This charming complex is situated in a quiet location in the centre of Costa Adeje. The sprawling beach and the promenade, with its many shopping and entertainment venues, lie not far from the property. The bus station is 100 m from the complex, and the Magma Art and Congress Centre is just 50 m away. This hotel is composed of a 9-storey building with a total of 102 studios and 39 apartments. The welcoming rooms all feature an en- suite bathroom, a kitchenette and balcony as standard. The complex offers the use of a freshwater swimming pool, with an area for kids, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests can play beach volleyball, billiards and table tennis on-site.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had the most beautiful stay here for our first all inclusive holiday away as a couple. Isabel is a credit to this place, kind, funny and so hard working. The food was lovely and varied and changed each night but also had pizzas and chips etc for people who felt a little less adventurous. The all inclusive drink selection had cocktails, local spirits and any mixer but had to pay more for usual uk branded spirits etc. Not an issue for us but nice to know. Enough pool space and no fighting for sun beds which was nice. The hotel was modern with comfy beds although we did get two singles it was nice to get some space from my partner and my own duvet 🤣, powerful showers. The house keepers came every day and were brilliant and kind when you saw them leaving the rooms spotless. Ours even washed one of my dresses that was a little worse for wear after a night out. Located right in the middle of Adeje and Las Americas so a 5/10 minute walk to either which was really convenient. The entertainment ran from 8pm to 10pm but if you are in your room the door blocked most of the noise and was easy to sleep with minimal noise. The hotel is non smoking and vaping but they do have a smoking section at the back so the hotel is clean and you get away from the smell. Just an absolute amazing holiday and experience. Thank you
Do not spend your money in the Spa, I got a pedicure by a man that has probably never done one, didn't speak english and tried to rasp a plaster of my foot...with dirty tools from a dirty cupboard (yes i could see in it as I sat in the chair) ....i didn't want to tell because this guy was trying his best in doing something he hadn't done before obviously....that cost me 70 Euros.... Breakfast room was very tight, staff yelling to get away from them because you were in the way...well one tall woman in the staff was very rude. Cleanliness was ok but o my god, smelled so toxic...used heavy heavy chlorine smelling soaps....not ecofriendly. First thing I noticed when entering the bedroom were fingerprints on the headboard, more like handprints....not very nice. Do not order the pizza there, we wanted take away and the hotel takeaway site doesn't work so we got downstairs and ordered one and that was the most disgusting pizza i have gotten, probably something from the freezer soiled with cheap oil. There were always available sunbeds and a nice garden but they played constant AI music I think....torture. Will never go there again although people are probably trying their best. This hotel is more like a 2 star, it is clean, newly furnished that's it! Badly situated, loud noices from a glass or a trash company can be heard every morning in the sunbathing area. The lobby staff are ok, but this hotel is one of the worst I've tryed there, and costs about the same as for exc. Hotel Tivoli in La Calete which is a luxury resort.....go there instead of this! I am being real.
First time back to Las Americas for around 12 years Hotel 4 star rating which is about right. Our room was a junior room which was really nice, well laid out and comfortable, bed a little hard for me but not bad. Small kitchenette was good if your staying room only or part board no issues on doing your own cooking etc. bathroom and shower nicely set up and everything it place.air conditioning fitted. Key for room was actually attached to your wristband so no carrying keys or cards for the door.Overall it was good. Reception and social areas nice and clean, not spectacular but good and functional, mostly air conditioned, restaurant not big but inside or outside dining. Food was pleasant and tasty, though breakfast pretty much same each day but enough to choose from. We’re half board so didn’t have lunch. Evening meal was good, nice variety of local dishes and themed menus, everything I tried was good and tasty, meats were particularly good. Pool area, very deep pool though no diving or ball games allowed which was heaven, strictly controlled by lifeguards, sun beds not in huge amounts but a strict policy of no laying out of towels between 9 and 10 if you’re not on them they get removed straight away, if towels left for over 30 minutes after 10 again removed, this ensured no selfishness in sunbed reservations, never seen this enforced before so to me superb.lovely sun area on floor 9 , great view over the resort, advertised as having a jacuzzi but this was out of action during our visit. Staff were brilliant, big shout out to Isobel and Nickolas in the reception , always helpful and friendly. First time we had tried half board, usually opt for all inclusive, but we both don’t drink much alcohol or eat a lot during the day we tried it, only issue we found was no drinks were included in the evening meals, so if you wanted a cold drink or coffee you had to pay for each drink, they offer a evening meal drink package which cost just under €5 each a night which meant any drinks had during your meal was included , good option .. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, beach at Porto colon about 15 minutes walk , nice and shallow water and great for snorkelling.. Wandered down to the front walk path along the front one afternoon and was shocked on how dirty it was, also spotted a couple of drug users cooking up something on the pavement on a spoon, can only guess as to what it was , so ovoided that area again. One poor lad from the hotel got beat up and mugged on his way back to the hotel between Veronica’s and the hotel so same as most places be on guard when out and about. So in summary enjoyed our stay here, would we return? Yes will probably go back, never have before but will here. Oh and adults only 🤗🤗 pure bliss.
Second stay at the coral ocean view hotel, it has been refurbished since my last visit and the rooms were lovely and modern.
We arrived late in the evening due to delayed flights and were given our room number. It was late, we unpacked and the room was boiling, we tried the air conditioning unit and nothing would work. We went down to reception to say and was told that in the room we were given there was an issue with the air conditioning and that it would be sorted the following day. We should have been told that information on arrival when we were checked in. Following day we asked again and they said they were looking at options to get temporary air conditioning units installed. The room was unbearable without any air conditioning. I booked through jet2 and contacted them and within an hour we had a room change.
The pool area is lovely, the pool wasn’t freezing cold, plenty of sun beds and no sun bed wars. All areas of the pool have the sun but not until about 10:30am. During our week stay there were 4 different lifeguards we seen. The one older gentleman with glasses was lovely, very friendly, would chat to everyone, always cleaning up around the pool area not sure of his name but he was great.
The cocktails on the all inclusive are great, bit gutted as when I went 2 years ago strawberry daquiri was on the all inclusive but sadly it has been removed. Best cocktail was the mojito. I would recommend the all inclusive. Beer, wines, soft drinks are all self serve on all inclusive so you don’t have to queue at the pool bar.
Lobby bar was lovely and staff there were fab and very friendly especially Aidan I think that was his name? Always very pleasant and friendly.
Couldn’t fault the food, always fresh and hot. Love the different themed nights, best one was the BBQ themed night, the burgers were beautiful. Breakfast was my favourite especially the hash browns and pancakes.
The bedrooms were cleaned daily and to a good standard. The beds were comfortable, lovely big balcony, and it was nice to have a kitchen area with fridge, kettle, microwave etc. There is also an iron and ironing board in the rooms which was helpful. We did notice in our room on the kitchen worktop there was constantly small ants. We didn’t need to take any food to the room as we were all inclusive but they were crawling down into the fridge and were constantly in the kitchen sink.
We used the gym on a few occasions too and that was great, compared to some other hotels I’ve stayed in there was a lot of equipment and it’s techno gym too so good quality machines.
The location of the hotel is excellent, we walked all the way to fanabe and down to los cristanos within about 20 mins if you don’t mind walking. It’s a 5 min walk to monkey beach club so it’s really close to the beach and main strip. We avoided at all cost the Veronica’s strip. 7 mins to walk to Siam park and 10 mins to Siam mall save spending money on taxis it is walkable. The hotel can be extremely noisy, all night you can hear the buses at the bus station opposite the hotel reversing with their beepers and there is always trucks in and out of the hotel which did keep us awake some nights.
Would recommend this hotel and would return in the future
Small a friendly, excellent food quality. Overall very good stay
