Lovely place, friendly staff
This hotel is fab. Food is lovely. Staff are so friendly and polite. Only a short walk from the strip and the beach but plenty of shops and bars around about. Plenty of good entertainment both of of the front and at the back by the pool. The rooms are cleaned daily, It can be noisy earlier on in the evening but it all goes quiet, in and around the hotel at around 11.00pm but the potato does do cut out a lot of the noise. Staff are always ready to help with any issues. Overall we had a fab holiday.

i have the best time at this hotel i have been twice now. the staff are excellent make you feel very welcome. my room was cleaned every day love this hotel gf fanabe see you next year.
In desperate need of an update and new chef
This hotel is crying out for an update , it’s tired , our room had one electric socket in the bedroom Not good , they had no extractor fan in the bathroom . You have to get in the bath to have a shower , again not good . They have a lot of older visitors staying who will struggle to get into a bath to have a shower . Yes they have grab handles but still outdated for the clientele they attract . The staff are excellent. The cleanliness’s is superb you could not wish for more . However, the food is poor , they need to invest in a chef that has an imagination it was dreadful . The entertainment very good . Would we stay here again maybe at a push but bed and breakfast only not all inclusive and the main reason the food and drinks not up to a high standard .

Exellent stay
Our 10th year here. FANTASTIC stay again. Staff .food. hotel. No complaints. Everyone here from scotland at the moment all say exellent. Already to book for 2027. Who ever put up the bad reveiws must nuts . Never had any complaint in any of our visits. Rained for a day and a half. It was welcome . Cleared the air. Will miss the chocolate cake 😋😋. Yet again to the staff and cleaners our room was always spotless thank you for our stay. See you next year 🥰

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel, very clean, lovely staff! We will be back!! Fantastic atmosphere throughout the hotel and pool areas for the 4 nights we stayed (26-30 Sep). We came on a B&B deal and have no complaints about the food, lots to choose from (and I am a fussy eater). Drinks are very reasonably priced at the bars day and night! Room was a very good size and spotless! Lots of places to eat nearby if you don't choose FB or AI
