Food was vile, pools was very very overstimulating and caused a €100 loss from renting mobility scooters by disconnecting the handbrake . Also the ac leaks and caused all the roof to be damp in water.

5 day trip
I wanted to write this review as I don’t think the place gets the reviews it deserves. It isn’t an expensive hotel so don’t expect 5 star! Negatives, after my 5 night stay, no outside bars at all after 6.30! Why? The hotel is massive and it is needed, no air con in the piano bar so was far too hot to sit in there. We were all inclusive but did pay an extra €3 for a cocktail upgrade and they were well worth it. Pluses, room large and comfortable, bed and pillows amazing. Shower was a trickle but it works! Air con good in the room. Buffet great, always something for everyone and always hot, unusual for a large buffet. We went to the brasserie twice and that was fantastic, big shout out to the receptionist Vanesa, never had such a warm welcome. She deserves a pay rise! Some staff elsewhere look a bit miserable but on the whole they are great and work hard. Would I come back? Probably not as no where to sit outside in the evening. A singer on a terrace would make a big difference. On the whole, had a really nice stay.

A great hotel
We found the Best Jacaranda a really nice place to stay. Friendly and efficient greeting at reception on arrival, a good range of food available at all meal sittings, lovely pools and also quieter areas to catch the sun or sit and relax is some nice garden areas.
The hotel is set in a good position with a small stroll to the local shops and beach.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in this area. It would be a good choice.
