Amazing hotel , staff , we had a great holiday
Went on the 19th july 2026. With my girlfriend, stopped in room 1016 , great views , we upgraded to privilege which we loved. Seperate comfy lounge beds which u never had to rush to get. Different restaurants to choose from , coffee machine in room. Even still the hotel itself is great , food in all the restaurants is great , staff great . Pool party is a must, great atmosphere although I had a few , but great. Just a great holiday. Can't fault at all

Not all 4-star H10 hotels are the same
The location is perfect; the breakfast is varied, though bubbly isn't served daily as it should be.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory, and there were cockroaches coming out at night.
Thanks to Hugo, who did his best to compensate us for the inconveniences, the experience wasn't as bad as it could have been. He even offered us a premium restaurant experience on the house, which we really appreciated.
Most of the restaurant staff were brilliant. The manager of the so-called Prestige-only restaurant, however, was quite rude. He spoke down to us and assumed we didn't have a table booked because we weren't wearing the "right" colour bracelets, which apparently didn't make us VIP enough for him. His exact words were, "You are not Prestige customers" without hearing a word of what I was saying. It came across as condescending and unnecessary.
Everything was top notch.

Fabulous hotel in a great location.
Great hotel in a fabulous location. Food is fabulous, lots of choice & great Bistro restaurant for lunch over looking the beach/sea. We went all inclusive, good quality drinks & food. We chose a sea view room so lovely sunsets in the evenings. Rooms are cleaned daily & evening entertainment every night. The only down side is the entertainment finishes 10:30pm/11pm latest which is quite early for an adult only hotel. Pool areas are fabulous, plenty of sunbeds & pool bar for cocktails & snacks.
As you come out of the hotel to the beach there is a lovely coastal walk, to the right is Costa Adeje & to the left is Plays de las Americas. Both walks worth doing to see all the lovely beach resorts, shops & restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s spotlessly clean & staff work hard & are friendly. 😊
Make it your first choice if no children
First time to Tenerife and would definitely stay at this hotel again . Great variety of ages of guests obviously with no children Lovely staff , really good food with lots of variety in the buffets . We never had trouble getting 4 sun beds together . Yes the hotel could do with a touch up here and there but it's so popular that they must always be full so would need to happen with guests there ! Night time entertainment very good too - nice to spend time AI in the bar listening too!
