Was ok but nothing special
Hotel is nice standard rooms quiet basic food was ok sometimes wasny that warm not alot of options from m previous all inclusive I've stayed at never known a all inclusive where u get first mini fridge free then after u have to pay for anything put in fridge also after 11pm u have to pay for drinks at bar and cocktails you don't have much choice and bars don't open till 10.30am . Sun loungers u have to book daily for which becomes abit annoying . Staff are nice and helpful . They do have a few rules regarding pool I got speaking to few people who have stayed here before who said hotel has started charging for things that they never use to me and my partner wouldn't stay here again as there's much better places for the price u pay to stay here
A wonderful Hotel
Myself and my husband had a wonderful time . We stayed for a week in the hotel . The staff were all amazing from the reception to cleaning staff to the bar and restaurant. The food was lovely in both restaurant and the market hall. I really couldn't fault any part of this hotel it was amazing and we can't wait to go back
cocktail crap
hotel in general - good food - great staff - great standard drinks - good all inclusive cocktails - terrible, watered down premixed crap, me and me wife paid just under 4k for 10 nights all inclusive, had to go out of the hotel to buy cocktails, the 1988 bar in the hotel made them at 10 euros each . this was our 4th visit as cocktails always have been great, needless to say we will NOT be going back. talking to other multi visit people, they also will not be going back, talking to first timers, they to will not be going back. all because of premade crap they call cocktails, Guayarmina Princess you should be ashamed.

Everything was perfect. All the staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned. Food was delicious. The photography service also made this hotel experience better. I only withhold the full 5 stars as when we were in our first room we were close to the strip outside the hotel and it was loud in some evenings but the staff were kind enough to move us into another room. This hotel would be perfect if the TVs were smart TVs giving us access to streaming Channels such as Netflix and prime.
Perfect Hotel
This is our 2nd time visiting this hotel and I have to say it is the best hotel in Tenerife that we have stayed in. Very clean and modern, perfect location, great food and friendly staff. The booking system of the sun beds on the app works well and there is plenty available. The only negative I can say about this hotel this time around is us being constantly pestered by the photographer wanting to do a photoshoot. Every morning at the pool he comes around asking and then again every evening while having drinks outside waiting for the entertainment to start. I think there was only 1 day the whole trip that we didn’t see him and I assume that was his day off. We never had this issue the first time we stayed at the hotel but apart from that the hotel is perfect.
