Highly recommended with excellent food.
My wife and I stayed at this fantastic hotel for one week in September 2026. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Our room was spotless, the pool area the same, and the food was very good. We stayed half board and the quality and variety of the food at breakfast and dinner was a highlight for us. The restaurant itself is really well laid out and peaceful - a big change from previous experiences in other hotels - and the staff are attentive and courteous. The hotel's location is perfect with just a walk across the street to a beautiful beach and with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops on the doorstep. This was our first time in Tenerife and we were so impressed with the Guayarmina Princess that we have already booked another week in February.
Fantastic hotel
Hotel is fabulous. The food is great, every day and night excellent. Beautiful hotel. We didn't stay for entertainment at night so can't say really. The sunbed booking option on the hotel app is great, so stress free getting a bed. One little negative- we stayed for 10 nights and didn't get our bedding changed, I felt after 7 days it shd have been changed as standard. Apart from that it was a lovely stay and we wd definitely go back to this hotel if we return to Costa Adeje, which we probably will .
Not good value for your money
We’ve visited Tenerife 4 years in a row but the hotel we usually visit is closed for refurbishment, we’ve always see this one in the bus drop off and always said we’d love to stay there so this year was the perfect time, £3200 was a bit over our budget as our 3rd holiday abroad this year but we came anyway thinking we were coming to the bees knees of Tenerife, how very disappointed we were. I’ll start with the good: Restaurant and bar staff absolutely amazing, worked so hard day and night. Gym - one of the best I’ve been to, so good I went everyday. Subbed allocation - we’ve had this elsewhere and it’s a game changer, only thing that spoils it is the entitled people who think they can do as they like, not the hotels fault and the poor lifeguard had to deal with quite a few issues daily. Roast restaurant - food was amazing, I didn’t even mind paying the extra. Entertainment was good, singers every night and the entertainment team organised games daily. The bad: The hotel was very pleasant on the eye but when you looked a little closer you can tell they have bib the builder doo v repairs, shower leaked all over the bathroom, toilet seat wasn’t fitted properly, paintwork had been patched up. The cleanliness - in the reception and restaurant it is spotless, however the rooms weren’t cleaned they were tidied. The pool area wasn’t very clean, didn’t seem to have a maintenance or cleaning schedule at all, just a man putting the beds back in line and sweeping up fav butts with a dustpan, floor had broken tiles that had tape over them and it was filthy. Dead cockroaches around the pool that I saw a staff member kick out of his way rather that pick up. Food at the restaurant was poor, just random things all over the place, was as if someone just grabbed the first bag from the freezer when there was an empty serving dish. The platinum decide, I booked a TUI platinum hotel but didn’t have platinum. The cocktails were terrible and anything v that appeared remotely nice was extra - never had this at an AI before, it’s either all inclusive or it’s not. The fact they only have one al la carte restaurant, I e been to much cheaper hotels and had 3/4 options.
I’m sorry but we will definitely not be making a second visit, thank god our usual hotel is back open next year and is £1000 cheaper than this one even after a massive refurbishment.

Second time here & we just love the quality Standards & customer care
Great location , fine food, varied & fresh.
Rosti is a fabulous experience. The staff are very knowledgeable & the all inclusive allows you one night to dine in one of the speciality restaurants Rosti which we chose. Steaks & burgers were first class. Drinks varied & good quality but after 11 you get charged we thought it was 12pm.
One thing they could change is opening the cocktail bar at 6 instead of 7 as there is guests that love to sit at the bar & enjoy the full experience & the stunning views before food.
Lots of quiet areas to relax . We asked them for an upper room & they did give us one with a lovely balcony at the front overlooking the other princess hotel. Thank you .
One downside : We had lunch one day in the bar called sea view where the pizza & sandwiches are done. Was shocked that the menu said breast of chicken sandwich with cheese but all it consisted of was a thin slice of ham & cheese & I asked the staff he said it’s so frustrating for them as management will not change it to ham on the menu as it’s not chicken & they don’t get listened to when other customers have the exact same issue. We Just went to the buffet after that which was lovely . Some mornings they have the lovely proper lean bacon. Lovely bars on the strip and all contained in the one area . Staff work so hard especially one person Perez is constantly overseeing a smooth flow in every department especially the main buffer area that is so busy . He is always smiling & highly professional as is the team . It’s so important this is mentioned as they make this hotel & memorable & make you want to come back for this customer care & service. The housekeeping staff are so lovely and room cleaned to perfection every day. Can’t wait want to return for the 3rd time as it never lets us down. Continued success
