So third time to this hotel… the first two was back in 2015 & 2017 as a family hotel…. It was on my to do list since turning to a adult hotel… As always hotel beautiful… location fabulous… close proximity to the airport… loads restaurants and shopping malls… the restaurant… food.. service and staff are just amazing can’t fault them…. The hygiene of the hotel however isn’t as it was in my experience.. I remember all the sun bed areas being washed down every night… our room wasn’t cleaned liked before and as well as other places that I’d paid half the price for.. our bed linen was changed once in 14 days and I had to tell them twice for that… so yes I’ll always have fondness for this hotel and many happy memories but if you keep charging this price to stay here some improvement needs adding thank you for a great two weeks see you soon 😊
An excellent Hotel, we have been impressed from start to finish. We upgraded to platinum, which was worth every penny. Only very small niggle with the quality of the WIFI, would definitely be staying again.
Just returned and a great experience . We started every day with Yoga/Pilates/stretching and Jess was so well prepared and delivered an amazing class each day. We then did aqua gym with Jess and then my husband really enjoyed the volleyball which was great fun especially with Jess refereeing. The app system for booking sunbeds was fabulous, food was consistently of a high standard and the option to eat in the Roast meant we had the most perfect steaks ever. Courtesy room was well equipped and each room had two showers. The only downside were the toilet facilities outside the dining room, truly not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, really quite grubby unfortunately, needing a refurb. We def would come again.
We have just returned from another lovely holiday at the Guayarmina princess. We have been coming to this hotel for many years, originally when it was a family hotel and for the past couple of years to experience it as an adults only resort. We had a problem with our room when we arrived, but this was sorted out swiftly by Sofia on reception who was fabulous and also Oscar who was most helpful and funny , they couldn’t do enough for us. The food is plentiful and varied and if you can’t find anything that you like with such a huge selection, then you need to go home! Staff work exceptionally hard for very little gratitude, I feel for them. It can’t be easy trying to please that many people. They are amazing. The rooms are clean but maybe could do with attention in some areas but more than luxurious for a holiday and any problems are dealt with by the amazing reception staff. We have always had fabulous holidays here but would mention a couple of things. The Roast Restaurant is not as luxurious as it should be for a special dinner and when the hotel previously had a shop in the foyer it was far better many years ago and you could buy a daily newspaper or refresh your book, they sold gifts and princess hotel memorabilia which was fabulous - I miss that a lot as the shop directly outside the hotel is not a patch on the one that used to be inside the hotel and it is mainly focused on dresses Main problem is If you are disabled or have a mobility problem, the pool is very hard to walk out of and a handrail would be a fantastic very simple solution which would make life so much easier for the majority of people as the hotel is hugely accessible apart from this - flat and with amazing lifts including a very accessible Restaurant. A big thank you to George the lifeguard, he is an absolute Gem. I do hope he never retires! Overall, a fabulous holiday and we look forward to returning again .thank you so much to all of you for your hard work and patience with all of your guests, it is hugely appreciated and after a year of hard work at our end, it was a wonderful break.
Amazing hotel. Amazing staff, very attentive, branded alcohol and fizzy drinks, food selection at the buffet is amazing quality and for every need. The roast restaurant was a nice change of the week and the steaks cooked perfectly. Couldn’t fault any of then staff!
Only fault is noise… if your room is at the front of the hotel you can hear everything from the sister hotel until just gone 10:30pm to cars on the street. Windows need to be more sound proofed or something? I don’t know not my expertise.
Absolutely ask for an extra pillow at check in, beds are comfy but didn’t sleep well due to the noise from outside.
