Suite Villa Maria

Just returned from another fabulous stay, it was our 3rd time here and we will definitely be booking again for next year. They’ve made some fab improvements like the Mokka bar/lounge, a lovely place to grab a coffee and a cake or ice cream, also had the football on the big screen which went down well with our teenage boy. Also the improved Blue Oasis had just opened before we left so managed to grab a couple of dinners there which were lovely. The staff as always are an absolute credit to the hotel, everyone is so lovely and friendly but a special mention to Antonia at breakfast, my daughter will miss her omelettes freshly prepared for her everyday and also Alice who works the veranda bar, always there with a friendly smile, she even remembered us from the year before and treated our daughter to a cocktail for her birthday. And thanks to the hotel for leaving a welcome bottle of fizz and a lovely cake in the villa on our daughter’s birthday it really is these special touches that make this hotel a fab place to stay! I’m not sure what any further improvements they plan to make, not sure it could get any better, although maybe something for the teenagers like a pool table or darts board or games room would be a fab addition. We are already planning our trip back for next year which we can’t wait for

Hotel overall was great, stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with whirlpool. Villas were fantastic, plenty of room for family of 4. lovely area to relax in balcony area and separate space off from the upstairs bedroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Pool was good and hotel coffee shop was good for afternoon snack. Breakfast was a fantastic offering every morning, plenty to choose from and options for everyone, the kids ate something every morning which is a first for us good success.

Hotel is at the top of hill as other reviews have described but we rented a car so no issues, great parking facilities onsite. Overall great holiday and would consider rebooking for next year again

Wonderful holiday, totally relaxing, in beautiful grounds. 3 bedroom villa with private pool was fantastic, great views from the terrace and plenty of loungers, tables and chairs. Housekeeping were excellent with water, coffee pods, robes, and bathroom shampoo/ body wash replenished. The main pool was lovely and clean, plenty of loungers and no sunbed wars. There isn't this vibe in the hotel. It's relaxed and all the staff are keen to help. Golf buggies to and from villa with cases is a very nice touch. A special mention to Antonia, who cooks freshly to order. She is a ray of sunshine and cheers the morning,meeting everyone's requests. Another shutout to Sylvie who works breakfast and the Moka Coffee Bar. She is so lovely and attentive, chats and makes all the family feel welcome. The grounds are beautifully maintained, no issues with any pests the whole holiday. We asked to stay at our room later with short notice and they accommodated us. It's the care and attention to detail that really make this a beautiful place. Small cons which are being worked on. Food for children in the evenings can be a bit limited as no children's menu as such but they are increasing the range. La Calata is easily walkable but again primarily fine dining fish restaurants which didn't provide options for children. Taxis to Costa Adeje/ fanabe are usually under 10euro so very cost effective option. On site mini market is very limited if you wish to cook but is well stocked with water, drinks, snacks, and small pharmacy items. Ultimately the hotel is a beautiful oasis, away from the tourist traps.
