Incredible experience so far! Couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. If you can afford to go privilege, then 100% do so. Definitely worth it! I do not want to leave! We will definitely be back
This hotel really cheapens itself by
It’s a shame because most of our staff interactions were very good and the facilities were good. We would especially like to mention Silvia who always greeted us with a smile and was especially helpful.
The service was excellent at the hotel and various different restaurants as there was multiple workers who were very friendly and open to help what really elevates your experience to the higher and more privileged level.
We recently stayed at this hotel for one week and, unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the standard we expected from a four-star, all-inclusive resort.
One of the first disappointments was discovering that there were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room unless you paid an extra charge. We were also surprised to find there was an additional daily charge to use the room safe, which seemed unreasonable for an all-inclusive holiday.
The hotel could also benefit from better signage, as it was often difficult to find basic facilities such as the toilets. During our entire seven-night stay, our bed linen was never changed, which was disappointing.
Another surprise was the pool towel policy. We were given towels on arrival but told it would cost €1 each time we wanted them exchanged. Again, this didn't feel in keeping with the standard of a four-star all-inclusive hotel.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the inconsistent and sometimes unfriendly service from some members of staff. On one occasion, we went to the piano bar for a drink and were questioned about why we were there before being told, in front of other guests, to go downstairs. On another occasion, I asked for bottled water at the downstairs bar and was told it wasn't available there and to go to the piano bar instead. Later, a waiter at the terrace bar told me water was available downstairs but only in glasses, despite us having received bottled water during our stay. The conflicting information was confusing and frustrating.
We also had an uncomfortable experience in the restaurant. There were three of us, and we sat at a table with five place settings but only three chairs. A member of staff approached us, asked how many people were dining, and when we replied "three", simply pointed at the table and said "five" in a rude manner. It left us feeling embarrassed and unwelcome.
The hotel itself is attractive, the pool areas are lovely, and many members of staff were polite and hardworking. However, the number of additional charges, inconsistent communication, and the attitude of some staff members meant we did not feel particularly welcome during our stay.
Overall, this holiday did not provide the level of service we expected, and sadly, we would not choose to return.
The rooms on the ground floor (those with numbers starting from 200 and above) have a noticeable musty smell. They are mostly located next to the garden, offer no meaningful view, and only have a partial view of the pool and the garden. The door frames and skirting boards are scratched, worn, and outdated. The armchair was dirty, and the table had scratched surfaces with peeling paint. The wardrobe had an unpleasant smell and looked old despite being repainted. One of the wardrobe doors was difficult to open. A damp, musty odor was present throughout the room, including the bathroom and the wardrobe. Overall, the room gave the impression that it had not been properly renovated for about 20 years. We decided to change our room due to this bad moisture smell 😕🫤 The rooms on the upper floors are in noticeably better condition. They appear more modern, are better maintained, and many of them offer much nicer views compared to the ground-floor rooms.
