Hotel Best Jacaranda

The hotel is situated close to lots of shops and only a 10 min dander to the beach and restaurants. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and friendly. The room was ok. Some mould in the bathroom but other than that fairly good. I traveled with my sister and teenage nephew. He slept on a pullout bed and was not happy. We made the best of what we had. There was some noise as we were at the end of a block where an entrance is to and from the pools and short cuts to the main building. But you expect some noise from guests moving around the complex. The restaurant had lots of choice but could benefit from clearer allergens on the dishes. I am coeliac so can't have gluten. The deserts were very limited for me to mousse, fruit or ice cream. I could pre-order meals but I opted to just pre-order breakfast. I didn't know if I could pre-order desert. There was no fighting for sun loungers and there was plenty available. The staff were very friendly and courteous and remembered what way my sister took in her cocktails. There was plenty to do during the day with lots of activities. There was no outside entertainment at night, it was inside in the lower venue. The entertainment was good but as we stayed for 10 days we seen the same thing on both Sundays.

Excellent welcome from reception. Superb room. Outstanding food both in choice & quality. All in all an excellent hotel in a brilliant location. We wouldn't look anywhere else when coming to Costa Adeje. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We have been coming to this hotel over the last 23 years. The upkeep isn’t what it used to be, the bathrooms are old and in need of modernisation, the bath was very rusty. Floor tiles are loose and uneven and the new tiling is broken in many places. The wooden planks around the 1.9metre pool are uneven, loose and a trip hazard. The staff are helpful and attentive. The food isn’t always as hot as it used to be or replaced like it used to be. The salads, cheese and puddings are good just the same most days. The pools have a lot of missing tiles and there was a green grease mark around the pool by the coco loco bar which made my stomach turn. This was never the case years ago, needs a good clean. The sunbeds are filthy, the under neath of the sunbed needs a good clean and a lot of the brollies are broken and filthy and not enough of them. The re-useable water bottle is a fab idea.
