This attractive apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of Playa del Duque, about 600 m from beautiful sandy beaches. Numerous shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity, and the nearest public transport stop is just in front of the building. The hotel comprises three-storeys with a total of 210 accommodation units. It offers a conference room and a public Internet terminal for business guests, while younger visitors can participate in the kids' club activities or let off steam in the play area. The grounds feature a water complex with two swimming pools, which is perfect for sunbathers. Another great stay!
This was our 7th stay at this hotel. We always come on Bed & Breakfast basis as there are so may great places to eat in resort.
This year we were in A block and had a room overlooking the smaller of the two swimming pools. The room was lovely - spacious, clean and tidy. There was a fan in the bedroom which was very handy as it was very warm overnight.
All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a very pleasant surprise just after we arrived, when a member of the bar staff delivered a bottle of fizz to our room as we had stayed so often.
There was always a large variety of food at breakfast - everything from pancakes, fruit, cereal, yogurt to the full English if you wanted it.
The housekeeping staff work very hard and I can honestly say that when we had our room cleaned - it was absolutely spotless! We did have a problem with our room safe - my husband went to report this at reception and he was only back in the room about 30 seconds before the maintenance man was there and fixed it!
All in all, we have had another great stay at the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back again - which I am sure we WILL!
Brilliant find
I absolutely loved this place- went all inclusive and can’t fault it- superior room had everything we needed and air con was brilliant it was clean and we all slept well- pool areas clean and tidy, we was all inclusive we didn’t eat there at night as we went out but drinks and breakfast and snacks all fine- the entertainment was ok, for what we paid im made up

Great stay
Just come back from a week at this hotel, really nice room and friendly staff. Food was good, could of have a few more choices but it was good. The weather was great which always helped. Entertainment was team where friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and both times have been absolutely amazing! We are very happy with all the staff and especially. (Ismael the entertainer) We are so pleased that we are planning on coming back in 2028. So anybody that is planning a visit to here please give a big shout out to ismael. Book now you won't be disappointed! 😁😁❤️❤️
Hotel is miles off a 4*
Still currently here as I write this, I’ve never left a bad review before for a hotel! As a family we’re pretty laid back and don’t expect 5star service when booking a 4 star hotel.. HOWEVER, we also don’t expect to book an all inclusive holiday and have to eat out every night! There is literally hardly any choice for children and the rest is a bunch of basic slop, cockroaches literally everywhere which again is expected when away in a hot climate, but not squashed against the corroding elevator ceiling or running across the restaurant counters! There is also no air con ANYWHERE.. but you are given the option to spend another €150 to rent one for the week.. (how convenient) One positive is that the pool is large and has great accessibility for children regarding depth etc overall.. I’m so disappointed and this is the only time I’ve ever felt the need to write a negative review for a hotel before.
